Bedøvelse Beachfront Condo i Gated Community

Dette ejerlejlighed er beliggende på 7. sal og er blevet fuldstændigt ombygget og designer dekoreret med nye møbler, apparater, sengetøj, køkkengrej, køkkenudstyr og endda strandtilbehør. Vi har gjort det nemt for dig at nyde din ferie. Om morgenen kan du nyde udsigten over bugten, mens du læser dit papir eller din yndlingsbog med en stor kop kaffe på frilandslanai. Det store soveværelse har en king size seng og adgang til Lanai og en fantastisk udsigt over bugten. Skibsføreren og gæstebadeværelserne er blevet komplet ombygget med bruseniche og nye inventar. Stuen / spisestuen er helt åben med adgang til Lanai, hvor du kan nyde din middag og en smuk solnedgang uden at forlade dit hjem. Stuen har en sovesofa og 46 "fladskærms-tv. Der er fladskærms-tv i begge soveværelser. Der er et lille kontor med skrivebord og WiFi-adgang. Gå direkte på stranden fra poolområdet. Nyd det fuldt udstyrede fitnesscenter eller tennisbaner.

We had a great time here. Ulrike was great. Getting the keys and getting into the Condo was easy. The onsite personnel were friendly. The condo was nice and clean with most everything we needed. Ulrike stocked some base necessities so we didn’t need to go to the store immediately after check-in. The condo was nicely updated. The balcony was our favorite part and I think we only missed one or two sunsets! The kids loved the pool and it was nicely heated so it was great. The walk to the beach was a bit much with a bum ankle but Ulrike had a wagon and chairs etc ready to go. The land bridge in the lagoon was cool too. All 4 of us would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Location

We just love this location overlooking Tiger tail beach. The neighborhood is very walkable and safe. Ulrike is a wonderful host and very attentive. We look forward to returning next year.

Perfect for our family vacation

Wonderful location!

This was the perfect place to stay for our sister's trip!! The condo is SO nice and the beach is beautiful! We especially enjoyed the sunsets from our balcony! Great Hosts - Highly recommend!

First Trip to Marco Island

Beautiful property, great location

We had a wonderful trip. The property is clean and well equipped, we had everything we needed for our stay. The beach equipment and toys were great for our little family. The location is good for a quick walk to the beach and local restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place

Ulrike was the best to work with and so helpful through the entire renting process. The condo is beautiful, clean, lots of beach toys for kids and in a great location.

Amazing time- highly recommend

Beautiful views of Tigertail Beach

This was our second stay in this beautiful condo and the pictures just don’t do it justice. It’s very well appointed and Ulrike is a pleasure to work with and very attentive.

Great Location, Lovely Condo

This condo is perfectly located for beach and pool access, close to good shelling on Tigertail beach and not far from the "action" further south. The condo space was perfect for me and my two teenage sons. The condo hosts are wonderful, attentive and there to help with anything.

Property was beautifully designed, spotless, and had incredible views from the balcony. Property had everything necessary to cook and to go to the beach, including a beach wagon. Host was amazing - quickly responding to any questions we had and even bringing over a replacement beach umbrella. Highly recommend this property!

January get a way!!

Had a wonderful stay on Marco Island and this two bedroom condo was very clean and comfortable. Great view from the balcony of the pool and the sunsets were beautiful. A fairly long walk to the beach/ocean approximately a 1/4 mile, but that didn't bother us, we would walk around 4 miles each day anyway.

South Seas condominiums are on the gorgeous beach, offer Tennis, Pickle ball, a Gym, and is located in a gated community. The easy access to restaurants and shopping in walking distance makes this property desirable.

Our condominium is located on the 7th floor and has been completely professionally remodeled and Designer decorated with new furnishings, appliances, linens, cookware, dinnerware and even beach accessories. We have made it easy for you to enjoy your vacation. In the morning, enjoy the view of the Gulf while reading your paper or favorite book with a great cup of coffee on the open air lanai. The master bedroom has a king size bed and access to the lanai and a fabulous view of the gulf. The master and guest bathrooms have been completely remodeled with walk in shower and new fixtures. The living room/dining room area is completely open with access to the lanai where you can enjoy your dinner and a beautiful sunset without leaving your home. The living room has a sleeper sofa and 60" flat screen TV. There are flat screen televisions in both bedrooms. There is a small office space with a desk and Wifi access. Walk directly onto the beach from the pool area. Enjoy the fully equipped fitness center or tennis courts.
