Nyd vores 2 værelses villa med smuk udsigt over den 11. og 17. fairways fra den berømte George Fazio Golf Course fra det udvidede dæk. Palmetto Dunes adgang til stranden på Disney Beach House er en 3 minutters kørsel eller 15 minutters gang og parkering er tilgængelig. Palmetto Dunes adgang til stranden ved Dunes House er en 5 minutters biltur med parkering til rådighed. Villaen ligger inden for 500 meter af saltvands pool med baby pool og solterrasse til fiskeri på lagunen. Der er en kaj til kajak adgang til 11-mile lagune system. Ved siden af poolområdet er der tre nye tennisbaner, som er gratis for gæster. Inverness er en af de eneste ejendomme i Palmetto Dunes med sine egne tennisbaner.
I centrum af Palmetto Dunes er Shelter Cove, et vandkvarter, der giver god mad og masser af shopping. Gratis sæsonbestemt transport leveres af Palmetto "Dunes Buggy" henter dig i villaen og tager dig til enhver placering inden for Palmetto Dunes og Shelter Cove Harbour.

Vores villa er udstyret med høj hastighed Wi-Fi og HD-tv i de to soveværelser samt stuen. Villaen har central air condition med loft fans i begge soveværelser for ekstra komfort og sover syv med sovesofa. Stue har video, dvd, cd-afspiller og telefon. Nedenunder har et fuldt udstyret køkken med granit bordplader. Der er opvaskemaskine, mikroovn, kaffemaskine, køkkengrej og redskaber. Der er også en helt ny Maytag Bravos vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Spisestuen har plads til seks. Første sal soveværelse har en fuld seng med ny madras samt en dobbeltseng.
Derudover er der et komplet badeværelse på første sal med badekar / bruser. Anden sal har soveværelse med en king size seng og komplet badeværelse med dobbelt håndvaske.
Sengetøj og håndklæder er til rådighed.

The unit was a great value, and the host was very responsive. We had a minor issue that she quickly handled, even on a busy weekend. We appreciated how clean the space was. Though we have stayed in more updated or spacious units in HHI, we felt very satisfied with the value and quality of the space.

Enjoyed our stay in Inverness Village

We will be back to stay in this spacious condo with well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and great views. We got a lot of use out of the conveniently located pool and tennis courts. It was a nice addition to have beach chairs that we could use and not have to bring our own when we spent our afternoons on the sand. The owners are very communicative and pleasant to work with.

Another great stay

This was our second stay at this property, and was just as great as the first. The villa is really well located and is very comfortable and well maintained. It has everythging that you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Communication with Lisa was great. All of our emails were replied to promptly with the requested information. we highly recommend this property.

Great Stay

This condo was perfect for our girls trip. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was great! The location was quiet with a beautiful view of the golf course and only a short walk to the pool. We did use the Dunes Buggy Shuttle and they were always on time and very nice. The owner was easy to reach and communication before our arrival was clear. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks, Lisa!

a wonderful stay at this property

We really enjoyed our 3 week stay. The unit was as per the pictures, well equipped and very comfortable. It has a great view across the fairway of the golf course from the patio/deck. Communication with the host was great. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay but both were quickly and efficiently dealt with. So not surprising that we have already booked again for next year!

A very enjoyable week on Hilton Head Island.

This unit was a very good choice for our week stay on Hilton Head. It has a lovely deck overlooking the Fazio golf course. The unit was very clean and comfortable. It was about a two minute walk to the complex's pool. It is very convenient to all the island has to offer. The Disney beach is about a mile walk or a five minute car ride, parking was never a problem.

Nice Trip

We had a nice trip and the Owners/Property Managers are very responsive and quick to answer. We normally stay in Coligny and this year we decided to stay in Palmetto Dunes. The location is beautiful but a little further out than we prefer. Loved having the buggy transportation.

great vacation spot

Our vacation at Lisa's Villa was superb! We come to HHI twice a year and this was our first time in this specific villa. Lisa was very quick to respond to inquiries and refunded our deposit instantly once we checked out. This villa is what every vacationer needs. Only thing you have to do is shop for groceries and misc. and you're set to go and enjoy! Very short distance via bike to private beach and pool. We truly enjoyed our stay as always @ Palmetto Dunes Inverness. Thanks for sharing your villa with my family to enjoy! Sad to leave as always. Best regards!

Wonderful stay

We stayed as a couple for 3 weeks in May. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. Lisa and Jim have provided everything that we could need. The property is even better than the photos with the location in the middle of the plantation in a lovely peaceful area. We spent many a breakfast sitting on the decking admiring the sunrise and view followed by many an evening with a glass of wine! Lisa and Jim were great to deal with as well as Doris from the management company who quickly resolved a problem for us. All in all we had a wonderful time and feel it was a privilege to be allowed to stay. We hope to return soon. Many thanks.

Perfect location for a relaxing family vacation!

Location is on the golf course and within walking distance to the beach. Two access points to the beach and both are great but we liked the Disney beach access point the best. Villa has wifi and a nice tv in the living area. Towels and basic essentials are provided along with an equipped kitchen. Awesome pool along the lagoon within easy walking distance of the villa. House is clean and nicely decorated. My son's only complaint was the tv was a little small in the master bedroom. Truly, we had no complaints and thoroughly enjoyed this house and renting from this owner. Excellent communication before and during the vacation (book in the villa with explicit instructions and suggestions). Would definitely rent again!

Bright and clean villa

My family enjoyed our stay on Hilton Head Island. The Villa was very nice and clean just as listed. Kitchen was stocked nicely. The community had great options for restaurants and beaches, all within walking or bike riding distance.

Nicest in Inverness

We’ve stayed at 5 properties in Inverness and this was the nicest. Well stocked. Clean. Great size. Owner communication was great. I would definitely return.

We enjoy Hilton Head and the amenities offered in Palmetto Dunes as well as Inverness Village. Our property is very convenient to the beach and is only 500 feet from the Inverness Village pool and tennis courts.
