Our families have been vacationing together for a long time. We both agreed that this was the best house we have ever rented. Would strongly recommend this house to anyone looking for an amazing place. Our group size is 6 and we had plenty of room. The only thing I would recommend is replacing the master bedroom mattress. Not a deal breaker, but it has a crater on one side.

Second stay and even better than the first!

We love this property so much! This was our second stay here and had the best time. Stayed over Thanksgiving and had everything we needed to have the most relaxing and peaceful holiday. We’re already looking forward to returning.

Very basic house in a good location

This is a very basic three bedroom/ two bath in a good location. The pool was nice but the hottub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Easy beach access and everything worked. I probably wouldn’t book it again but it was a good vacation.

Relaxing Get-Away

Beautiful house. Plenty to do as far as beach, pool, relax by fire or head down to town get ice cream or shop and grab a bite to eat. Cute up and coming area. Everything seems to be within 20-30 minutes. Beach was beautiful and private. Will definitely make our way back down there again.

Great stay

This house was very nice! We were pleasantly surprised by some amenities that weren’t listed including the hot tub. Location is right on the beach with such a short walk it was easy for our elderly parents. The nearby town of port st Joe had enough little local food joints and shops but didn’t feel crowded at all. The property was well kept and the two times we had to call maintenance they were very quick to respond

Great vacation

We enjoyed our stay greatly. The house was great, well maintained, well furnished and well stocked with kitchenware for our needs. The beach was great and amazingly quiet for mid July - just what we wanted. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch and the great ocean view - right on the beach. The kids loved the pool, it was very well maintained as well. This was our first time in Indian Pass and we loved it - enough off the beaten path to be quiet, but close enough to restaurants and groceries, etc. We will definitely be back!

Comfortable & Great Location

Family enjoyed the convenience of the pool and ready access to the beach. Indian Pass Raw Bar was our favorite restaurant and it's just a mile down the road.

Wonderful Home and Great Location to get away for a Week

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very nice. We had 4 adults and 3 children and had plenty room. The view from the back porch and around the firepit. We had some issues with the pool being heated that we paid $250 for this to be done. We checked in and notice the heat was not working and the service light was on the pool pump. After several calls and email we were told Sunday evening that the pool pump was out and they needed the homeowner to approve the purchase of a new pump. We were never told there was an issue with it the first 2 days we called Cape and Coast about the issue. Cape and Coast did issue us a refund for the 3 days we were without the heated pool which was greatly appreciated I just wish the communication was a little better from them about the issue.Overall we loved the rental and looking forward to our next stay at Turquise and Caicos

Property needs attention

I take my own cooking utensils and clean a drawer out just for them. I opened the drawer and a roach was crawling on them! We also found roaches in the living room. The kitchen stove is totally uneven and difficult to cook with consistency. The king bed in the back bedroom has a terrible, outdated mattress. The flooring was very dirty and I could see a few “streaks” from a mop or something but not even close to being clean. The drawer in the refrigerator is broken. The cabinets had very visible hand prints and I had to clean each one as the area around the handles is black from being ignored. The back bedroom shower has a very slippery tile that is a definite hazard. I wiped it down but a good cleaning would possibly help…..certainly couldn’t hurt. The living room rug is in terrible shape with stains and thin areas that are worn out. Overall, this house has been ignored and is becoming very run down.

We love the sized of the house and 1 floor accommodation. It was very clean. We did have a few small issues arise, which Cape and Coast Management quickly responded and took care of. The beds were very comfortable. We liked the addition of the shelves for additional storage in the kitchen. Our only complaint would be an overall lack of serving/mixing ware and no large skillet.

Great time at Turquoise and Caicos

The beach is very close and using the flat board walk easy to get on the beach. The ramp makes it easy to get your luggage and groceries into the house. The pool, fire pit and covered porch were great. The property was very clean. The only thing I would suggest they provide more silverware and replace the Corning ware bowls. I have been working with Cape & Coast for a number of years and they have never disappointed in their customer service.

Perfect Family Togetherness

The property was ideal for our family of six. There was plenty of space and we had everything we needed. The heated private pool was a game changer. Pool in the mornings and evenings, ocean beach midday... perfection. The fire pit was lovely as was the deck for morning coffee. We would definitely come back again!

If you are looking for privacy away from hotels, high rises, and crazy traffic this is a great option. We saw dolphins almost every day. The outdoor space with the beach as a backyard, fire pit, and pool area were amazing. Large common space and great beach stuff including toys, bean bag toss, and some body/boogie boards. Would highly recommend this property. Our only issue was there was no golf cart that was supposed to be, but the company was very timely in finding one for us.

Perfect Forgotten Florida Getaway

The boardwalk and ramp into the house made it a perfect solution for our party which included a senior with mobility issues and a senior dog. The pictures shown provide an accurate depiction. We rented a golf cart as well and highly recommend one to others. We were also fortunate to have great neighbors the week we were there. Thank you for making your home available and pet friendly.
