Vi er den nærmeste private udvej til Disney - og du kan se Disney Fireworks fra vores balkon !!!

Placeret i bygning 6 (lige på tværs af gaden fra lagunepuljen, boblebad og klubhus) på Windsor Hills Resort, er The Perch et condo på øverste etage med adgang til elevator, ikke påvirket af parkeringsstøj eller billys.

Vi har netop købt (januar 2019) en splinterny lædersofa / sovesofa og spisestuemøbler! Vores Condo er fuldt møbleret med Disney-børns soveværelse og fladskærms-tv. Et privat soveværelse med king-size seng og flagskærms-tv. I stuen finder du et 55 "vægmonteret fladskærms-tv og sovesofa. Spisning til seks og et fuldt udstyret køkken.

Hvorfor bruge mere, når du kan få mere privatliv og komfort i en udvej, der ligger lige ved siden af Disney? Vi leverer også klapvogn, spillepenner og høje stole, der gør livet med de små lidt lettere. 

Windsor Hills resort er det nærmeste privatejede 5-stjernede resort i nærheden af Disney. Beliggende i nærheden af alle butikker og restauranter i Highway 192 og nogle af de bedste golfbaner. Windsor Hills faciliteter inkluderer:

Great condo close to Disney

This is a great space close to Disney. It was too cold to enjoy the pool on site. Clean, everything worked, there was a little hiccup with the cleaning crew when we checked in, but the owners were super responsive and everything turned out fine. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Place with a Great Location

We had a wonderful time staying here for our Disney vacation. Our two kids loved their room, and my husband and I found our room to be very comfortable and clean. We loved this rental and would definitely stay there again. Close to the Disney parks but private and quiet. Loved it!

Perfect location

We loved our stay here. During our stay we ventured to Universal, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom and Epcot. If you want to stay within a nice distance of the parks but don’t want the hustle and bustle of on-property and something a more quiet and private, this is the place. Very clean and well-maintained.

Perfect Orlando Condo – Convenient, Comfortable, and Close to the Parks

We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Orlando! The location was perfect—just a short drive from all the major theme parks, making it incredibly convenient for our trip. The condo itself was spacious and well-maintained. The living area was cozy, with plenty of seating and a large TV for winding down after a busy day at the parks. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we could make breakfast and snacks before heading out, which saved us time and money. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the beds were especially cozy after a day full of adventure.The complex felt safe and quiet.Overall, it was a great value for the price, and we’d definitely stay here again on our next trip to Orlando!

Very close to Disney, Walmart, highways, etc. Fun pool, slides, and splash pad. Very smooth check in process at complex and good communication with hosts, very nice and quick to reply. Condo itself could use some updating (master bed not terrific, showers need fixing, carpets old and dirty, kitchen doesn’t have any salt/pepper cookingoils dishsoap or dish towels) but if you’re like us and only used the place to crash after long days at Disney then this place is fine.

Thank you for the feedback, Desmon. I am sorry you could not get the showers working after we sent you detailed instructions on how to get the water from tube mode to shower mode. We offered to send someone to help and you turned it down. The cleaners came in immediately after you checked out and sent me video of the shower working perfectly fine. We take pride in our unit and cleanliness is a top priority. We understand that our low rates have kept us booked back to back this year and contributed to some wear and tear on the carpet, which is only three and a half years old. We are scheduling a deep cleaning. As for providing condiments, we really don’t do that and discourage guests from leaving them behind, especially after Covid. We find that each guest can easily pick them up at Walmart, which is practically across the street. I am glad the proximity to the parks and resort amenities made your trip enjoyable.

We’ll be back!

I can’t say enough good things about our experience here! The condo is so nice, the neighborhood is gated, this unit is close to the pool so you can just walk. We had so much fun at the pool, hot tub, and splash pad/water slides. There’s a little cafe where you can get food/drinks and other things for the pool. We went to Disney springs and Epcot and it took us no time to get to both places! There’s lots of restaurants and a wal mart very close as well! I’m already looking into when we can go back and rent this place again! Thank you to The Perch!!!!

Kissimmee Vacation

My wife & I enjoyed our stay at the Perch. The condo was clean and up to date. The owners have just installed new living and kitchen furniture. The couple of minor problems we had were quickly solved by the management company. We will rent it again. This is Disney area so there lot of activities to do in the area.

Family getaway

Out stay was more then expected. This was more of a last minute vacation and it exceeded my expectations for planning it last min. The condo was just as pictured, very clean, and has everything you need. We felt like we were home. The grounds are great to. The pool/waterpark kept my kids busy. The game room was also fun for them. We did our grocery shopping at the Walmart about 5 min away so we didn’t have to spend much $$ on dinning out. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again and recommend this to anyone else looking for a vacation spot

Beautiful Disney Stay

The Perch at Windsor Hills was a perfect vacation spot - the accommodations were immaculate and tastefully decorated - the kids loved their Disney Room. We had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The owner Valeria was extremely attentive to our needs. The only thing we didn’t see that was mentioned in the booking description was the fireworks from the balcony in the evening. Nights were clear but couldn’t see any. Condo is definitely close to Disney and shopping. The pool and water area were extremely busy but it was to be expected during spring break. I would definitely recommend booking this beautiful unit.

Good location. Overall this property was just ok. It was clean-ish. It is really in need of a deep cleaning. The unit was very dark and smaller than what the pictures show. The primary bed was rock hard and the pillows need replaces. The water pressure was minimal and the water didn’t get very warm. Pool was nice to have but the water was very cold.

We certainly welcome feedback from our guests. We will take these suggestions to improve on our recent 50k dollar renovations. We are due to arrive on property in about six days and this will be our fist order of business. We have already placed orders to improve the water pressure and have notified the resort about the pool temperature!

Great Resort Experience

We really enjoyed our recent stay at the Perch at Windsor Hills. The condo was nice and updated and the facilities were well maintained, organized, safe and fun. I would have given five stars if not for the fact that the condo was not cleaned from the last renters. After many flight delays and arriving late in the evening, it was a great disappointment. The owner did his best to rectify it quick, but I received a lot of lip service at first, which was frustrating. Ultimately the condo got quickly cleaned and he bought us dinner for our troubles and stayed in close communication through the process. I understand mistakes happen, but vacation time is precious and folks want to relax, not bop around waiting to relax. If not for this blemish on the front end, it would have been a five star experience. All that said, I would consider renting here again as I do believe it was a complete mistake.

First disney trip-beware of no refund policies

The place itself was nice. Easy to access and check in. The issue we had was the pool was closed for construction and we were not notified. This was our two young kids first Disney trip. After their first airplane ride and some long travel, they wanted to check in and go to the pool. We all changed and walked to the pool only to find it was closed. Very disappointing. Please take my advice and don’t ever book anything that does not allow a refund. I will never do that again. The owners were nice, however, I was offered $300 for the inconvenience which I should have stated that we only ended up staying there one night. We checked out the next day and made last minute arrangements somewhere else. It would have been nice to have the property owners offer more than $300 seeing as how we only spent one night there. Also, to date I still have not even received the $300 refund.

We appreciate the guest’s feedback and are glad they found the property easy to access and check in. Unfortunately, the pool was temporarily closed due to maintenance during their stay. While we understand this was disappointing, we had no control over the timing and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. It’s important to note that our rental agreement clearly states that refunds are not provided for early departures or cancellations. Despite this, we offered $300 as a gesture of goodwill to cover alternative activities. The water park, movie theatre, arcade, putting green, sports courts, and playgrounds were all open and available for use. The guest ended up staying for only one night, although the entire reservation was non-refundable. We always strive to make our guests’ experience as enjoyable as possible, and we encourage future guests to reach out with any questions about the amenities available during their stay.

Orlando family vacation

Overall our stay was great! Location excellent, very close to Disney and grocery stores. Pool was super crowded and not great for teenagers….shallow but overall I would recomend for families especially with young kids. Host was great!

You will love the new clean decor, ope floor plan, brand-new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, new flooring, furniture and bedding. And one of the things we love about our condo is that it's a 4th floor unit - no neighbors above you! Our condo has been completely remodeled in January 2023 and we can't wait to share it with our guests! You will love the new clean decor, ope floor plan, brand-new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, new flooring, furniture and bedding. And one of the things we love about our condo is that it's a 4th floor unit - no neighbors above you! There is elevator access and a great balcony that lets you see views of Disney fireworks on a clear night!
