Lovely cottage, very comfortable and nicely decorated in a great location for exploring the Dales.

Lovely cottage, very comfortable and nicely decorated in a great location for exploring the Dales. Bedroom, lounge, kitchen all beautiful and very nice to return to after a day exploring. We ate at the pub, Indian takeaway and fish and chip shop, all good and only a few minutes walk away, as is a good convenience store.We couldn’t ask for more and will definitely go back in warmer weather!

Absolutely fantastic cottage.

Absolutely fantastic cottage. Beautiful, immaculate, just perfect. The village is very nice too, with a couple of pubs, an Indian restaurant, a supermarket and lots of great walks on your doorstep.We loved this cottage and are planning to return.

Beautiful cottage in very pretty location by river, close to shops and other services. A few too many internal stairs and slightly tricky access meant it fell short of perfection! Also it was almost too gorgeous to live in, we were terrified of breaking something or making a mess!

We had such a lovely few days away, peaceful and quiet.

We had such a lovely few days away, peaceful and quiet. Beautiful location, loved waking up beside the river. Bed was comfortable & had everything in the house that you would expect including towels & hairdryer. The lady that owed the tea room opposite where we were staying was lovely. Everyone we spoke to was really friendly. Some lovely little villages to go to. Loved seeing Janet Foss & another waterfall very close by.

Superb little cottage and bigger inside than it looks! So clean and welcoming.

Superb little cottage and bigger inside than it looks! So clean and welcoming... in a location that is handy for all attractions and the village has two pubs, an Indian restaurant that is worth a visit and a fish and chip shop.. also a nearby Co-op if you run out of anything. We will definitely return, there was nothing to dislike. Wonderful place.

Excellent cottage.

Excellent cottage. Comfortable and everything you needed was provided. Lovely to arrive to flowers and bottle of bubbly. Great views over river. Two lovely garden areas to relax in. Good base to visit local towns. Old Swan hotel was good for meals. A cottage we would be happy to return to in the future.

Absolutely beautiful cottage in a stunning location next to the river! Cottage is spotlessly clean and every attention to detail of the fixtures and fittings has been carefully thought out. Cottage gardens are wonderful with immaculate and very well cared for with lovely well positioned seating areas. Gargrave is a beautiful well kept village with very friendly locals. We have just booked again for next year!
