Cornucopia is in an excellent location on the edge of Portree, with great views, within a 10 min walk into town. A 2bed semi-detached cottage, it is more suited to a family of four than 2 couples but it is warm, well furnished (dishwasher and washer/dryer) and very comfortable. Excellent 1 1/2 hr walk from the door around the scorrybreac peninsula with fantastic views. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

A well equipped and maintained property.

A well equipped and maintained property. Parking is good and easily accessed. The view from the living area window was wonderful; much time spent looking across at Raasay, it's a view that we wouldn't tire of. The weather was mixed and we did what we wanted to. Would have been good if the Caretaker/Manager details had been up to date on the print out I received. The previous incumbent was contacted as that was the only information available but she was good about it. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

This is the best holiday apartment we have ever stayed in and so well equipped. Beautiful views and great to have the Scorrybreac as the morning dog walk. Really quick walk to the local shops. If we come back to the area we would definitely want to come again. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

The cottage was very comfortable.

The cottage was very comfortable. Only a short walk into Portree to local amenities. Our son liked having his own mezzanine floor to get away from the adults and there was good WiFi reception throughout the property. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Cornucopia is a lovely cottage in the ideal location, just a short walk from the amenities in Portre

Cornucopia is a lovely cottage in the ideal location, just a short walk from the amenities in Portree. The cottage is well equipped and quite spacious, the additional mezzanine is great if you’re a group of four. Despite the high ceiling in the lounge the cottage is very cosy, and the heating panels are easy to control so the temperature can be maintained. The only negative is the shower, it is far too weak. If you have thick, longer hair you will struggle to rinse it clean, it was actually easier to run a bath. The cottage is split level, with stairs down to the bedrooms and bathroom and then stairs up to the living and kitchen space, also there is a bank up from the cottage to the main road, so it may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. We will definitely stay at Cornucopia again.

Absolutely beautiful cottage! The views over the bay are stunning. Lots of shops, restaurants and bars all within walking distance yet you still have seclusion. Clearly whoever owns this house cares alot about what they do as attention to detail is fantastic. One of the best properties we have ever stayed in! Cannot praise it highly enough

Cornucopia is a great cottage close to both the harbour and shops. The only downside for some less fit people would be the stairs to the different levels.
