Great location close to groceries and restaurants, friendly local host Randy at the condo to greet us, very comfortable space, wonderful terrace overlooking the pool and sea (where we spent much of our time).

Our host was EXCELLENT and provided us with a lot of useful information, as well as a transportation connection that we utilized during the week. Being right on the water and having a pool was another plus for this property...and we got to swim with the turtles (a respectful distance away from them) right off of the beach!

We had a fantastic stay over Christmas in the apartment - it had everything we needed, and the views over the sea were fantastic. The local area is great for restaurants and supermarkets, and it's easy to jump on a bus from right outside. Communication from the host was very helpful before we arrived, and the concierge was in regular contact to see if we needed anything while we were there.Highly recommend!

Paradise found

This condo was absolutely perfect! The ease of booking, checking in/out, and communication with hosts throughout the stay was superb. We loved the location to be able to walk or jump on a quick shuttle! The condo was beautiful, extremely clean as pictured, and had everything you could need and then some! Already looking forward to returning in the future!

Wonderful view

The view from the property of the beach from the large covered outdoor area is wonderful. The unit is well decorated and the kitchen is well stocked with equipment and utensils. The location is located on a busy road but an easy walk to several restaurants and grocery stores. The "gap" is located within walking distance and the Worthing food court is a great option. Highly recommend this property.

Stunning view from the balcony

The apartment is very well equipped and in a great location with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance, but best of all it has direct access to a lovely beach, perfect for an early morning swim. The star of the show is the stunning balcony overlooking the sea.

Helped us get an early check in , very responsive to all our needs. Lovely views from the balcony, close to grocery stores, fun beach restaurants Very well equipped, beds comfy, Kitchen cupboards have too much stuff in them and could use a deep cleaning Lots of games, books, beach towels! Bedroom air conditioning worked beautifully, v quiet - all in all v comfortable place

Just like we like it

We always look for a place to fell as if it was home. We are not fans of the resorts. We could wake up, eat and plan our activities at easy at our convenience. Chris was a wonderful host and Cynthia cleaned impeccably. Right across the street there is a gas station and a supermarket. Less than a minute, a bigger one . We were absolutely pleased with our choice.

Great Location / Awesome Balcony / Every Convenience

Our family stayed for 11 nights and I have to say it ranks as one of the best vacations we've had. The condo is amazing. Minutes away from a grocery store, shopping, restaurants, St. Lawrence Gap and nightlife. As soon as you walk off the street and into the safety and privacy of the condo all you experience is the sound from the waves and the spectacular view. The ocean is literally only 60' from the room! We rented a car and the parking spot was right outside the building. We spent most of our time on the balcony having drinks, chatting and playing euchre. The condo is well equipped and we made a few great meals plus all of our breakfasts in the unit. Property manager is readily available and everyone was very helpful. If we go back I'd gladly stay again.

Guitar Pool Condo 5-12 Feb

Positives:(1) Beautiful view. (2) Convenient distance to market and food 'court'. (3) Reasonable distance to nice beaches. Short drive to Enterprise Beach, which is my favorite. (4) On-site management was friendly and responsive. Negatives:(1) Kitchen cupboards are filled with old, often broken, utensils and pots that need to be thrown away.(2) Second bedroom is not quite as advertised. It does not contain a king-size bed; the bed is two singles, placed together. The sleeping experience is thus inferior to the stated promise. Only half the closet space in that room is available to a guest; the owner has locked up the other half.(3) Quite a bit of the storage space in the unit is locked, presumably with the owner's property. That left us (four adults) scrambling for storage. (4) A renter should be aware of how close the unit is to the main road on the southside of the island. The noise can be fairly loud, particularly in the second bedroom. (5) Pool was not available for 2 days of our stay. Overall I can only rate this experience as average. (This was not our first time in Barbados.)

I'll begin by saying that the location and the accommodations were good. Barbados is different from your typical Caribbean hotspot so know that going in. It doesn't have as much elbow room in a lot of places, the roads can be congested and noisy and the overall impression of places may disappoint at first, but you'll find it's more than enough to have a good time. Taxis are very expensive. Local transportation is available for those brave enough to try. As for our experience, communication broke down right before our trip and created some stress but worked its way out. We never saw/met anyone that was mentioned as a guest liaison. We were provided codes from the owner and liaison via text which were different. The Liaisons were dated which created a bit of frustration when we arrived. We checked ourselves out. Didn't really bother us but wasn't the process that was defined for arrival or departure.The place is nice, big enough (kitchen is cramped) but needs a deep cleaning. Several flat surfaces had layers of dust on them. Air conditioning in only in the two bedrooms. Was ok most of the time except when you got hot, so we spent more time away from each other than I'd like. THERE is no beach like the pics. High tide goes all the way to the wall and low tide only has a narrow strip now. Some sand available next door but if you want a beach you'll need to go to a public spot. Pool is good but the place lacked enough umbrellas. Overall, a nice vacation.

The view was amazing and to breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea was great. The apartment was very spacious and well stocked with everything we needed for a lovely holiday. The management team were great. The details received from the host were very detailed. All in all a lovely place to stay.

Amazing week in Barbados! Lots of sea turtles right out front of the condo. Great food options at Worthing Square, St Lawrence Gap, etc. Communication was prompt with owner and property manager. Great place!

Wish We Were Still There

We had an absolutely fantastic time. The location was perfect. There are 2 grocery stores within walking distance, along with a lot with food trucks just a block away. Check in was super easy, and Chris had so many suggestions for food, fun , and day trips. We enjoyed just relaxing on the balcony and down in the loungers by the pool. You will see turtles! There were so many turtles right outside of the rental! Sometimes up to 5 or 6. It was so much fun getting in the water and seeing them so close! We loved Barbados and cannot wait time go back! Highly recommend!!

Staying at the LC property was the perfect mix of beach and ones ability to navigate the country.

I had a great time! It was the perfect mix of beach/ocean with a perfect deck, and the ability to experience nice restaurants and lounges..In walking distance there are other beaches, a supermarket, and restaurants.. if anyone is thinking about staying here, you will not be disappointed!

The condo was exactly as described and exactly what we wanted for our vacation. The view from the balcony can be on a postcard. The condo was clean and well stocked for our needs. The beds were comfortable. It is conviently located to grocery stores and restaurants. there are also local vendors selling meals from small booths across the street. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Chris was also an excellent host. He provided suggestions on places to eat as well as things to do on the island. I would definitely stay here again. 5 stars...

BEAUTIFUL condo, beautiful island!

This Leith Court property was wonderful and just what we needed! 2 bedrooms slept 2 couples comfortably, 2 bathrooms was ideal, the kitchen was just big enough for what we needed (breakfast, snacks, and maybe lunch), living room was comfortable, and the deck was AMAZING! Property is located super close to a bunch of yummy restaurants and small food tents/local stops/etc. The beach at this location is amazing and the pool was great (bonus for having a guitar shape - super cool!). The condo's liason was very helpful and easy to reach, as was the owner. Wonderful people and a wonderful spot to stay. Highly recommend it!!

Just Wow!

We have always wanted to visit Barbados so for the school break we (husband and two children ages 6 and 9) booked 12 Leith Ct. It was our first time not staying in an all-inclusive resort as well as our first time in Barbados and we were absolutely blown away! Upon arrival the island was so welcoming and the apartment was even better. What a view! I was immediately struck with how much more spacious the apartment was than it appeared in pictures. We were warmly greeted by Deborah who set us up nicely and patiently answered questions from us rental newbies. The apartment was super clean and incredibly well equipped. We shopped locally and cooked all of our meals at "home" and were lacking nothing. I had a friend visit who has a mobility impairment and with the elevator it was no trouble for her to spend time with us here. My kids had so much fun in the guitar pool and the beach was the best that I have ever been to in the Caribbean. Quiet, gentle waves, turtles - just perfect for kids. We hired a wonderful driver Richard for a day tour to Harrison Caves and the Barbados Wildlife Reserve which the kids just adored. We walked with the kids to the Gap as well as to Rockley Beach and the boardwalk. Jane was receptive and responsive to my questions and all her attention to detail made me enjoy my stay that much more. Super well furnished space with everything a family could need for a week in paradise. As my kids said "Best Vacation Ever!" Can't wait to return :)

Barbados at its wonderful best!

The apartment at 12 Leith Ct is wonderfully located on Worthing beach with amazing views out to sea (2nd floor), sea turtle watching, and perfectly located for shops, supermarkets, banks bars and restaurants all within 5-8 mins walking distance. The accommodation was spotless, is well equipped, and we were warmly welcomed by Debra who took care of us beautifully. We will certainly return as it suited our requirements perfectly, a pool as well as an almost private beach never more than 10-15 people! We hired a car for a week in order to tour the island and get to more distant restaurants and beaches, but it really isn't necessary if you wish to save a penny! A wonderful Barbadian experience and we will return, thank you. Philip & Deb

Amazing Vacation

This condo is a great spot to vacation! Right in the middle of paradise..walking distance to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, banks...the beach is at your door step with a beautiful pool too! Couldn't ask for a nicer home away from home....Thanks for sharing with us!
