Wildwood Suites er beliggende blandt fyrretræer ved siden af en malerisk bjergstrøm i et roligt beboelsesområde kun to gader fra centrum af Breckenridge. For at komme til pisterne, enten ski til den nærliggende shuttle stop eller gå til Snowflake lift. I slutningen af dagen kan du stå på ski ind via 4 o'clock kørsel lige til din lejlighed og det store dampkompleks boblebad. Denne hyggelige 1-værelses + hems, 2-badeværelser deluxe condo er et perfekt tilflugtssted for familier og grupper på op til seks personer. Det er pænt renoveret, og din pup er også velkommen! Opholdsstedet er dejligt og solrigt med et LCD-tv og en dør til balkonen, hvor du kan slappe af og tage i den friske bjergluft. Great ski in/ski out rental

Property is within walking distance to ski rental and ski lift. Also close to Main Street restaurants. Very clean and had everything we needed for a great ski vacation.

Cozy and peaceful

Had a great time staying in your Grey Wolf condo at Wildwood Suites in Breckenridge. It was conveniently located to beautiful downtown main making access extremely easy. The golden aspens were a vibrant show from the deck. Thank you for being a part of this beautiful vacation.

Great location - responsive managers

My adult son and I stayed here for 4 nights. Property was exactly as pictures and location would be hard to beat. 5 min walk to lift & rentals and 10-15 min walk from just about anywhere in town. The property itself is showing some age but the unit was clearly renovated in the past few years. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a family of 4

Size and accommodations were perfect for our family of 4. Ski in was awesome. Ski out was a little more difficult only because you can only ski down to the shuttle stop to take you to the lifts unless you want to walk up a hill and down a parking lot to the first lift. Not terrible but a little more difficult for the shuttle on a holiday weekend. Overall great place.

The location was great--if you're there to ski, you just ski down 4 o'clock and walk a couple blocks over to the lift. Spacious loft area with an extra bathroom was a plus. Place was as advertised

Stayed for 10 days in March. Overall a good experience and would stay again. Be prepared for a 5 minute hike mostly uphill to the snowflake lift. Coming back after skiing was a breeze, just a 3 minute walk downhill to the condo. It was less than a 10 minute walk to downtown which was also nice. The condo had plenty of dishes and towels. We did have an issue with the toilet, which was finally resolved after 2 trips by the maintenance crew

Perfect Location, Nice Stay

The condo is in an excellent location - quick walk downtown and to the gondola. While the building and common spaces are dark and dated, the unit itself is very nice - bright, updated, clean, and had everything we needed. Relaxing on the balcony was nice to wrap up a day of hiking and biking. The main bedroom is small. There were only two of us, so we put our suitcases and clothes in the loft area to make room to walk around the bed. A low battery in a smoke detector, located in a very difficult to reach location, caused a chirping noise. We reported it and it was quickly handled by a cheerful maintenance staff member. We appreciated the responsiveness, especially with it being a holiday weekend (4th of July). We would stay at this condo again.

This served our family of 3 incredibly well for a ski week

We stayed in the apartment for 6 nights in early April, and it served all of our needs. The building is a little bit old, but no mind, the apartment itself is well kept, up to date and well stocked with glasses, cutlery, plates and the cooking basics. We gave our daughter the loft which she loved - it is quite roomy up there. The downstairs bedroom is a bit small - just adjust your expectations. But everything else worked well. Internet was perfect for work and Zoom calls. Although the parking lot had many cars , we always found a space, and we heard almost nothing in terms of neighbor noise. Coin Op laundry works fine. Fans and humidifiers. The management company checked in with us the day after we arrived and brought us a couple of minor items the next day. A 2 minute drive into town. In terms of skiing convenience, for ski-out we cheated a little bit to make the place extra easy - renting skis at the shop at the base of Snowflake lift is a bit more expensive, but they allow you to store your skis and boots overnight... we'd walk the 5 minutes uphill to our stuff, change, and off we went. There is a short steepish hill (part of 4 o clock) to hike up to get there; a fit person could do it with poles and skis in tow. For ski-in, you can ski right to the top of the development parking lot and its a 50-yard walk to the door (or ski right over to the rental place). For 4 or fewer I would definitely stay here again.

The only complaint was that there was no laundry facilities available at the time of our stay, there was work being done to that area with no other local alternative for laundry. We used the local 24 hr laundromat.

Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a great stay and are very satisfied: property is as described, and some of reviewers feedback was very helpful in being prepared that no dresser was available in the master bedroom ( made it difficult to maneuver the luggage, as not all items can be hung on hangers). The bedroom upstairs has a dresser, so that helped with the kids items staying organize. Overall, the location is great, apartment very clean and management's response within minutes made it a very pleasurable stay. Beware though this unit doesnt provide items like salt, basic cooking supplies ( oil/salt), so come prepared if you plan on making your meals. The kitchen however is stocked with all needed utensils/pots. Would recommend and/or stay again.

This year I finally figured out where the nearby snowflake gondola is. There were no directions or map but it’s a short 5 minute walk up the hill and around other condos. You can ski almost all the way back. We rented skis at the bottom of the lift that allows you to store everything there but your helmet overnight. That was super convenient. Very short walk to downtown. Parking right next to the front door. Excellent value. I’ll stay again. This survey is tiny on my phone so please excuse typos.

Great location but compact

The location is great for skiing and for access to downtown. Building access was also easy. The condo takes a long time to heat up but does eventually. We had a family of 5 and it was a bit cramped. I think it would be hard for 6 unrelated people to stay here unless you're very close friends!

Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was a short 5-10minute walk from Main Street and close to many shops and restaurants. We loved looking out the patio each morning at the beautiful fall colors and cool weather! We only had a small issue with the Wifi, but the host was very attentive and helped us get it fixed quickly. Overall a very wonderful stay!

Great location, relatively recent update (6 years ago)

Overall, really enjoyed this place....very convenient location and updated fairly recently (about 6 years ago). Some minor things that need to be rectified....bedside lamp in downstairs bedroom with UBC connection to turn it on and no cube to plug it into the wall.....scraped up pots and pans (almost all cooking utensils are metal for coated pans) ;/ with very loose handles as well as no sponge/scrubber in kitchen to wash dishes...shaky spiral staircase that seems to need stabilization...several burned out lights and a couple light switches that did nothing...no instructions for wifi or tv remote in condo....I called the Summit phone # to report some of these items and was told a work order was being submitted....but then had another person from their office contact me the next day to see how I was doing...who couldn't find any work order submitted. She DID apologize and offer to fix some of the issues but by that point, I was over it and not really wanting to have workmen coming into the condo.....Overall, these are all minor issues....just annoying.....

Great Stay

Everything was great. Clean, convenient spot with a short walk into town. Summit Mountain rentals was great too, very informative and communicative. Would definitely use them again.
