Magic moments

Beautiful condo, great views, fully equipped. Very nice pool and hot tub. Close to everything. Highly recommended 👍

Great location

What we liked :Located super close to the beach, bikes, shops, bars & Starbucks. Great updated shower& host always got back to us regarding out questions. Nice balcony. Good food at the hotel street level. What we didn’t like: Pictures are accurate however the room & hotel iisn’t very clean. Only 1 elevator works, pool is small and hot as a jacuzzi. Extra pillows, curtains are stained. Walls and cabinets and drawers need a good washing and paint chipping in spots. Elevator’s and hallways sticky, dirty.. Parking costs $50 per day (valet) cash only. We didn’t mind that so much but every new valet tried to recharge us when we occasionally got our car. Pool gate didn’t work. This vrbo is INSIDE The Z Hotel. Will not stay here again. We left 2 days early.

Great location, but better options for the money.

Pros: the location is amazing, you pop out of the condo right at the corner where south beach starts, the pool area was pretty nice and hot tub was enjoyable, super easy check in process and daily checkups to see if we needed anything. Cons: the condo we got was different from the photos, not a big deal bc it was identical just exact opposite layout. The biggest thing was the balcony view, in the pics it looks like it overlooks the pool possibly but it’s the main road and very loud. The condo is well insulated though and with balcony doors closed it was fine but I didn’t spend much time on the balcony bc of the noise and lack of privacy. Pics show a palm tree there but maybe it was removed bc ours didn’t have one. Like most places in South beach the building is a little run down, not horrible but for the price we could have stayed in places much nicer. Kinda bummed bc we spent a good amount of time in the room but if you want a top location with close access to dining, beach etc this is for you. Also, there was only one key card for elevator which made going out separate annoying but not a deal breaker.

Fun Getaway

We booked our trip not realizing it was Spring Break and we were in the midst of it. It was like Bourbon St on steroids, but didn’t have that smell. PERFECT spot for people watching! I saw things I’ve never seen before. Quite entertaining. Would book unit again, but choose different dates. Short walk to beach, Art Deco District, SoFi, etc. We walked everywhere. Fun, but unexpected experience.

Had a Great Time!

I would like to say that this property was perfect for us! The location is awesome! Right across the street from the beach, close to all the bars and restaurants plus an awesome bar/restaurant right on the property. Victor was great in helping with whatever we needed. My only reason for not 5 stars...our beautiful balcony was right across from Senor Frogs. Great, unless you are a light sleeper. We happen to have ear plugs, but it stays noisy late. Overall a great experience!!!
