Hello Som, We are sorry to hear about the access troubles you experienced upon arrival. We do send booking confirmations at the time of booking and also make note that if you do not receive an access code 1-2 days prior to your arrival, to please call our office. The access code is also auto-sent from our reservation system to your personal email address and sometimes these get filtered to spam/junk folders. We also send out a text message a few days prior to your arrival confirming your stay and that you have everything necessary for your arrival!
