The property was great. Clean and comfortable, and very handy for beaches and restaurants. There's plenty of space and a lovely outdoor area to sit in and read. Close to shops too. Cala Sant Vincenc is a lovely town.Only slight problem was that the pool badly needed chlorinating when we arrived, it was a murky green colour - but we logged it and the pool guy came out the next morning at 10am and sorted it, then popped back a couple of days later to check. It was only out of action for a few hours - so while it would have been nice to jump straight in the evening we arrived, it was all good by the afternoon of the next day. It was good they resolved it as quickly as they did. Great customer service.

Absolutely fantastic location. This villa is in-between the tourist information, a pharmacy and a restaurant. It's opposite trees, round the corner from a shop and just a couple of minutes walk from the beach. We felt Cala Barques, the closest beach, was also the best in the village, especially with the goats! Lovely snorkeling and you can enjoy a drink at the bar. The ease of the location made for a very relaxing holiday. The beautiful big pine tree in the garden provides shade and lots of birds. The pool is positioned to gain the most sun I think and it was a huge plus. The villa itself is functional rather than hugely atmospheric or attractive. There was plenty of space for our needs and we ate every meal outside. We did find a bit of a drain smell in the bathrooms but it all seemed very clean. Table tennis table not functioning. The kettle tripped out the electrics which caused a small problem initially. Kitchen generally well equipped but could do with some smaller pans. Surprisingly difficult to find fresh ingredients to cook though! We were using the excellent bus system but they don't stop by the big Lidl. Restaurant Poli away from the front was our favourite restaurant and the Windsurf one also very friendly. Sealand Villas were really helpful over email in the run up to the holiday and answered my questions usefully. For example the recommended the Mallorcan Taxi app to get back to the airport. Definitely use the bus app to explore the area. Local caves!

Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a detailed review of your stay. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the location, the proximity to the beach, the natural surroundings of the garden, and the swimming pool, as well as the ease of exploring the area and discovering local spots and restaurants. Feedback like yours is very valuable for future guests to better understand the experience the villa and its surroundings offer. We also appreciate you highlighting the aspects that did not fully meet your expectations. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the slight smell in the bathrooms, the ping-pong table, and the issue with the kettle. We will review all of these points with our maintenance team to ensure they are addressed. Regarding the kitchen equipment, we also take note of your suggestion to include additional smaller frying pans, as this helps us improve the comfort of future stays. We are pleased to hear that our team was able to assist you prior to your arrival and that the information provided, such as the taxi app and local recommendations, was helpful. Thank you again for your detailed comments, and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to Mallorca in the future.

Unfortunately, the accommodation did not fully meet our expectations. The description was a bit misleading – it is only one apartment, with neighbors living directly above who were unfortunately very noisy. Even after we complained, it was very loud and restless for about half an hour in the mornings. There was also an unpleasant smell, and one of the toilets could not be used at all. Overall, quite disappointing, as we expected more comfort and peace for the price.

I stayed with my Family here and I can assure that it was everything we expected

I stayed with my Family here and I can assure that it was everything we expected. Very spacious, beautiful surroundings, and very peaceful and reserved. A very good advantage is the possibility to park the car inside the house which guarantees a spot every time, especially since parking spots are so rare on this island :)I would also recommend people to take some preventative measures against mosquitoes. I have never seen so many. Overall, I would recommend this place 100%. For families this is the perfect vacation spot. Thanks for having us.

Super Zeit in schöner Villa

Hübsches Haus in schöner Lage

Dear Robert, thank you for having been our guest and having submitted your review. We are really sorry to see that your holiday did not meet your expectations. On the other hand, we know that our villa is a lovely property, and is highly appreciated by our guests, therefore we think that a rating of just one star is really unfair. We do our best to provide high quality at the best value for money, and Villa Pins is a cheerful and welcoming property, in a unique location, at a super competitive prices. This has been always appreciated by our guests, that return year after year. Best regards. EasyVillasMallorca

Trevlig vistelse som passar hela familjen

Nära hav och egen pool, affär och restauranger inom gångavstånd. Rymlig bostad.
