Nybygget 2. etagers gæstehuslejlighed har alle de faciliteter, der giver dig lyst til at blive for evigt. Et soveværelse, et bad, fuldt udstyret køkken og spiseplads. Soveværelse har kingsize seng og tv, ekstra sovepladser til to mere på den store stue sektion. Fuld badeværelse med stort brusebad. Komplet køkken har stor køleskab, opvaskemaskine, gasområde, køkkengrej, tallerkener og bestik. Spisning har 8 fods bord med 8 stole. Stor opholdsstue har masser af komfortable siddepladser og et 75 "tv. Smukt overdækket dæk / veranda har siddepladser, bord med fire stole og et tv. Det er virkelig som at være i et luksuriøst træhus.

This was our second stay at this lovely home and we had an amazing time. The owners were very responsive and very friendly. This home is super close to the Ttade Days which was perfect for us. We will definitely be back.

Canton Trade Days Trip

Very private, secure, clean, accommodating place to stay. Located just far enough out of town to be extremely quiet yet very convenient.

Perfect little get away !!!

The property and house were much better in real life than in the pictures – they don’t do it justice. Perfect getaway !!! Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely Stay

We had the most amazing stay. The rental is private and so beautiful. The house had all the supplies and amenities one would need and the owners have it stocked and decorated to make it feel like home. Can't wait to return for another weekend.

Peace & Serenity

This place is stunning! Every detail is well thought out, high end with craftsman details. Our family of 3 stayed for a couple nights and we like the proximity to town and a great place to relax after a busy day at Trade Days. We will be back!

Lovely, charming home away from home!

Cannot say enough about this beautiful, secluded (but so close to town!) VRBO. All the amenities you could need and then some! The decor was beautiful and the cabin/apartment was so welcoming. We have stayed at several VRBO rentals and this is definitely one of the best. Will definitely book again.

Perfection

Loved everything about my stay. Patty is the perfect host. The apartment is comfy, cozy and the perfect place to . The location is beautiful and peaceful. This is also perfect for Canton Trade Days. Enjoyed my stay so much I will be back.

Wonderful rental

The rental is on the second floor and well worth trekking up stairs. It felt like you were in your own private luxury treehouse. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in this area.

Absolutely amazing!

Patty & Gary are excellent hosts! We talked with Gary several times and he always asked if we needed anything. Patty is the sweetest. When storms were brewing she messaged us to make sure we knew where candles were if we lost power,(we didn’t). The pictures don’t do this cozy cottage justice. It was so clean and comfy. Fresh flowers in different rooms, very welcoming. Highly recommend staying here- BUT I get first dibs!

Excellent Property...Even better hosts

I can't say enough about how nice the property is and how nice Gary and Patty are. This is a first rate place to say. If you need a weekend getaway or are looking to hit First Monday, this is the place to do it. I give it 10 stars.

Beautiful weekend

This property was absolutely stunning and we were so happy to be able to stay at a place where the owners have taken such pride in this beautiful house with impeccable taste and design. This was a weekend trip with my daughter and we both felt like it was an answer to our prayers for a perfect weekend! Thank you!

Like a dream!

My husband and I are frequent visitors to The First Monday Trade Days and have stayed in many rentals but this one was by far the best! This little guest house is absolutely beautiful and is tucked away in the woods for ultimate privacy. It had everything we needed and then some. We have told all our family and friends about it and we will be coming back very soon!

Perfect retreat while visiting Trade Days

My mother and I found this gem last year while looking for a place to stay during trade days in Canton. The property is set back from the road and feels secluded and private. We loved coming back after a long day of shopping to relax on the large covered porch and making dinner in the fully stocked kitchen. The shabby chic decor is super fun, and actually gave me a couple of ideas for my own house. We look forward to staying here again next year!

Canton’s Best Kept Secret

Well, I really don’t want to write a review because it’s already so hard to find a great place to stay in Canton! But this little gem deserves accolades, even if it means I have to crash in a barn next time I try to get a reservation for the ever-popular trade days. So very comfortable! Isolated in the woods, you have all the privacy you could hope for even though the owners are on site. This place is adorable, beautifully furnished, and so convenient to Canton.

Adorable, comfortable and convenient

This location served all of our needs and then some! Such a short distance from trade days, yet felt a million miles away from the crowds! Patty is the ultimate host and was incredibly quick to respond with any question I had or recommendations I was seeking! Comfy bed. Lots of space. Well stocked kitchen with full size appliances. Iron /board. Giant TV. Fabulous porch for morning coffee and evening wine! Beautiful scenery. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

Perfect

A sense of peace hits you the second you pull onto the secluded, tree lined, gravel path to this quaint, whimsical home. Stepping into the warmly decorated and very open feeling space, we immediately felt like we were home. I actually looked forward to coming back at the end of each day. Everything we forgot to bring was available, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was surprisingly the best I’ve had. It poured one day, and umbrellas were thoughtfully placed outside for us, just in case. You will leave with zero regrets and a longing to return.

Just lovely

We came to this lovely little guesthouse to view the 2024 total Eclipse. We spent two nights here. The property is nestled a short way down a dirt road off a farm road. It is secluded and private. It would probably be a bit of a challenge to find if arriving after dark. There are trees all around and birds are singing the whole time. The whole property was beautiful. (It is nothing like the Vegas we came from!) The King size bed was extremely comfortable. I enjoyed sitting on the 'porch' in the trees while drinking my coffee. The hosts were on property but we rarely saw them (except that we all watched the eclipse together. :) ) The weather cooperated and we got to see the entire eclipse from beginning to end. There was a rare cloud obscuring our view every few minutes or so. What an absolute once in a lifetime treat! Check with the host if you have plans to bring children, because there really isn't much to do for kids here. Our children did fine but that was because of the trees and the birds. We ate at Enclaces Mexican restaurant in Wills Point. The fish tacos were yummy! We also had tasty desserts at the Dairy Palace. To occupy the kids for a day, we drove a little over an hour to Epic Waters Indoor Water Park. Wow! What a great time that was! I would love to spend a week here just to relax and reset. Thanks again to our lovely host Patty and her husband!

Excellent option for Canton Trade Days

Four women went to Trade Days and stayed here. It was a beautiful place to stay. The cottage was decorated so well and all amenities were there. We loved everything about this place! One of the best rentals I’ve stayed in. Would definitely recommend.

We are retired and have moved back to this area because of family and because we were able to purchase our little house in the woods that we love so much. We both grew up here and are vendors ourselves at First Monday trades day, selling antiques and Upcycle jewelry.
