Hilton Head Island -Ny Ejer og renoveret St. Andrews Common komfortable 2BR, 2BA 2-etagers villa i Palmetto Dunes. Fra den slagne vej, St. Andrews er beliggende nær, men smukt indstillet bortset fra indgangen til Palmetto Dunes i sin egen frodige enhed. Med udsigt over Fazio kurset, St. Andrews er roligt med fredfyldte landskabspleje, fugleliv, og tæt på alle de udvej faciliteter. St. Andrews har en on-site pool, og havet er minutter væk. Palmetto Dunes er en 2000 acre feriested med 3 miles af havet adgang, 11 laguner (store for kajaksejlads!), 3 mesterskabet golfbaner, 24 tennisbaner samt omfattende cykelvenlige veje, der omfatter adgang til Shelter Cove / Marina med mange restauranter, butikker samt sejlsport. Adgang til strand med parkering er ved Dunes Beach House og på Disney Beach Club. Gratis shuttle service gennem Palmetto Dunes Buggy er tilgængelig fra april til september. Ved at bo i vores villa vil du blive aflyst til ejerens rabat på de 3 Palmetto Dunes championship golfbaner, tennisbaner og 20% rabat på huslejer (cykler, kajakker osv.) På Hilton Head Outfitters placeret inden for Palmetto Dunes.
Denne smukke Ocean Walk villa for nylig renoveret med alle nye møbler / interiør, tilbyder ekspansiv udsigt over Fazio golfbanen. Med trægulve udseende overalt og brugerdefinerede luksus finish, denne villa er sikker på at tilbyde en afslappende tilflugtssted med udsigt over George Fazio golfbane og lagunen.
Punktet har trægulve udseende, der kører i hele boligarealer giver villaen en varm, men alligevel luksuriøst moderne føler. Lige ved indgangen er den smukke åbne koncept køkken, fuldt udstyret med granit bordplader, flad kogeplade og to drejelige barstole. Fra køkkenet er en spiseplads med plads til 6, der åbner ind i stuen med en 48 "Smart Sony fladskærm HDTV, DVD-afspiller, fransk dør til balkon med udsigt over Fazio golfbanen og lagunen. 15 trin op ad vindeltrappen er det andet soveværelse byder enkeltsenge. Dette soveværelse har også sin egen private badeværelse med brusebad / badekar combo.
Der er en separat vaskerum med stabling vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Også inkluderet er gratis WiFi højhastigheds internet service og kabel-tv-tjeneste med over 200 kanaler.

My girlfriends and I stayed for a week. Our host, Tom, was so friendly and helpful. We spoke several times and he was so gracious and accommodating. The unit was very nicely appointed and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The unit was right on the golf course and I loved having my early morning coffee on the porch while watching and listening to the birds. The unit came with bikes and my friend and I rode every morning. A big plus was the Dunes Buggy Shuttle that took us to and from the beach daily as well as to and from restaurants in the evening. Just loved the unit and couldn't have asked for better hosts. Highly recommend. Thanks Tom and Jan. We will definitely rent again!

Lovely

We loved staying here. It was so comfortable and serene. Loved sitting on the patio and watching all the wildlife. This was the perfect location for our family. We had a wonderful time and hope to be back again.

Beautiful Condo, great stay!

Perfect spot!

We enjoyed everything about our stay at this villa! It is beautiful, spacious, and so quiet. Such an easy walk to the pool and about a 3 minute drive for us to the beach with very accessible parking. Owners were great to work with and they truly thought of all the little things that we needed on a vacation - we even enjoyed their bikes and did not have to rent any. Thanks for a great stay!

Great condo!

The condo is beautiful and clean and well appointed. The location is perfect - fantastic views of the golf course, lagoons and wildlife. Short drive or bike to the beach, and steps to the pool. Easy to get to anywhere else on the island. Great and timely communication from the owners. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Villa

We had a wonderful time in this tastefully renovated villa in Palmetto Dunes. The unit was very clean and well maintained and was stocked with everything you might need for an enjoyable vacation. It is located close to the Palmetto Dunes Tennis and Pickleball Club and has easy access to bike paths for rides to the beach. We will certainly consider this property for future visits to Hilton Head.

A Perfect Stay

The condo was lovely and just as pictured. It suited as well. The complex pool was beautiful and large compared to others in the area. Tom was a delight to work with. He was very responsive and generous. We would definitely stay again!

The place was clean, great location, nice pool and everything was great. The only negative I could find was the one bathroom had no ceiling fan. Otherwise, GREAT WEEK

Great Location!

We had a great time at this location. Golf, pool, ocean, cycling..... Ran out of time in our week to do everything. Have been renting vacation properties for years and this is definitely at the top of the list.

Amazing Villa!!

I can't say enough great things about this property - super clean, very nicely updated and very private. I also had the opportunity to speak to one of the owners (Tom) a few times and he was exceptionally friendly and went out of his way to provide information on things from best restaurants to island activities. I can honestly say that, while we've stayed in some very nice properties in our many years of coming to HHI, this villa is probably the nicest. Will definitely stay here again in the future and looking forward to our next visit!

Want a golf course view

Tom and Jan's condo is updated, immaculate, and beautiful. Every detail was planned for and completed. The bed was very comfortable, and we loved the walk-in shower. Our priority is outdoor space with a view of the golf course, and we enjoyed the deck and the view. Tom went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

Great vacation in Palmetto Dunes

This unit is exactly as described & very nice inside, with lovely views. Visiting from the UK it was also great to have x4 beach chairs & x3 bikes, plus decent wifi & cable. The owners are extremely helpful & responsive. It has everything you could want for a vacation. We have stayed in many units in Palmetto Dunes over the years & this is one of the nicest. We like St Andrews Common because it has a nice outlook & pool area. Plus it’s a nice bike ride to the beach. It’s also really easy to walk to restaurants at the entrance to the community. Great Mexican restaurant!

Very nice condo

Lovely property. We are older and the condo being on second floor was a little tough for us. Maybe we bring to much stuff. Deck was great. Loved watching the golfers. Nice location to the pool and pond with turtles and alligator or two. Owner Tom is pleasure to work with.

Summer Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! Tom, the property owner was friendly, helpful, accessible and went out of his way to make sure that we had an enjoyable stay. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook meals in the villa, the location is beautiful and is right on the golf course. The beds and couches were very comfortable. It was a very quiet and restful week....just what we needed! :)

The property is in excellent condition, including all the furniture, appliances and fixtures. This is a property that the owner takes pride in and it is apparent from how it is decorated and the material that was used within the unit. The location was perfect for us, secluded enough and quiet, but we were able to ride our bikes to the beach within 5 minutes. The owner is very attentive and makes sure that your stay is enjoyable and trouble free. Palmetto Dunes is a clean and friendly environment that is perfect for all ages. I would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

A Heavenly Villa And Precious Owners

I will have to say that my experience renting this property was of the utmost highest and as well with the owners. The villa was so very cozy and inviting with such precious decor. The back porch area with the rocking chairs and beautiful trees, landscape and wonderful wildlife was just icing on the cake. Also, the location was just perfect. The owners were so very caring and wanted to make sure that my stay was just perfect. There really isn’t a rating that is high enough for my whole experience😊.

Excellent villa. Great owners! Very clean

The villa was exactly as described. The location was perfect for my wife and I and our 10 year old son. The villa was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay in Hilton Head. This is our 7th year at Hilton Head and this is by far our favorite villa and we will be returning again next year. The owner was very cooperative and easy to reach and responded to our only concern within hours and handled it immediately. As a matter of fact, if the villa had a Keurig it would have been just as we would have decorated and equipped. Bike ride to the beach was 5 minutes and a walk to the general store was about 10. The community pool was close and not crowded during our stay. Can’t wait until next year.

The owners live in the Cincinnati Ohio area. Tom is recently retired. He had a 41 year career with a major General Contractor/Construction Manager. He is a civil engineer graduate of The University of Cincinnati. Jan works part time for Hospice as a nurse & licensed medical massage therapist.

We have traveled to Hilton Head yearly since our children were small toddlers. Typically we always have stayed in Palmetto Dunes. We now have 4 grandchildren who now also love it here. It is a perfect location and close to so many amenities. St. Andrews seems to be the perfect location for us. It is beautifully landscaped, private, and the property is well cared for. Our villa has a fresh coastal look with lovely views from every window. A perfect place to relax & enjoy your vacation.

Palmetto Dunes has a perfect location and is conveniently located in the central part of the island . We are close to the ocean, restaurants, shopping, lovely bike trails, golf, tennis, General Store. Just across the Highway is Shelter Cove & Town Center with a scenic harbor, boats, many shops, restaurants, parks, entertainment, outdoor dining/bars . So much to do & see !
