Thank you for staying with us, northwest point resort is located on the far northwest side of the island ideal for guests that prefer a quieter, relaxing, remote get away- especially from the crowds, our beach is groomed daily by dedicated staff that tend to every need from guests. Our reefs are wonderful for exploring and snorkelling, our beach is fantastic for long unobstructed walks and stunning views of the turquoise waters, we are located on a national marine park. A tile or two might have been displaced however that has been repaired, we provided light bulbs on request and could have easily replaced the pillows. Our restaurant is quiet however, our food is very very good, with a private dining feel. We did encounter some issues with the satellite during your stay and for that we apologize, it is unfortunate that you did not inform me of the issues during your stay with the ocean front condo efforts would have been made to re-locate you to a different condo or a different resort. First of all, I would like to state that the reservation was made a day before the arrival, clearly no research by the guest was done on the location. We had experienced maintenance issues the day of arrival and the unit provided was considered an upgrade. I had offered the guest to view 308 with a king bed, but the guest didn't like the balcony?? so we attempted to move the guest but the offer was declined. We don't provide a daily towel service, this is not offered by resorts unless of course you pay premium rates. The condos have washer and dryers, and we provide detergent we don't provide a daily towel service, it is very expensive and we try to keep our rates within reason. The guest was informed in advance the restaurant was closed on site due to Covid. We don't leave anything in the condo's on departure as far as condiments go due to Covid. Once again the guest should have been more prepared in terms of packing cooking spices, condiments etc, but considering it was booked 1 day before I don't believe they were prepared. We replenish garbage bags on request and anything else we provide, detergents, garbage bags, soaps, paper products, paper towels, etc. Housekeeping are instructed to remove all spices, groceries etc from the condo due to Covid. ..leaving it pristine for the next guests. Communication could have been better, but it was a last minute booking and I'm not sure the guest was prepared in terms of the location, car rentals, distance, grocery shopping, packing supplies for cooking and perhaps a could have been a little more flexible with maintenance circumstances at the resort. Our rates are reasonable and in terms of value, the best on the island, We provide guests with a large heated pool, hot tub and miles of private beach to explore. Our staff are friendly, our maintenance team are fantastic. I encourage communication with every guest and finding solutions and mutual resolve. Thank you for staying with us, nothing shady here.

Hi Russ; thank you for staying with us, during your stay we did have issues with the wifi however, they have been upgraded. You should have notified us that guests were smoking, we would have told them not too and that it is not permitted, we weren't aware of the clean sheets issue, and it's a condo rental not a resort service with daily housekeeping, you had decided to extend your stay beyond the 4 days, I'm not sure why you are upset with the fact that we accommodated you for an additional 4 days? Northwest Point Resort is ideal for those that want to escape enjoy the beach, long walks, nature and simply relaxing without the distraction of hundreds of tourists, I'm very proud of our staff on site and they work very hard and very long hours to tend to the needs of guests, we hope to see you again, perhaps it would have been better if you had notified me of the issues during your stay instead after you departed,

thank you staying with us, 1. yes sorry for the mix up on arrival, we did apologize however, we thought that the unit you stayed the first night was considered an upgrade because it was also ocean front and newly furnished offering stunning views of the ocean from the second floor. 2. Caribbean islands tend to struggle with ants I'm sorry you encountered an ant. 3. Post hurricane season the restaurant was closed, but we did open it on the second day that you arrived, we also notified you in advance that the restaurant had been closed. 4. Our beach is beautiful yes.. sometimes nature does wash up some seagrass however our staff work very hard to maintain the beach , our resort is next to a national marine park it is very private, tranquil and very natural with beautiful reefs, and ideal for long walks on the beach and snorkeling without the crowds. 5. I also advised you of the location prior to arrival...the nature of our destination; quiet, remote tranquil and away from the crowds, our guests prefer vacations of a tranquil calming nature, ideal for couples or families looking to spend quality time together. 6. We offer stunning views of the ocean with a dedicated staff that is on site daily and prepared to respond to any guest inquiries. 7. I think you might have been uneasy about your choice and lack of research, and I really wish you would have mentioned your displeasure during your stay, attempts would have been made to relocate you..
