Very pleased with the lovely villa especially the salt water pool. Everything you could wish for was provided and a few more besides. We spent a lot of time in the cabana which had excellent views of La Herradura beach/bay as well as the mountains behind.All this made our three week vacation thoroughly enjoyable.

This house was amazing! Close to town and beach. We enjoyed our time in the pool as well. Property is fabulous and exceptionally clean. We would absolutely come back.

We had an amazing holiday in this lovely villa. It exceeded our expectations! The villa was spotlessly clean, and had everything we wanted, was really well kitted out with towels, beach towels etc. We didn't need to contact the host once about anything whilst staying there, as everything worked and was perfect!The view was great, pool large and very clean always, and the outside area was beautiful. Hosts were lovely, very helpful. We loved la herradura. Enjoyed the daily walks up and down to it, very manageable. Ate in some lovely restaurants there.Our grown up kids enjoyed nerja and the kayaks, cliff jumping etc. Thanks again, and we genuinely would love to return again x

Fantastic stay

We loved our time staying at this villa. It was well-equipped for cooking most days/ nights as we were with young children. The pool was amazing and the views were stunning. The perfect holiday.

Perfect base from which to explore!

Check-in process was smooth and very accommodating. With the house itself spotlessly clean, well organised, and extremely comfortable. The gardens are a delight and the pool was great! Perfect place to stay while exploring La Herradura and surrounds.

Wonderful Villa with Fantastic View

This is one of the best properties we've ever stayed in. It is exactly as advertised and the communication from the property owner was superb. The property was absolutely clean, comfortable, spacious and the back patio with pool is gorgeous. We'd love to stay there again!

Excellent Villa

A wonderful villa - inside and out. Amazing views, with lots of outdoor seating in shade or sun - take your pick! The pool for a private villa was amazing - large and deep and very warm - but still refreshingly cool! The centre of La Herradura is a short walk away with many restaurants and shops. Good access to other local towns and activities. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Amazing time

The property as well as the family renting the property were 100% amazing. It was spacious, very clean, perfectly equipped and it was obvious that the owners do everything to make their guests feel like in paradise. The pool was awesome as well as the seaviiew. Thank you so much for 8 amazing days.

Fabulous villa with amazing pool!

This is a fantastic villa - really spacious and clean on the inside with everything you could need for your stay. But it is the outside that makes it amazing - really comfortable seating areas with great shade, a brilliant BBQ area and a large table. The pool is fabulous - salt water, fresh and deep. The owners were helpful and welcoming and it was a short walk to the beach and town. A really great villa!

Fantastic villa with amazing views. We really enjoyed our stay and the villa was well equipped with everything that we needed. Location was quiet with about a 10 minute walk down to the sea front and restaurants. Lovely pool area with really deep self cleaning pool, which meant minimal scooping out in the mornings! Check in process was easy and quick and we were shown around by the host. Had good communication with host prior to arrival and they were very accommodating in letting us check in a little earlier. Would definitely recommend this villa.

Nice property

All as shown on web page, well maintained, great communication with Ariadna by email and her parents who live nearby. Very clean, lovely outdoor space and pool and exceptional garden area. Reviews are constantly good. You do really need a car to get around but well positioned for a walk into La Herradura if you are fit.

A perfect oasis

What an amazing 5 night stay at this gorgeous home in La Herradura. Everything was wonderful! The home was spotless and thoroughly equipped. The location within walking distance to beaches and restaurants was perfect for us. The terrace overlooking the sea with the cleanest pool we have ever swam in was indeed the star of the show! The owners are lovely people and made check in and out seamless. We highly recommend this property and are already missing this dreamy oasis.

Perfect villa at La Herradura

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property and would absolutely love to come back again. The villa was just the right size for our family and was a perfect location to visit the beach and to see nearby sights in Andalucia. The outdoor pool and terrace area with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean, a great barbecue area and a lovely garden were all very much appreciated and we ate most of our meals at the outdoor tables. Our hosts were extremely gracious and helpful and had appointed the villa with everything needed for a very comfortable stay. I would highly recommend for anyone visiting La Herradura!

Lovely villa which is very well maintained by the owners, very clean and well provided, we were a group of 5 adults and teenagers. The star of the show is the front and back garden areas including the pool with a great view to the mountains and the sea. Kitchen well provisioned. All rooms spacious including the lounge/ dining area and the AC works very well, with additional ceiling fans provided as a secondary option. Location is also good, walk to local beach/ shops/ restaurants 8-10 mins and the local town and activities can be reached in a 15-20min drive. The owners were very friendly and helpful throughout the holiday, we had a great time.

Fantastic!

The villa is amazing, very easy to find, was spotless on arrival and communication with Ariadna was excellent. The photos don't do the property justice, the interior is great, with a big, well equipped kitchen, nice bedrooms, bathrooms and air conditioning. The exterior is fantastic, great pool and the views over the bay are stunning. La Herradura is 5 mins away, with plenty of places to eat, we had some great meals. Thanks again Ariadna, Carolyn and Juan.....hopefully we will be back.

Lovely villa, great location

We have been holidaying in La Herradura for 30 years, staying in different apartments and villas over the years. This one is a gem. The whole experience from start to finish was handled to perfection by the owners. The villa is in a wonderful location, quiet yet only 10 minutes walk to the beach. The views are stunning. The villa, gardens and pool are immaculate. We couldn’t fault a thing. We will be returning next year and would highly recommend it.

Wonderful Villa with private Pool to relax close to the Beach in La Herradura

We enjoyed our stay in the Villa very much. It’s situated in a quiet area - but close within 10 minutes walking distance to a small supermarket, restaurants and the beach. La herradura is not as touristic like Nerja, fortunately! (but you can rent sup‘s or kanoes.)- it’s a nice place when you travel with children. The beach is a pebble beach and was not too crowded in May. From the villa you have a nice view of the small town and the beach. The villa was very clean and very well equipped with a large kitchen as well as furnished in a nice way to feel at home and comfortable as soon you walk in. We could use the barbecue and could even pick some lemons from the tree in the front yard. The villa is a spacious place and the highlight is the private pool and the lounge place next to it. The Host Ariadna is very friendly and helpful. She always calls back right away when you have any questions. We would come back again any time.

Property even better than photos

This was my first ever villa holiday which I had arranged for a family birthday, 6 adults in total. Had communication from Ariadna throughout - was met at the villa and everything was explained. The villa was fitted with really high quality furnishings, the kitchen had enough equipment to cater for twice the amount of guests, but, most importantly, everything was immaculate. The advertising photos of this villa really do not do it justice - the views of the bay in La Herradura were spectacular. The bbq and bar area included a fridge/freezer and a sink so everything could be kept in one area. Lots of seating areas, some in shade which came in handy alongside beautifully kept gardens with varying fruit trees. Had occasion to ask Ariadna a question and always helpful and prompt reply. This villa has so many positives, from the pool area, the evening lighting, the peaceful surroundings, the available space - the list is endless! A perfect base from which to explore. Thank you for everything.

We werden keurig ontvangen bij de accommodatie en kregen een uitgebreide rondleiding. Alles was super schoon. Airco en wifi zijn top. Zwembad is heerlijk en fris. Het uitzicht werkelijk schitterend. Fijn strand, wel weinig parkeerplek, dus lopen. Restaurants genoeg en ook goed. Kleine supermarkt in de buurt. Voor de echte boodschappen moet je een ritje van 10 minuten maken naar Almunecar. Genoeg uitstapjes mogelijk in de buurt.

We had an incredible stay at this fab villa. It was our honeymoon with our family.The pool is the best I’ve ever experienced, salt water, heated to 28deg, very warm, huge, crystal-clear, and perfect all day swims from sunrise to sunset. Everywhere was sparkling clean, from the spotless kitchen to the fresh, hotel-quality linens. Thoughtful touches throughout made it feel luxurious yet effortless. Five stars—can’t wait to come back! It was our first holiday with our granddaughter who loved every second. Thanks Jane & John

Perfekt vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag , am liebsten wären wir länger geblieben. Sauber , modern und herzlich in einem. Absolut empfehlenswert und solch eine Hilfe wenn man was brauchte oder Taxi , Infos generelle Fragen die natürlich immer nach der Übergabe entstehen wurden sofort und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit beantwortet. Rundum der perfekte Ort für den perfekten Urlaub! Es fällt einem schwer bei dieser Aussicht und dem Pool die Unterkunft überhaupt zu verlassen. Der letzte Urlaub mit allen Kindern bevor sie zu groß sind war auch der tollste! Wir waren rundum zufrieden und werden definitiv wiederkommen.
