A perfect stay with our own swimming pool!

This apartment is in an ideal location in the centre of Barcelona, the staff were all very helpful, and assisted us with booking tours in in the city. The condo was immaculate and very luxurious, we enjoyed the little outdoor courtyard with the swimmimng pool and the bed was large which we love and very comfortable.

FILTHY and worn/falling apart

Do not book this property! It ruined our stay in Barcelona. If we hadn’t already paid, we would have left. Day 2 & 3, we went to the office, voiced our concerns and asked to speak with a manager. Ultimately, we were told to “send an email with issues”. We did and included pictures. 15 hours before our departure, the “fix” was to re-clean the apartment…Too little, too late. Here’s what we emailed: Never been cleaned or not cleaned in years - All light switches, Window shade remotes, Door handles, Bedroom closet doors handles, Refrigerator-door handles and inside. Other surfaces that were dirty: Bedroom side tables, Kitchen counter (Thank God we brought Lysol wipes so that we could clean all these disgusting surfaces.) The pool is not useable; it needs to be drained, scrubbed/mold removed. The showers have mold. Before using, one side of a towel rack fell out if the wall. One of the five towels we got was dirty/stained. The tables in the bedrooms are damaged and need to be replaced. In the living area, lights are missing/not working. There is considerable dust in all the bathroom fans, light fixtures and on top of the kitchen vent hood. The downstairs shade on the right raises without being touched. The kitchen faucet spray is damaged. All the kitchen cabinet door handles are rusted. The toilet on the first floor leaked so much we had to put paper towels down to avoid slipping. On day 3, the kitchen floor buckled/popped up in one area, causing a trip hazard.

We have just left this apartment very nice and comfortable, in a beautiful area. It is a quiet and quality neighborhood, just like the apartment. The nice pool, but cold, in the summer would be perfect. We liked everything, clean, cozy, and location, beds are comfortable too.

Best stay in our trip to Spain!

This was our favorite stay of all of our stops in Spain. The location was excellent and the private garden and swimming pool was amazing. Above all, we slept like babies. The apartment was very quiet and comfortable. We had all we needed which included a kitchen and 5 comfortable beds.

Luxury apartment with perfect location

We more than loved this apartment. I exceded our expectations which is very hard... As we were there during the Winter we could not really enjoy the swimming pool but the garden surely was a big plus. As we did not really know how all the electronic devises worked, one of the team members came by to explain us everything, which we really appreciated a lot!

Very central and the neighbourhood felt safe!

Couldn’t ask for a better location. Very central and the neighbourhood felt safe. Close to lots of restaurants. The flat was clean and looked exactly like the photos. The staff we met were all helpful and friendly. Despite my negative comments below, I would stay at this location again but would look for a flat further up in the building.
