We had a wonderful time. The location was perfect and the house was exactly what we needed- very comfortable, safe, well equipped. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Fabulous property

We very much enjoyed our stay. In this beautiful beachfront home right in the middle of everything. Wonderful about Los Barrillas. Can’t wait for our next trip.

Excellent rental

Great stay all around! The host was very responsive and helpful. The property was beautiful- better than the pictures. My 3 young kids, husband and I loved staying at this property.

Lovely house in an ideal location

We spent a week at the beautiful Casa de la Playa for a wedding at the nearby hotel. Location-wise, you can't get much better in Los Barriles - right on the beach and centrally located to everything. Equally as important, the house, host and amenities are fantastic. We would gladly rent this lovely home again!

Fabulous

We had a great time at Casa Del Playa. The house totally delivers! The views were amazing. Beach access was amazing and the house is within walking distance to many amenities. The host was very easy to work with and helped plan our airport pick up and drop off.

Location

We had the best week ever! The home, location, and grounds were perfect. We usually stay at the hotel next door but after staying in the home, we’re hooked. Game changer, we all had our own room but great to hang out on the patios and living room together. Tricia was the best host! We really had the best week ever in Los Barriles.

Amazing!

Our family of 7 enjoyed a week-long stay and the house and location was perfect! We rented ATVs for the week and they were the perfect way to get around town and out to beaches and snorkeling spots along the Sea of Cortes. Our one small challenge was access to the hotel pool as the rules have changed and daily costs to swim was $20 even if you purchases drinks. Since we had the Sea of Cortes just steps from our home this really was a very small issue. We will definitely rent this home again!!

Beautiful property at the perfect location

Casa de la Playa is a gorgeous property located at the best spot on the beach. The garden was beautiful with various citrus and ornamental plants and the three distinct outdoor seating areas allow for variety of relaxing areas to enjoy conversation with friends. The master bedroom provides a beautiful sliding glass door looking over the sunrise on the beach while still providing enough privacy that you don't feel like you are on display. We came to windsurf and rented gear just down the beach at Vela. The conditions were phenomenal with perfect wind for 6 out of 10 days allowing us to explore hiking in the mountains and snorkeling at Cabo Pulmo on our off days. Thank you Tricia for sharing your beautiful home!

Don't miss out on this rental

The property is one of the best we have stayed at. The location couldn't of been better, the house with the casita and out door area was spacious. The kitchen well stocked with plenty of room for several cooks. Everything was clean, the grounds spotless. The fenced yard and gate gave us a secure place to park the car, not that we ever had any worries about security. So many nice touches. Ample beach towels as well as bath towels. Lap blankets for sitting outdoors in the early morning to watch the sun rise from the sea and the rays jumping. Easy walk to several restaurants, stores as well as pickle ball courts. Raquets at the house as well as games, books and just so much more. Did I mention three bikes, paddle boards and a double kayak. We couldn't of asked for more. Thank you for sharing your home. Our family was wowed.

This is a must book VRBO!

I truly cannot say enough about this property. Tricia, the homeowner, is so responsive and helpful in answering questions about the home and area and was so resourceful with recommendations of things to do, places to explore, and restaurants. I truly don't think there is a better location on the beach - it's on a great swimming beach, next to a hotel if you want to access a pool and hot tub, and quiet yet within walking distance to town. There is a kayak, bikes, and paddle boards for guests' use. The house is wonderful - Tricia has it so well stocked and has truly thought of everything a guest may need. The house far exceeded our expectations - very roomy, clean, and comfortable. We spent the majority of our time on the deck overlooking the ocean - a stunning view just outside the door. We will definitely book this property again and were so sad to say goodbye to La Casa de la Playa. Also, Victor is super trustworthy for cab service to/fro airport or other areas of interest. This property is a gem - far exceeded our expectations.

Loved everything about it. Clean and attractive rooms and decor. Close to the fishing boats and Hotel Palmas de Cortez. Beautiful gardens of avocado, mango and lime trees. Would highly recommend

Wonderful!

We just left after our second stay. I hope to be back soon! The house is in a perfect location and everything is perfect. We used the outdoor kayaks and bikes often. Victor picked us up from the airport and was helpful when we needed him! The owner is great at answering questions. Definitely will be back with our family in the future. Thanks for a great stay!
