Denne nyrenoverede rummelige 3 værelses / 2 bad Condo ligger på tredje sal på den spektakulære Windsor Hills Resort. Med over 1.400 kvadratmeter boareal vil du føle alle de bekvemmeligheder i hjemmet, mens du er mindre end 3 miles fra Walt Disney World.

I stuen er der en sofa og loveseat samt kabel-tv, dvd-afspiller og 48 "fladskærms-tv, hvor du kan slappe af med. Føreren suite, der er adskilt fra de andre soveværelser har en konge seng, 32 "fladskærms-tv med kabel og et walk-in closet og eget badeværelse med granit. Det 2. soveværelse har en konge seng med en 32 "fladskærms-tv og praktisk adgang til det andet badeværelse prale med en dobbelt vask forfængelighed og granit. Det 3. soveværelse har sovende arrangementer bestående af 2 enkeltsenge, en 32 "fladskærms-tv og fantastisk frosne væg kunst.
Lejligheden har også et fuldt udstyret køkken: fuld størrelse køleskab med ovn, opvaskemaskine, mikroovn, blender, brødrister, kaffemaskine, tallerkener, bestik, sølvtøj, gryder / pander, høj stol osv. Fuld størrelse vaskemaskine og tørretumbler placeret i enheden betyder, at du ikke behøver at medbringe så meget tøj.

Lige ud over stuen er den screenede i Lanai til din morgenkaffe og frisk luft. Lanai er indrettet med en behagelig sofa, kurvstol og bord, hvilket gør det til et godt sted at nyde udendørs uden at have forladt lejligheden.

Perfect for small family

Nice property. Great pool. Would be nice to include a few more toiletries and dish soap. Had to go to the store immediately in order to do dishes.

While we do supply a starter of toilet paper and bath soap, as per our Confirmation Package that you receive when you reserve the property, the items mentioned below are not provided in the property by us. However, as also stated in the package we do provide a grocery service and starter packs that can be arrange prior to your arrival at an additional cost.

Wonderful Time at Windsor Hills

We had a wonderful time at Windsor Hills! The condo was perfect for our family of 5. My girls loved the Frozen themed twin bedroom and my son was so excited to sleep in a king bed for the first time. All of the beds were very comfortable and we were able to rest well between our trips to the Disney parks. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the pots and pans we needed for meals and we were given a wonderful starter kit that included extra paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, and laundry detergent. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Our only minor complaint, the floors are thin. The upstairs neighbors were very loud on a few of the nights and we could hear them running and stomping (probably kids and ours would do the same). The amenities at Windsor Hills were also amazing. We enjoyed our rest days by the pool swimming, riding the water slides, and playing in the arcade. The kids loved the activities offered like crafts and photo booths and we enjoyed grabbing lunch and ice cream from the grill. We also had a wonderful time playing at the playground. We would highly recommend this rental for your family vacation! Thank you for helping make this a wonderful trip to Disney!

Great place and amenities

We stayed at the property for 6 nights and have no complaints at all. Check in was easy at the nearby rental office. There was a touchpad key so we never had to worry about putting one in our pocket. We did 3 days at Disney parks which were all a 15 minute drive away. We stayed at the resort one day to enjoy the pool, which was a little bit of a walk away or a very short drive away. The pool is huge and the temperature was just right. We all loved the water slides. The rental unit had a cooler we cleaned before using (just to be sure) and brought it to the pool after getting ice from Walmart. We also took it to Cocoa Beach. The unit also had buckets and shovels for sand castles, a wood boogie board, and two bag chairs (we didn’t use the chairs). Everything we needed in the morning to get going was there, Keurig coffee maker, bowls and spoons. We didn’t cook anything, but the pots and pans and utensils were all there if we chose to. All in all, we had a great experience and highly suggest the unit.

The stay was okay but the lay was different from what I was actually looking for.

The beds are horrible to sleep in.They need to replace the mattresses ASAP

Our family of 4 just left this property after 4 nights. It was exactly as advertised and very comfortable and in a very convenient location. Beds were very comfy as was the entire property. Would definitely stay here again and next time would like to have the time to enjoy the community amenities a little more!

Great property, but paper thin walls in condo units

We had a lovely stay in the Windsor Hills community and would stay here again. Next time I would likely book a stand alone unit as the condo units tended to be noisy depending upon your neighbors. We were on the third floor of four floors and could hear our upstairs neighbors through the ceiling the entire week. Footsteps, chairs scraping on the floor, toilets flushing. Wouldn’t have been so bad if they hadn’t been up ALL night every night. Overall the individual unit was clean and well outfitted. The pool area was nice but very crowded. It’s what we expected during the week after Christmas. One suggestion I’d have for the Windsor property would be to install a Ride Share area outside the facility. Perhaps midway up the main entry road before the guard house. It is much easier to Uber to the parks than drive and the line for the visitor Entrance to Windsor can at times be 15-30 minutes long. When there’s a line there is no place for an Uber to turn around to get out of the property without waiting in the visitor line because the only turn around in the main road is immediately in front of the guard shack. Takes FOREVER. And don’t think about taking a photo of your gate pass to use on your phone to get in with an Uber through the resident lane. I received a stern talking to from the head guard for that. Bear in mind you are required to leave your gate pass on the dash of your car so if you Uber somewhere you have no way to get back in to the property without waiting in the endless visitor line. I thought a photo of the gate pass to bypass the visitor line was a simple solution. I was sorely mistaken and was told never to do that again, EVER. Very inefficient. If the property would cut out another turn around on the main road before the guard shack that would solve the problem. Perhaps a small gazebo on the sidewalk to wait for your ride out of the sun and rain would be a nice touch but not necessary. Just a suggestion....

Thank you for your review. Although we can't control the unit above (because unites are individually owned) we will be asking the above condo owners to install felt pads/carpets to help with the noise. We have also forwarded your ride share ideas to the Community Association.

Loved this condo and all of the amenities it had to offer! The grounds are wonderful and the pool and slides were so much fun for our 3 year old. The location is perfect if you’re looking to explore everything Kissimmee/Orlando has to offer. Looking forward to returning.

Wonderful vacation!

The condo was exceptionally clean. Kudos to the cleaning service. They do an excellent job! Pictures do not do this place justice. It has a very spacious layout and there was more than enough room for our family of 4. We absolutely loved the Frozen room! It also offers a very short and easy drive to all of the Disney parks as well as Universal. I highly recommend Palm Tree Paradise!

Amazing Vacation!

The condo was perfect! The kids loved the pool and water slide! Short drive to Disney and enjoyed relaxing at the condo as well as the pool in between visits to the park. We are already planning next years trip! You will love it! There is an elevator as well...which makes it nice for carrying up groceries, etc.

Thank you Mr. Pete for allowing my family and I to stay in your wonderful condo. The only thing we had an issue with was the Tv in the family room doesn't have cable, so we had to watch movies the whole stay which was okay for the kid's but I couldn't watch the news nor the weather channels and the tv in the 3rd bedroom wouldn't allow us to change the channel off a Spanish channel, so the only tv that did work was the one in the master bedroom. The condo location is awesome because it is in the center of everything you need and places you need to go on 192. We were only 2 miles from Magic Kingdom which was an A+ in my book. The staff at the complex office was so friendly. We had an amazing time. Thank you again for accepting my request. Have a wonderful and safe New Year's.
