Denne Huatulco-villa tilbyder en unik arkitektonisk oplevelse ovenfra og ned. Indgangsvejen tilbyder sømløse glasdøre i en åben koncept-foyer. Derfra kan du følge den brolignende gangbro ind i det smukke friluftskokken. Hele villaen er bygget på en måde, der viser den bedste udsigt til havudsigten og tropiske omgivelser. Du bliver aldrig træt af at nyde en middag på den smukke gårdhave med udsigt over poolen og Stillehavet nedenfor.

Det store soveværelse er en scene med ro med king-size seng og privat balkon med udsigt over Stillehavet nedenfor. Den anden og tredje gæstesuiter har hver en kingsize seng og er placeret på det nederste niveau af villaen.

Slap af i sengen og se tv i soveværelset. Eller bare slap af på et af de mange pletter designet til nøjagtigt det i hele huset. Den udendørs stue er virkelig en godbid.

Granitbenken, der er bærebjælken i køkkenet, løber bredden af den katedrallignende Palapa, der dækker den. Køkkenet er mest unikt i, hvordan tællerummet og opbevaringen er blevet integreret i palapas runde vægge. Dette åbne luftskoncept fortsætter, når dit øje rejser til infinity-poolen og udsigten over havet nedenfor. Det er virkelig en afslappende oplevelse at spise i denne indstilling!

Outdoor living with indoor comforts

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at Bella Vista. The outdoor kitchen under the palapa was nicely balanced with lovely air conditioned bedrooms all with on suite bathrooms for comfortable sleeping. It was hot and humid while we were there in late November so the pool was so useful and wonderfully warm. The cleaning staff were exceptionally pleasant and whenever we had questions the main villa contact person was also wonderful. A couple of minor issues were: the safe was not functioning and never got serviced as promised. Also we purchased our own extra toilet paper and paper towels as there was not enough available. Lastly we had daily visits by the local wildlife looking for food in the outdoor kitchen so it was imperative to keep everything put away behind locking doors including the garbage. We didn’t mind but it took a few days to get used to that routine.The location of the villa was in a lovely neighborhood above the backside of a hotel. There was easy access to the restaurant and coffee shop from the hotel, and a beautiful neighborhood beach with great snorkeling. We had rented a car to explore but one could take taxis to town with ease.All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Bella Vista.

I really enjoyed my stay at the VRBO, it was a really beautiful home and it was really fun seeing the wildlife up close too. Would definitely stay here again.

Christmas in paradise!

Our family is used to traveling over the holidays and our trip to Huatulco was amazing! The house was perfect for our family of six. Communication with MHV employees was quick and easy. They helped us arrange multiple tours throughout our stay and made sure all our needs were met. The grounds keeper, house keeper, and property manager were all extremely polite and helpful and even made sure we had a Christmas tree to decorate!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved the architecture of this home and the landscape was beautiful. I was disappointed that the ocean view is now blocked due to a hotel built in front of it. I was also disappointed by the makeshift fence that has been put up which hinders the view even more. I was disappointed that there was no real oven on the property. The small countertop oven that we were given did not work, so we only had a cooktop and the Barbecue. There were large ants everywhere, crawling all over the countertops and floors. We also had 3 scorpions in the home and 2 tarantulas, I feel the homes bug issues need to be addressed. Very minimal floating devices for the pool, I was happy I brought two with me, which I left there when we left because of the 3 that were with the home two of them had leaks. So at least now the home has a couple more for the next renters. The exposed garbage cans in the kitchen were also a real eyesore to the home. The location was very close to downtown only a short drive away, and the beach was also a short walk away, but if you have mobility issues this is not the home for you to rent, as there are many stairs and the walk to the beach is a steep hill. The enclosed garage was also very nice if you have a rental vehicle.

Gorgeous Return to Paradise

For the third time, the place was absolutely stunning. A gorgeous villa where the amazing pictures you see don't do the place justice. The views are amazing and the "perch" that overlooks the pool and the coast is breathtaking. The staff was great and took care of our every need and made sure we knew everything we needed to know to fully enjoy our week. It's just too bad it had to end so quickly! Looking forward already to next year!!

This Villa is beautiful. Open and spacious. The view of the sunrise from the master bedroom is stellar. Great pool. The Arrocito beach is within walking distance.

Overall good, several pros and cons

Pros: - easy check in - kind and helpful employees - well equipped kitchen, laundry and bathrooms - very clean - private pool was great Cons: - a hotel is being built right in front of the property, blocking the view of the ocean. The photos on the listing are prior to the construction, so we were disappointed to arrive and see a fence blocking the view. We could still see the ocean from other spots on the property, but the main view is gone. Something to think about: - a cab ride is needed to get to shops, bars, cafes. - property wouldn’t suit a family with kids under 8. There are lots of places where there aren’t fences or hand rails (inside and in the pool and garden). - when booking through My Huatulco Vacactions, skip the drink package. Cheaper and better option is to head to the store and buy your own supplies.

Huatulco Vacation

The property was located out of town on a hillside and was quiet with a fantastic view of the ocean. We loved the house! Open and roomy, the kitchen had everything to cook meals. It was a short walk to the beach or a short cab ride into town. The staff was incredibly helpful. If we needed anything all we had to do was call or text. We would definitely stay here again!

1004 - Villa Bellavista I) located in Huatulco, Oaxaca

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for 5 weeks from Feb 1 to March 7 , 2020 .The property was even nicer than the pictures showed . It has a lot better view of the ocean than the pictures. There are currently 2 large condos being built next to the Punta Arrocito condos depending on how tall they are going to be they could restrict a portion of the view in that direction. But there is still plenty of ocean view we even saw whales on several occasions . We really like the open concept living area there was almost always a nice breeze blowing in that made it very comfortable . The master bedroom has an awesome view and very spacious area. The 2 downstairs bedroom are very nice also. All bedrooms have their own AC . The pool and pool area is very nice with a restroom next to it very convenient . They have a Gardner who watered the plants and took care of the pool daily . He came at 9:00 am did his work and left usually a he was there maybe a couple of hours . He was a really nice guy if he happened to be there when we had grocery's etc to carry in he always helped us. Jonathon was the property manager . He was prompt to answer our emails and phone calls to answer any questions etc we had. He was very lien ant on our check in and out time. Gaby was the guest services person also great to work with. Very helpful / helping us find restaurants , hair salons , shopping , etc. . If I had to say one negative thing it would be it takes a long time to get hot water in the showers . I would definitely rent this house again it is in a great / safe location with cabs readily available. I hope this review was helpful

Relaxing stay

He was a delight. The property Management company was very well organized in the booking and arranging anything we needed. Getting a taxi is a little more challenging here than where we have stayed before, but it was a short walk to a road where taxis traveled and we usually didn't have to wait too long for a taxi to come by.

Wonderful experience in Huatulco!

Beautiful View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just returned from two weeks at the aptly named Villa Bella Vista and had a fantastic time. The layout of the villa was great with lots of room for 6 adults. Rooms were separated nicely with well functioning air conditioning, an ensuite in each and comfortable beds. The outdoor great room under the palapa was where we spent the majority of our time along with the pool as we soaked up the sun and the wonderful views of the surrounding properties as well as the ocean. The washroom by the pool along with the BBQ were also nice touches. House was located in a convenient spot in Huatulco, less than a 10 minute walk to Arrocito Beach or the main road into town, both Tangolunda and the town square were also walkable if you were feeling adventurous. House was clean and well maintained and the area was safe.

The two lower bedrooms are smallish but comfortable. The Master is great with wonderful views. We rarely left the premises. We cooked. Watched the stars. And debated whether we should go to beach--the pool always won out even though the beach was a 7-minute walk away. The location was quiet, even on New Year's Eve.

Awesome View!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for us. We had three couple so they each got their own room with a bathroom. This was great. The master bedroom upstairs is so nice and rooming and the view is awesome. There is even a full bathroom at the pool area. Speaking of the pool, it is great. The view while swimming is incredible. The whole layout of the place is fantastic. The location of the house is also perfect. Only 10 mins from town and one really great restaurant in walking distance. There were only two suggestions we have. One is more light is need in the kitchen and by the dining table. We ask them to bring in more lights and they did they just need to be made permanent. Also, there was a lot of no see um bugs so we got quite a few bites. They were in the eating areas and the living room area. We suggest the place be sprayed for these bugs. We had a great time, thank you!

November 2018 Stay

The house is great and the view incredible. Perfect location. The house made our stay very nice. The outside area was very dark at night so we asked for some more lights which they brought us. I hope they install some permanently. The one really downside was there was a lot of bugs (no see ems) that bit up our legs and arms. The outside area and bedrooms should be sprayed. Nice place. If we go back we will stay here again.
