Andrew’s place in Peckham was brilliant! Better than the pictures! It was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Andrew was a great host, The communication was smooth and easy. Highly recommend this spot!

Great property conveniently located to get into different parts of central London. Kitchen and outside space were lovely places to spend time with family or friends wouldn't hesitate to recommend or visit again!

This is a lovely property. From the outside it looks like a normal terraced house but once you are inside, it is entirely different. Beautifully decorated and stylishly designed it offers much more than expected! It is in a great location if South London is where you wish to be. But there are also stations in the area that can enable access to other parts of London. The host, Andrew, is very helpful and communicative.

We stayed here for the weekend of our wedding and could not recommend the house or the owners enough! Andrew was very communicative throughout the whole booking and very kind wishing us well for our upcoming nuptials! The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived and everything was so easy to find. Check in was so easy as per the detailed instructions as well as the check out. Would 100% stay here again, thank you again Andrew!

This is a fantastic house, easily accessible from Queen’s Road Station. We enjoyed a superb stay in an exceptionally well equipped house which is immaculate. Would highly recommend this accommodation and Andrew was very helpful and accessible as needed during our preparations for our holiday. Hope to return!

Great location just outside of London for our family of four staying for five nights. We took the train into the main city each day. It was easy to travel around the neighborhood and get into Central London. The house was wonderfully decorated very clean. We felt very safe and communication was wonderful. Would highly recommend any family looking for a London vacation that is not right inside the busy city but still allows lots and lots of access.

I would say though, that the house is in Zone 2 of the 9 London transport network zones, with zone 1 being central London. So it’s not really “outside of London” 😀 It is certainly outside of the hustle and bustle of central London though! Many thanks again.

The property was nice. Very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. There are a lot of narrow steps, just for anyone who may have some maneuverability issues. Several bus stops within walking distance.

Really fun apartment that was easy to travel to and from to get into other parts of London. Great communication from the host as well. The only thing people should be aware of is that it isn't really built for the heat, so be prepared if you are traveling at the height of summer. Thank you for a lovely stay!

the host was always ready to help with any questions or "know hows" everything was a really great experience...maybe, face wash cloths, would be a nice touch, the towels are great but too big to wash faces. Thank you Andrew.

We had a great stay here in Peckham! The place was a perfect home base to explore London and then unwind after a busy day. It was very clean and comfortable for 6 people, it had everything we needed for the week. Easy access to public transportation to get around the city. Highly recommend staying here!

Nice place close to all the London attractions.

We had a nice stay — good restaurants and bars near by. A short bus ride to the river and a boat cruise through London!

Extremely comfortable for us, we all felt at home and enjoyed the beautiful kitchen, we slept really well in the very nice and comfy beds, and there were nice little touches throughout the home. We actually were sad when it came time to leave!

London Family Vacation

Property was just as described, clean and well equipped for our needs. Very close to public transportation making it easy to get around with our kids. Loved it!

Home away from home

Our stay was perfect. From the step by step instructions for check-in to the details behind each of the neighbourhoods in our area, we felt so welcome at this home. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice house in a great area. Just enough out of the way to not be super noisy but central London is still easily accessible. Beds were very comfortable. The owner is amazing and very helpful. He responded to every question we had very promptly. Would definitely stay there again!

It was a great location - so easy to hop on the train to Victoria Station with connections to the Tube. The house is very well-appointed (loved the coffee machine with built-in frother) and very comfortable.The host is extremely responsive. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back one day!

Fantastic stay at Peckham Palace

Would definitely recommend this property for either a long or short stay. Andrew was great to communicate with & replied super fast The property was ++ clean & tidy throughout, had everything we needed for our group of 6 adults Enjoyed our stay

A great place to stay in with a big family

A wonderful appartment, bright and beautiful, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Quiet neighbourhood, good location, close to next grocery store and bus/train station. Our teenagers loved this house and all of us enjoyed our stay very much.
