This place is amazing. Great location. Some steps to get to it from the beach but worth it.

Very easy process to rent the property and great communication regarding getting key and getting in the apartment. Very good response time with questions I had as well.

Terrific apartment!

The house has a lovely view and is well maintained. It requires some walking to get to town. It was a perfect place for us - only wish the weather had been better so we could enjoy the view. (There was a bit of a hiccup with initially accessing the apartment and with one of the shower drains. FeelFree was very responsive in both situations.)

Beautiful view, but not aligned with price point

The location and the view are amazing. But at this price point, I would expect the kitchen and other amenities to be better. The kitchen is totally bare and while it has some items, it's lacking in the very basics (like a spatula!). Be prepared to bring EVERYTHING. Salt and pepper, a few coffee pods, etc. would be expected at this price point. We paid for the view.

Hi Kristin, Thank you very much for your feedback. We take very seriously your comments to improve our services. However, at the moment we announce as well these basic items are not provided, just basic toiletries and a cleaning kit. We hope to start providing them sometime soon Thank you again for sharing with us your feedback. Best regards, FeelFree Team

Wonderful location with incredible views! A little more a hike to get to the location but worth to get a view like this. Apartment layout and amenities were excellent. Apartment has however a minor ant issue and high humidity. We also had no hot water on our last day. Host is entirely remote, self check in and check out, which went find as they were quite responsive. I was surprised that when we asked for extra towels and dish soap they requested 30 to deliver to the apartment, which we declined. Nonetheless, the apartment itself and the view will make you quickly forget these small items.

Thank you for your review. We’re glad you enjoyed the location, the views, and the apartment layout and amenities, and that the self check-in process worked well for you. We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused by the ant issue, humidity, and the lack of hot water on your last day, and we appreciate your understanding regarding these points. Regarding extra items such as towels or dish soap, we do offer them at no cost if guests can collect them from our office; however, if we need to arrange a staff delivery, this is considered an additional service. We appreciate your stay and hope to welcome you again in the future. FeelFree Team

Excellent location - just lacking some details

This villa is in one of the best locations in San Sebastian - providing spectacular views and a quiet stay (away from traffic noise) while only being a short (c15 minute) walk to the centre of town. It is also a well appointed villa - all of the bedrooms are of a good size, and the communal area is lovely. I also found the FeelFree staff to be very helpful in the lead up to using the property. What let it down was largely apparent within the first 5 minutes of entering the property. There was a noticeable smell of damp as you enter the building and in the two lower bedrooms/bathrooms. The pool had not been cleaned and was filthy (and it was missing many tiles c/w the photos). While we were there in April and unlikely to be using the pool, it really lets down the look of the place when you overlook such a dirty space. The outside furniture was similarly dirty and stained. Again, I appreciate furniture left outdoors is unlikely to be spotless, some attempt at keeping it clean would have been appreciated. There was also no welcome pack of milk/bread/coffee - only a brillo pad and some cleaning products! I am also still waiting for the return of my deposit over a week after leaving the property (apparently they take some time to do a check of the property before releasing the money - not something I have ever come across before). On balance I would recommend this villa - just ask about cleaning of the outside spaces first, and request an airing of the rooms. Also specify how you would like the beds made up - despite saying that we were staying there with two other couples, they made up two of the bedrooms as twin rooms. And put the deposit on a card where you are not trying to access the funds for another purpose.

Great views and nice apartment

Great views and nice apartment. Spacious rooms and 3 bathrooms makes for a comfortable stay for 6 people. A bit outside the centre, but the views make up for that, and it's no problem to walk from the apartment to the old town.

The apartment had beautiful views and accommodated myself and my group of 6 well. We were able to walk to the Old Town easily. Walking up the hill at night was a bit tough, but 100% worth it for the home location, atmosphere and views. I would recommend this home for couples traveling together or families.
