Great family appreciate their stay. Followed all the rules and probably were the most organized with putting back all of the beach equipment and cleaning the boards, we witnessed in quite a while!! Appreciate their cleanliness, their attitude and their presence.

We won't share too much of the guest behavior with you. There's no need. The guest kept telling us they were happy having fun all is good for 48 hours on the third day we had to inform them t we been alerted by our neighborhood that the dogs were urinating all over our front lawn. There was feces in the backyard as well. when we notified the guest this retaliatory review is how their behavior started. This guest wanted to have a get together EVENT with his local friends on Monday and we denied that and that's when the little fit began.. They accepted the home and concurred that it was fine at a personal check in with our property concierge. below is the 5* review direct booking right after this guest left. A few of our favorite things: waking up to the sound of the birds, the most comfortable beds with awesome pillows, and super comfy soft clean sheets, well maintained pool and jacuzzi that we stayed in for hours and hours! The backyard was beautiful and we enjoyed the pool/spa and ocean views! Our city strictly does not allow events and we don't allow dogs to urinate on our lawn and destroy it. Gabe and Family we're the perfect fit for our property. We enjoyed their stay and gave them a five-star review as well. Very easy to communicate with and very independent as far as excursions and dining. We always like to help, but these folks made it really easy.

Misty and her family were such a pleasure to host. They accomplished a lot in their stay. It’s so fun to host people that enjoy the pool so much and also get out to the beach and other excursions. From the check in to the checkout, they were the perfect guests. And welcome back anytime.

The feeling was mutual. As an owner, you cannot have more pleasing guests. Kept our place in order and were very respectful of our neighbors. Stephen definitely came prepared to explore the community of Southern California with our plethora of family resources to the fullest. Wholesome, kind, nice group of people. Would recommend hosting these folks to all owners.
