The location of the apartment was excellent. It was super easy to access everywhere in Barcelona. It was a lovely size and very comfortable and clean. We really appreciated having a washer and a dryer. Since we were there for several days, we would have appreciated more supplies and towels. It’s also starting to show signs of wear and tear and could benefit from a bit of a refresh. All in all we were very comfortable there.

Nice, large apartment perfect for family. Lots of space with 3 bedrooms. AC worked excellent in heat wave in summer and they even left a portable fan. Communication was excellent, had a breaker flip and mgmt company was helpful and quick to respond. If you are looking for a place in a more residential (non tourist,) neighborhood this is it! Couldn't find a tourist shop near apartment when I wanted to get some but i wanted to be in less touristy area.

Good location and a plus to have a coffee place right below the building. First time using VRBO overseas. A bit challenging communicating with time differences. But we got through and had a great stay at this multiple rooms apartment. It would help to indicate that has air conditioning, on a first floor with elevator. This apartment had all that thankfully. Thank you for allowing us to stay there on our visit to Barcelona

The suite appeared very clean but our feet turned black walking on the floor. The building was awesome. Old with character but the suite was not as it appeared in the ad. I spent hours searching for a place that suited my aesthetics and instead of the lovely creamy look on the VRBO site, the furniture was shabby and grey and not the same pieces. We had to buy toilet paper because it was such poor quality. I have my own rental property and I would be embarrassed to have that for my guests. Had to buy Kleenex as well. Also, one small bath towel and one hand towel per quest felt very skimpy for a 6 day stay. The beds were very comfortable but there was a lot of noise from the neighbours. The exterior photos were nowhere near the place. I would not stay there again.

Great location, nice apartment

Hard to beat the location. Walking distance to nearly everything. Reasonable sound proofing from busy street with windows closed. Felt safe. 3 mid-sized rooms with queen or full mattresses. Good wifi. I appreciate the property manager including basic items such as laundry detergent. AC and hot water heater worked great (not always the case in Spain).

Wonderful apartment in a great location

We enjoyed our stay immensely!! Lots of space for our family of 5. Clean apartment with airy and tasteful design. Balconies where you could let in some fresh air. Everything you need from an iron to hairdryers and washer/dryer. Close to several great bakeries and the metro got us everywhere we needed to go with just a 5 minute walk to the Diagonal station. Quiet neighborhood but easy walk to the Ramblas and also great shopping just a street or two away. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice apartment in a nice neighborhood

Very nice, comfortable apartment for our family of 5. Great neighborhood and central location in Barcelona. It was clean and well equipped for our stay. The communication with the staff was sub-par and primarily only occurred through the Vrbo app. The staff responded but it wasn’t always timely. That would be the only recommendation for improvement that I have. Otherwise it was great place and we enjoyed our time there.

Fabulous Find in Great Location

Great comfortable accommodation in Eixample. Close to city central restaurants and attractions right outside your door. The apartment was very clean, spacious, had all the amenities we needed and was reasonably priced. We were 4 woman and had more than enough room in this spacious 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom space. Great full kitchen equipped with all the essentials. The bedrooms were spacious, quiet, comfy cozy and had all that was needed. Even the blow dryer in the second bathroom was awesome! Our experience was very positive and the listing reflects exactly what the apartment offered. Easy check in and check out and Habitat was very accommodating in providing instructions to manage everything in the apartment as well as hotel transfers. All in all a great experience and was very happy with our stay! Would recommend! Thank you!
