Dette rummelige hjem tilbyder et lyst, åbent layout med masser af boligareal. Spisestue sæder 8; fuldt udstyret køkken, fladskærms Smart TV med DVD og iPod-afspillere i stuen og alle soveværelser. Nyd Netflix, Amazon og Youtube - på alle vores tv'er. Vi har en privat WIFI-forbindelse, så streaming og browsing på internettet er en leg! Dette er det perfekte strandhjem til at nyde vidunderlig udsigt, mens det kun er få skridt fra stranden. Nyd strandkæmning for sanddollar, se efter hvaler og delfiner, fantastiske vandrestier og laguner med ænder og så meget mere!

Gasgrill på dækket, komfortable møbler og komplet sengetøj og håndklæder. Store sofaer, der er virkelig behagelige! Varm kaffe og aviser, sammen med alt hvad du muligvis har brug for, fås i lobbybutikken. Tjek også de forbløffende drager!

Lovely stay near ocean

We enjoyed the easy access to morning and evening ocean walks. Nice kitchen and good rooms for kids. Nice master room.

Great place

This is a great property right on the beach and the beach itself is wonderful. I like being in a gated community where you don’t have to worry about things.

Pleasant & peaceful stay

Excellent location. Nice ocean view from the patio & master bedroom. Beach is very clean & quiet. Perfect location for family getaway. Only drawback was ants in kitchen & silverfish in bedroom.

Perfect for multi generational family group of 8

Nice large seating are so everyone can sit down. Large dinning table so everyone can enjoy meals together. Yes as others have said the kitchen counter where sink is, is very high. A bit awkward for me at 5’2. It all worked out. Wonderful to be so close to the beach so you can go back for snacks, change of wet clothes etc. We enjoyed digging for and crabs and found some nice whole sand dollars and a nice bonfire on the beach. (Brought our own wood)

Great Condo for the weekend

Great updated Condo for the weekend has everything you need. Grill was clean and had full propane, a little hard to move in and out of cause of the location, counter is pretty tall so be ready for that when cooking. Great views and right on the beach.

Perfect peaceful getaway to the coast without the crowds

Perfect location with a great ocean view. We were steps away from the beach. Nicely remodeled kitchen that is stocked with pots, pans, dishware, and utensils. The rental agency replied quickly any time we had a question. Our family, including 4 children, loved our time here.

Summer beach getaway

Beautiful location, steps away from the beach. I was impressed with how quiet this unit was with no neighbor on the left. Nice views of the dunes and ocean. Lovely deck off the master bedroom to sip morning coffee and watch the sunset. Perfect trip for the family with beaches that are beautiful and not crowded.

Amazing house in a beautiful setting.

We loved our weekend away in house 25 at Pajaro Dunes Resort. The house was beautiful and well maintained, with everything you need for your stay. We were all adults, yet this house works quite as well for families with children. The outside space is well maintained too and 2mn away from the beach, through the communal path between the houses. Very safe. Small downside: no hot shower. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful property

Beautiful condo. Nice view. Nice layout. Few suggestions: Master bath did not have a bathroom rug Paint needs to be touched up throughout the house Terrible lighting in bathrooms Soap dishes in bathrooms would be helpful The tea kettle was all wet and slimy inside upon arrival Not sure why there are pans that don’t work with the stove. The bunk bed ladder was unsafe and not connected properly.

We just updated the stove top and it's always been an induction stove, maybe someone left one of their own pans behind and we missed it during the cleaning. Restful vacation with extended family and a closeup view of the ocean. White sand just outside door

Excellent layout with master bedroom located away from second bed room and bunk room that is great for four children. Both areas have a full bathroom. The dining room easily seats eight as does the living room that has a fireplace and large TV. There are TVs in all three sleeping areas. This quiet unit is on the top floor with a great southern view of the ocean from the deck and also the master bedroom. Beach access is less than 100 feet from the front door of the complex.

Family vacation

This was our third stay at the Pajaro Dunes Resort but our first staying in this unit. While this unit had a great view of the ocean, we found the unit to have a stale/musty smell, as well as an ant & spider problem. We had small kids & found navigating the high counter tops a challenge. We appreciated the proximity to the ocean though & would definitely stay at the Resort again. Lots to explore on the property; pickleball & tennis courts, the kids loved the nature center & being able to check out boogie boards & pickle ball equipment from the store.

Coming back!

The furniture in the living room is different then what's in the picture but my family and I really enjoyed our stay! It was a short walk to the beach (just have to walk through the complex). Additionally the beach wasn't crowded at all! Other reviews are correct about the countertop height, it is comically high, think bar height. However, they aren't unusable! The location is seriously a hidden gem. It's away from the bustle of tourist areas like Monterey and Capitola but it's only a short drive if you want to head there. All in all, I would definitely visit again!

A magical weekend at the beach!

I live close to Pajaro Dunes, and yet I felt like I was in a unique, magical place for the weekend. My college girlfriends and I get together twice a year, and I picked this property. We liked it so much that we decided to book the same place for our next weekend away. The beds were super comfortable. The view was quite nice. The kitchen is beautiful. We were almost right on the sand, so that was extraordinary. We walked on the beach morning and night, and spent the afternoon basking in the sunshine on the deck. We also went up to Phil's fish market and bought fresh fish and BBQd it It was lovely. I recommend it. Next time, we are bringing our bikes!

I have stayed in better condos

I am a frequent traveler to this location for over 10 years. I have stayed in better units. The view was nice and the open living room had plenty of space for our family. The kitchen isn’t functional the counter tops are extremely high and was hard to wash dishes and cook. The mats they had in the kitchen hurt my feet extremely bad even my 2 year old cried when walking in the kitchen. The kitchen is not fully stocked like other units I’ve stayed in. The dishwasher was Corroded and didn’t wash dishes well. The staff should clean out pantry , there was stuff in there since 2019. The bunk beds the kids stayed in had sand under the comforter which tells me the staff didnt clean. The kids complained about being itchy when laying in bed. The carpet is white and had stains just felt dingy. For the money we spent I wish we would had stayed in another unit. I have stayed in some pretty prestigious condos and homes here and this one isn’t it.

Beautiful Views- Some pro's and Con's Would I stay again?

We Stayed in Shorebirds A25 at Pajaro Dunes. I really wanted to love this place but I seemed to walk away with more con's than pro's. Stay again? it's a no for me. Pro's - Check in was easy, views we had from the deck were of the dunes and beach, very quiet and peaceful resort, the front office had sporting Items to borrow, 3 bedrooms, big family room area, 2 bathrooms, many basic kitchen Items supplied, my daughters loved the "beach vibes" décor, plenty of blankets, beach towels and house towels, the beach was easy to access from our room. the condo was cleanCon- The door handle lock would get stuck often( even when not locked) we had to call maintenance to get in the first day, and it got stuck many times even when we didn't lock the handle, The unit had a very strong musty odder that was over powering, I know things get moist near the beach but it was very strong. When I got home and was unpacking suit cases I could smell it on everything all of our coats, clothing and bags needed to be washed. The chair cushions for the deck table were moldy, the towels were old and very worn, we had ants in the two smaller rooms. the bunk room was cramped hard to reach top bunk on one bed. The temperature was hard to control, we were freezing or to hot. anytime we turned on the heaters it seemed to over heat. The kitchen counter top was very tall and the space also very narrow it made it a cramped experience for meal prep time. table and chairs were worn out and broken spindles.

Thanks for your feedback—we’re glad you enjoyed the views and peaceful setting. We're sorry about the musty smell; the home was cleaned before arrival, but the damp ocean air can sometimes cause this. We're happy to provide special air fresheners if needed. We'll work with the HOA to check on the door handle, as we're not sure why it caused so much trouble. The home has electric radiant heat, which can be tricky to regulate, and the tall kitchen counters were remodeled for our very tall owners. If you return, we’d be love to host you. We appreciate your comments and will use them to improve.

Nice view; that is all.

We have been coming to Pajaro dunes for the last 40 years. This was the worst place we have rented. 1) The house was not cleaned to our liking; crusty food and such on the carpets in several rooms (dining room and bunk bed room) - yuk. Especially given the cleaning fees. 2) The kitchen counters are so high - they are at the level of a podium; far from ideal for cutting or prepping anything (unless you are over 6 feet tall). 3) The furniture is SO run down - perhaps it was nice 20 years ago, but the sinking FABRIC couchs felt a bit seedy and were certainly not comfortable. 4) Not a good idea to have throws that cannot be washed during COVID times (or anytime for that matter) in a rental unit - yuk. 5) The window coverings were hard to work. 6) One of the chairs in the living room was covered with funky fabric that made it look like it was covered in a diaper. Not at all inviting to sit on. 7) The rugs were gross - stains, etc. All of the throw rugs, entry way and kitchen were stained and disgusting. We had to remove the kitchen rug as to not injure ourselves (all edges were rolled up and we were worried about tripping). All-in-all, even despite the stunning view (the only redeeming quality), we would never stay here again, nor would we recommend it. I wonder if the owners were spending their own money - would they have felt satisfied to stay at a like property. Signed, "not satisfied"

Enjoyable stay, especially if you’re tall!

The property is located in the first set of buildings of the Shorebirds Resort complex. Your view of the ocean is slightly off front and center with a very small balcony that allows for outdoor table seating. We have been vacationing at the Dunes for over 30 years so we know what to expect and are very familiar with the property. I was aware of the angle of this condo when I rented it. If you’re looking for a full on ocean view from your living area window, you need to consider a listing in one of the higher numbered buildings. The full ocean view for this condo is from the master bedroom. We did have a few issues with the closet doors. We called maintenance and they came over very quickly and adjusted the tracks. The master bedroom closet doors were also very difficult to open and we did have issues with the screen doors falling off going out from the living room. Now to explain why someone tall will enjoy this condo! The bar/sink peninsula is about 10 to 12 inches taller than the average counter height. If you are a bit vertically challenged (5’ 4”) this can be an issue with food prep and clean up. Also the king bed is very tall. I had to literally climb into and slide out of the bed. The shower floor is also raised about a foot off the floor. My sister wasn’t expecting such a huge drop down and hurt her hip getting out. All in all the condo was well equipped. We did have to run out to get salt and pepper, but there were lots of other spices available. The overall experience was very pleasant. Perfect for families with small children. You do need to take your own beach chairs (we did) but there were sand toys and even a kite available as well as Alexa to stream Google Music. We were also able to use Chrome Cast to play our own downloaded movies. Lots of room at the table and a very small patio off the dining room with a propane grill. Take your Duraflame’s to use in the fireplace!

Family retreat

Tidy and clean. Prime ocean view was from bedroom, not living room. Adequately furnished and equipped. Beach toys a plus for the 3 year old. Property has leaky window and we had to empty the refrigerator for service during our stay. Luckily we did not have any great quantity of frozen items.

Wonderful property

Great location between Monterey and Santa Cruz. Fantastic ocean views from the condo and a wonderful beach to explore and play just steps away. We had the best time here both exploring the nearby attractions and just relaxing on site at Pajaro dunes. The condo itself was clean, comfortable and everything we needed it to be.
