"Surf Monkeys" er et tårnhøje fem soveværelse 5 1/2 badeværelse hus beliggende i Surf City, kun et par gader fra shopping, restauranter og fiskemølle. Dette hus sover 14 og har to enorme L-formede dæk med panoramaudsigt over havet, fladskærms-tv, højhastighedsinternet, en udendørs bruser med koldt vand og meget mere. Huset tilbyder også gratis sengetøj.

Indtast huset gennem hoveddøren placeret på gaden og ind i det lavere niveau, der bekvemt huser fire af de fem soveværelser. Tre af de fire soveværelser har queen size-senge og det ekstra soveværelse har to dobbeltsenge køjesenge. Hvert soveværelse har et privat badeværelse med stand-up-bruser og fladskærms-tv med roku og Spectrum-kabelappen. I slutningen af hallen kan vaskerummet findes med vaskemaskine og tørretumbler samt adgang til nedre dæk.

Ovenpå finder du et åbent opholdsstue med et stort køkken med en morgenbar og et stort spisebord, perfekt til familie måltider. Den komfortable stue har rigelig siddepladser og fladskærms-tv med kabel. Sofaen folder ud til en dronning sovende til endnu flere sovepladser. Fra køkkenet finder du også et halvt badeværelse. Hele området byder på lyse luftige rum, havudsigt og en døråbning op til det ekspansive topdæk.

Det store soveværelse er placeret på øverste niveau og giver en kingsize seng, stort badeværelse med en stor stand up shower, jacuzzi og dobbelt håndvaske.

Fra en af de to dæk har du direkte privat strand adgang til en hurtig dukkert i havet, en tur på stranden ved solnedgang eller en hel dag med sjov i solen!

"Surf Monkeys" er et virkelig fantastisk hus fuldt udstyret til at tilfredsstille alle dine behov for at nyde en fabelagtig, mindeværdig ferie på Topsail Island år efter år.

Great family getaway!

Surf Monkeys was a perfect place for our family to stay in preparation for our son's wedding.

Wonderful Mini Vacay

My family and I enjoyed staying at Surf Monkey’s. Plenty of parking. We all throughly enjoyed the fact that we all had private restrooms attached to each bedrooms.

Perfect venue for families with kids to get together

We had no complaints with Surf Monkeys, we only wished we could stay longer. We enjoyed the beach and there were plenty of beach toys, chairs and umbrellas. We cooked wonderful dinners and the kitchen utensils were stocked!

Very clean, well updated, easy access and view to the beach ! No complaints here better than expected in all aspects , loved the beach stuff in basement to use! Will rent this home again!

Small group vacation

This home was absolutely perfect for our small group. All four couples had their own room and own bathroom, and the open living area was great for making dinner together, watching movies, etc! If there was any negative at all, it was simply the lack of sharp knives when cooking.....but with so many people coming and going through this rental, it's understandable! The kitchen was well stocked with essentials for all of our needs!

Any house on the beach is heaven!!!

We had a wonderful time, a lot of laughs and just hanging, but the property itself really needs some TLC. Almost all outside lights were burnt out, just a good cleaning would help. Smaller dining room chairs, to be able to go around the table.

Awesome property. Perfect for large family gatherings.

Our overall experience staying at this property was great. We had a large family gathering celebrating a Fall wedding, and we were quite comfortable. We appreciated the "silver linen package" being provided and check-in process was seamless. We enjoyed the wonderful views, amazing decks, bathrooms in each bedroom, spacious living area and kitchen with all the necessary amenities. The overall rating of 4 instead 5 is due to inoperable windows and lack of screens on most windows making it difficult to open window for ventilation. Blinds and windows need to be serviced for functionality to be increased.

First let me say that Kelly front the property managers group was awesome. Super helpful, got us an early check in and great communication, very pleasant and on the spot when we had questions. Now the house. Pros…. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of pots pans dishes and such. The size of the house is great and it’s nice to have a bathroom in every room. For the most part it was clean and it worked out adequately for our needs. Cons…..It’s in drastic need of upgrades. The kitchen counters are old Formica and are wearing out. None of the kitchen windows would stay open and most of the blinds are not working well either. The linens needed to be requested and there were no beach towels (for a house on the beach). The bedrooms don’t come pre made up and u get the linens in a couple totes delivered to the front door. There was not one roll of toilet paper in the house. I know it is advertised as needed but not one in 5 bathrooms. The bathrooms were functional but small (understandable for the size home) and also in need up updating. The shower in the bathroom I used needed a better cleaning as there was mold on the door and around the edges. I also noticed an odd seeping leak from the wall when using the shower. The kitchen and living area was on the top floor. So if anyone walked around in the morning it’s very loud and u can hear it on the second floor bedrooms very clearly. The floors were not put in right and many gaps were visible in the open areas and the panels slide back and forth. The exterior decks, while nice sized. had many raised nails and areas where the wood had splinters sticking up. The stairs could use some maintenance as well. The downstairs storage has some beach items (toys and such) but was not organized and everything was just thrown there. I understand that this is a rental and it’s purpose is to make money. But for the area and what I would assume to be clients with “means” this house could be so much better with some TLC and a little more catering to the comfort of its renters. In all our family had a nice time and enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful time!

The 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms were perfect for our family to spread out! It was so nice to send all of the kids to separate showers after a day at the beach! And the large dining and living rooms were perfect for family time. The view was amazing! The property manager was very responsive for questions we had. Definitely would recommend this place and this location!

Great Location!

We had a great time at this beach house. It had everything we needed and more. The view was gorgeous and we especially loved the back deck. We will definitely be back.

Family vacation

It was a wonderful vacation with the house close to the beach. The house was clean and comfortable. The only thing that I wish was different is to have more privacy on the porch.

Great home for family vacay

This home is perfect for a gathering of families. I would caution. It would not be appropriate for an elderly person because of all the steps. A bathroom in every bedroom! When you have a bunch of people you need a lot of bathrooms. The decor was lovely and the room with the bunk beds was perfect for the kids! Having the linen service really made me feel more comfortable with the Covid although we had brought our own because of a mix up with management and poor communication on that part. Check in and check out was so easy! This was our first visit and the grandkids want to come back next year!

Good beachfront house, but. . .

Our family had a good vacation week at Surf Monkeys. The location close to businesses in Surf City was ideal. The beach access was great and there were lots of beach toys and chairs. The space in the house was good for our three families which included grandparents and young children. Having a bathroom connected to each bedroom was appreciated. But there were problems: our linens weren’t delivered until 9pm on check-in day, there was no hot water for the first 3 days, and the air conditioning upstairs went out on Wednesday. The realty company was slow to respond.

The house was ok. We had trouble with the steep steps going to the second floor which is the living space . There were also a lot of steps to the beach. Would have like some cover on the deck. I would not recommend this house for seniors or toddlers because of the stairs.
