Great Location

This was a great property. A little hard to find at first but great access to beach and fun activities. They left us a greeting basket which was wonderful. Easy check in and check out. Would highly recommend.

Overall we enjoyed our stay immensely.Location is perfect, Bali is lovely.Villa should have a safe fitted for valuables.Villa could be further enhanced with sun canopy awning to bedroom terrace area.

Great Stay

Stayed in Sea-Esta for 12 days at the end of August and absolutely loved the place. Apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Brilliant views and fab location. Great bar just below. Mary was a fantastic host and anything we needed she replied to in a prompt manner The 4 teenagers thought it was the best holiday we'd had.

Fantastic place

We have stayed at the Sea- esta beach 3 times and it never changes .It is spacious and the veranda is big and well equipped for outside dining. The beds are very comfortable with good quality pillows and bedding. The beach is on your doorstep the restaurants are friendly and typical Cretan but what makes it so special are the people they go above and beyond to make your holiday special. Cosy apartment in a top location

The duplex apartment is very mice and functional. It is perfectly located, 10 meters from the beach with plenty of activities if needed (sailing, fishing trips,...), 50 meters from a traditional little port and close to a few nice tavernas . This is a perfect place for a family with small children who wants to do everything by foot and enjoy the sea while being able to go home for naps and other. Valia has been extremely accommodating and helpful!! Excellent experience!!!!

Great Beach Holiday Home

This was a 2 storey flat very close to a lovely beach with 3 good tavernas nearby. The accommodation was very comfortable and we had superb views of the beach and harbour. Only two things to be aware of - 1. the spiral staircase would not be suitable for anyone with mobility difficulties. 2. It is over a bar which plays music all day until 3 or 4am. So not ideal for light sleepers. You and reduce noise by keeping windows and shutters closed at night and using the air conditioning

Perfect house but on a noisy place

The house is perfect: spacious, clean, well equipped in the heart of Bali Village and on the Bali harbour beach. The host is very responsive (repair AC) and kind understanding. BUT it is not a quiet and relaxing place at night due to the music from the bar below, too loud during all the nights (from 9 p.m to 2 a.m, hard for sleeping) despite our requests to the bar owner. It's too bad.

Schöne Aussicht

Wir haben die Zeit absolut genossen. Näher am Strand kann es kaum noch sein. Die Aussicht von der Terasse ist ja traumhaft. REstaurants, Cafes, Läden - alles in der Nähe, ein nächster gut sortierter Supermarkt gibt es allerdings in Rethimno. Was nicht so schön war, ist die unmittelbare Nähe von zwei Cafes - eins davon im Erdgeschoss des Hauses. Abends zwischen 21:00 und 24:00 arbeiten sie als Bar mit lauter Music. Vor Mitternacht kann man nicht wirklich schlafen, auch mit geschlossenen FEnstern/Türen. Der Cafebesitzer war jedoch sehr freundlich und hat wirklich Rücksicht genommen und manchmal schon vor Mitternacht zugemacht. Jedoch, wer Ruhe, vor allem abends, sucht, ist die Wohnung nicht zu empfehlen.

Perfect

Perfect location and resort and the property had absolutely everything we needed and more. Good communication with everyone involved in the rental process. Cannot praise it enough really and Bali is a beautiful place. The only thing I would say is that Bali has steep hills and the spiral staircase in the apartment might be tricky for some.

Gezinsvakantie

Waren er met 7 volw. vanaf 8 juli 10 dagen lang. Super mooi huis van alle gemakken voorzien en voldoende plek. Mooie slaapkamers en badkamer. Het huis is stijlvol ingericht. Mooi groot terras met bbq. Fijne keuken met voldoende keukengerei en ook van alle gemakken voorzien. Misschien handig om een krukje te plaatsen voor de pannen en glazen te pakken.

Idyllic half term

As a family of 5 we found the property perfect. Plenty of space both inside and out (two generous balconies). The property was well equipped. We arrived at about 1am after a late flight and were met and welcomed on arrival. A perfect holiday!

Beautiful house great location

Impressed with the house which was right on a beautiful beach. We had everything we needed on our door step. We were delighted when the manager said we could stay a bit longer on our final day, but then we were let down at the last minute as a friend of the owner wanted to use the house. This made things difficult as we couldn’t change taxi times so were left homeless for four hours with three children. So warning to others if you do get the offer of an extension be careful not to change plans, as the owner may let the house to a friend again and put you out on the street!!!

Very stylishly decorated property with lovely view

We booked this property at relatively short notice. The property manager, Valia, was extremely helpful and was very quick to communicate so thank you to her for her attention. The booking and follow up service was exemplary and it makes it so much easier when this is made simple for you! The property is only half an hour or so easy drive from Heraklion airport. Valia had recommended a car hire company, Best car Rentals, whose service was also excellent and extremely easy and, Chara, their representative was very easy to deal with by email and was also very helpful. The property is at Bali port which has a small village feel to it but with facilities within walking distance e.g. small supermarkets, several restaurants and cafes. We were met by Mr Yiannis who was very helpful, showed us the property and gave us contact numbers for if we needed anything. We were the first guests to stay in the property. The property was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We stayed for a week and the cleaners came during the week and changed towels and cleaned the property. We were a family group of three generations and we had ample space in the property with it’s 4 spacious bedrooms, open plan living/kitchen area , 2 bathrooms and two balconies. It was lovely to sit on the balcony reading our books and looking out at the sea which was only a few steps from the property. We enjoyed the beach which was easily accessible and swimming in the tranquil waters. There is the possibility to do water sports and we tried out the kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, pedalos and the sunset catamaran ride. Visiting the harbour side in Rhythemno was a good place for an evening meal and we also drove across the island to discover the south coast whilst enjoying the mountains across the centre. We would definitely recommend the property to friends for a relaxing beach holiday!
