Jeg har også for nylig installeret Aircondition, så du bliver kølig i løbet af sommeren ...

Ikke kun er det velholdt med mange faciliteter (en masse teknik), det er centralt beliggende til 405, LGB lufthavn, parker, 24 timers fitnesscenter, Starbucks & cykelafstand til stranden!

Ud over den åbne grundplan er baghaven stor og inkluderer en grill.

Loftet kan rumme et par ekstra gæster til at sove, og der er rigelig parkering i indkørslen.

Family Friendly Holiday Stay

My family and my brother stayed at Giovanni's house over the New Year. It was a lovely stay, with enough space for all of us. The kids enjoyed the backyard, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The kithcen is well furnished, and it was nice to have that second bathroom. The kids also enjoyed the large projector screen and the arcade games. All in all, we are hoping to stay again.

Comfy and convenient

This is our second stay in this house. As before the home is convenient and hubby loves the big screen TV. The upgraded screen is awesome and so clear. We enjoyed several movies during our stay. Thanks so much.

My work requires travel throughout the US. The last few years I have used VRBO versus a hotel. Giovani is by far the most responsive host I've worked with. Whenever we asked a question his response was quick. The house is in a quite, safe area. In 6 weeks, not one issue

Giovanni was easy to text to and he got back to us in a reasonable time frame. The house had easy access and the neighborhood was quiet. We had a few issues with the cleanliness of the house which we discussed with Giovanni. He understood and is refunding our cleaning fee.

Great location. Quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well supplied with tools/gadgets.

There's room for improvement to make it more rental friendly. We were taken aback by how much of the owner's personal things were about the place using up a lot of space. There were privacy issues with 1 bathroom and bedroom. Cleanliness was lacking as well. Floors and microwave were slightly dirty. The table had a strange coating the came off with washing. The backyard had no chairs or table.

I've made arrangements to step up the tidyness as I've never had this kind of concern before and it's certainly something I would appreciate when visiting someone else's Home as well. Great house in a great location! 5 Stars!

We had a great stay at this house! Location- Really perfectly situated near anything you could want, great food, the beach, golf, disc golf, etc. We found a great local bar called Tracy's within walking distance and we were there pretty much every day. Pretty much every fast food place within 2-3 miles. Close to awesome bars and restaurants in Long Beach. Super close to Huntington beach as well. The weather was amazing and we were able to have the doors and windows open. Property- the house was great. Three bedrooms. Two full bathrooms. HUGE backyard with a nice patio set and covered pergola. The TV was INSANE. 127" projector tv. Made watching sports and movies at night really enjoyable. Stocked with pretty much anything you could need: pots, pans, Keurig with TONS of pods, coffee pot, etc. Had this fun little loft that kids would love. Arcade machine in one bedroom really brought us back to our childhoods. Host: awesome host. Communication was first class even though I would give myself a low score for that. LOL. There was literally nothing that wasn't covered on an ipad waiting on the counter for us. Suggestions: recliner/chairs in the living room. There was only a small L-shaped couch that was really only comfortable for 2-3 people. A soundbar for the amazing projector TV would be a welcome addition. Again, this place was awesome and this would be the ultimate nit-picking.

Has everything you need for a great stay.

East to find and easy to use everything in the property. Good size for a party of 4 adults and 2 teenagers. Amenities close by, but lacking in good restaurants. Long drive to Downtown and Hollywood, but very peaceful to come home to after hectic days! Would stay here again.

A wonderful retreat!

We enjoyed ourselves immensely at Giovanni’s property. The home and outdoors were immaculate. Beds were comfortable. The PAC Man was a huge hit! Check in instructions along with all of the technical equipment instructions found on a tablet inside were clear to a T. We would stay here again. Giovanni was prompt to reply to any questions we had too.

A Fun House

While we were staying for vacation purposes, it is a very neat vacation-focused property. Lots of fun amenities. Good sized yard (by Long Beach, CA standards) to toss balls or just be in. Massive screen TV projector, standup arcade machine, and other fun items. The site manager is accommodating and replies to requests/questions rapidly.

Convenient and all you need

We had a good experience at Giovanni's place. We did have a mishap but of no fault of Giovanni. Otherwise, it's a great location, the house was spacious, great entertainment (an old-school Arcade console) and the projector tv spoiled my husband. Giovanni had great communication and very accommodating! Go Kings Go!!!

Family Retreat

Our family had a reunion in the Long Beach/Torrance area after a long period of COVID. My family flew in and we decided to book Giovanni's place since we were all meeting and having a dinner party at the Shoreline Village. Location was central to all our activities planned for the weekend, the projector, and all the appliances/AC were functioning. Giovanni also updated his tech/project and has Netflix preloaded for anyone who just wants to relax and enjoy a movie at home. We didn't have any issues and the host was easy to communicate with. One thing to note is that the doors inside the house didn't provide a lot of privacy. Bathroom doors were see-through. Overall, great stay and very accessible for the Long Beach area. I would recommend it!

This was a perfect place for my family to stay! Such a perfect location!

This was the perfect house for my family and grandson. The house is single level living with a fenced backyard. It was very safe for everyone. The location was great too. Close to everything. Giovanni was the perfect host!

Would stay here again!

We were in Cali for my oldest sister’s wedding anniversary party. I felt fortunate to find a home that accommodated all 7 of us. It was great for what we needed. First of all, the location was great. It was about a half hour to LAX & only a few minutes from Long Beach airport for my sister & husband. It was about 20 min from my oldest sister’s reception. The neighborhood was very quiet. The house had everything we needed. The owner left instructions to eat whatever we wanted. I really appreciated that. My 2 teenage kids enjoyed the ice cream cones & instant ramen noodles, which I never buy for them. Check-in was simple with a code. Check-out was surprisingly easier! I’ve stayed at many rentals & this was by far the easiest! Just take what’s yours & leave what’s his. We had an early 5am flight so I didn’t check with the owner to make sure there’s nothing else he wanted us to do. He didn’t respond right away when I contacted him but that’s ok. I’m glad there was no emergency. The only thing I was disappointed in is the size of the loft. The photo made it look bigger. My son slept there & my daughter was happy to get the couch. Overall this was a million times better than a hotel. I would stay here again.

Nice quiet location

We enjoyed our stay and Giovanne answered any questions very quickly. Our only slight compliant was the house could have been cleaned better on arrival but overall great stay!

Born and raised in Santa Monica/West LA, I've settled in Long Beach and couldn't be happier :)

I'm a huge hockey fan and am always happy to chat it up with others, especially during playoff season!

I'm also into technology, so hopefully you can utilize some of the Tech in the house.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

My Home and neighborhood reminds me of where I grew up, so perhaps that's whey I have a strong affinity to it. It has virtually everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay and is very centrally located to the Freeway and to the City itself.

The neighborhood is quiet and if you like parks or walking/jogging, you'll be at home here.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

When I stepped in the first time, my first reaction was "wow, I wasn't expecting that". And honestly, that was the same reaction all my friends and family had.

Since you have the luxury of photos before you open the door, perhaps your will be slightly different, but since I've been doing this for over a year now, I can say that people still have that same reaction.

The open floor plan really works in this situation and the highlight really is the Projection Wall :) That's right, I have a projector set up to a wall and it's awesome. Can't wait for you to see it!
