Rummelig 2 værelses (et soveværelse er en hems), 2 badeværelser lejlighed. Hyggelige, komfortable familie område til TV og spil. Se nogle af de bedste solnedgange på Hatteras Island, mens du nyder cocktails på rummelige nye dæk efter en dag på stranden. 3 minutters gang til stranden. Perfekt til en familie eller 2 par. Gåafstand til gode restauranter, is og butikker. Mindre end en mile til Avon fiskeri molen. Svømning og tennis inkluderet i Kinnakeet Shores-poolen, der ligger 2 miles syd i Kinnakeet Shores-kvarteret, der ligger bag Food Lion. Havnen er privatejet. Det er dejligt at se på, men det er ikke tilgængeligt for os at bruge.
Vi er en lørdag til lørdag leje fra Memorial Day weekend til Labor Day weekend. 4 nat minimum i lavsæsonen.

I have stayed in Cove Breeze many times. It is always as described. Clean, Convenient and well appointed. I had an issue with the laundry machine and the owner got right on and had a repairman out that afternoon. Excellent service.I highly recommend Cove Breeze.

The property was as advertised, appeared very clean and comfortable. Great views, quiet neighborhood. Only complaint was a dead and dried hornet And a large dead roach first thing i saw upon going into the condo hallway, fortunately didnt see any other pests during stay. Overall I have to give it at least a 4 star rating.

The check in was very easy. There is a lock box outside the door and we were given a code to open and get a key. The condo was very clean both upstairs and down. The king bed was comfortable and bathrooms were adequate. Our bathroom had a tub and basic toilet and sink. I did miss not having a hairdryer. The kitchen had all the basics we needed including a dishwasher. In the living area we had a leather sofa and loveseat which we enjoyed. I much prefer that to cloth. Our patio featured a beautiful view including sunsets of the sound. We enjoyed using the boat ramp for our kayaks to fish. There were 3 TVs, each bedroom and the living area. We were also given passes to use the Keenakeet pool and rec area which was very nice. Dan was easy to contact before and during and responded quickly. We definitely will keep this condo in mind for the future.

Great condo in Avon

Perfect stay in this condo for my family. The condo was spacious, well appointed, and so clean! Sound view from back doors and balcony was spectacular, and very convenient location to beach, restaurants, coffee shop, and ice cream. My boys loved the loft, access to pool a short drive away, and kayaks. Communication and check-in were smooth. Hope to stay again!

I didn't want to leave! The condo was super clean and accommodating. The kitchen had everything we needed. The kids loved the spiral staircase and staying in the loft. They said it was like sleeping in a treehouse. The beds were very comfortable and again, it was very CLEAN, which is important to me personally. I had no need to reach out to Dan. We were completely set. Location was great. Neighbors were very nice. Beautiful view of the sound. Kayaks. We come to Avon very often, and I will definitely book here again. It was a wonderful stay, thank you very much!

This place was perfect — exactly what we were looking for! The location couldn’t have been better, close to everything we needed but still peaceful and relaxing with a gorgeous view of the sound. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We especially loved having the kayaks available — it made our trip extra special. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Cove Breeze has always been a winner for me. Convenient, clean, quite. Dealing with the owner (Dan) is simple and efficient. He is responsive to any needs.This is my go to for spring and fall fishing trips.

Beautiful view of the Sound

Lovely sunsets from the porch. Very clean and pleasant unit with a great little kitchen, comfortable beds and sofa. Close walk to the ocean. Would definitely stay again here. Thank you.

Awesome Sunset!

Property is a great central location. Beautifully and simply decorated with every essential you need. Loved the book shelf with a great selection books. Sunset from the balcony was stunning!

Wouldn't stay there again

The front door kept popping open, so had to keep it locked. The pillow cases on the pillows in the master bedroom had black stuff smeared across them. The master bedroom bed was as hard as a rock and my husband & I had some of the worst nights' sleep of our lives. The neighbors were not friendly & seemed to watch our every move.Parking always seemed to be an issue. The bathrooms are small. On the positive side, our contact for the place was nice and responded to our questions. We liked the booklet with suggestions for places to go and restaurants, etc. Our kids enjoyed using the kayaks.

The calm before transition

Wholesome, clean, quiet, peaceful. This 2nd floor end unit provides an amazing Sound view. The short trip to the beach by foot are car is quite manageable. Along with the short walk to Icecream, candy, coffee, and dinner. We can’t say enough about this secluded little getaway, if that’s what you’re after. There are so many options in the OuterBanks, it all depends on the type of activity you are looking for…. This spot was perfect for us at this moment in time. Thank you Dan

Great location, great host!

This location is exactly as it is described. The sunset views from the balcony are breathtaking and it really is only a 5-10 minute walk across the street to the ocean-side. Close to restaurants and shopping, it’s probably one of the best spots in Avon. Close to your checkin date, you’ll receive a very helpful and detailed document about the property and the area. It really left no questions at all. Highly recommend!

Work Trip

Great clean property. Dan was super nice and had the house all ready. Quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and groceries. I came for work but family joined me for the weekend. Pool facilities were close by and real nice. Would recommend for sure!

if it's available book it quickly...

What a beautiful part of the world. The condo is exactly like the pictures. Between the deck overlooking the sound and the walk across the street to the ocean you couldn't be any closer to the variety of water options the Outer Banks has to offer. Be it a sunset or a walk over the sand dunes to the ocean you don't even have to get in your car to experience OBX from this locale. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal when you choose to stay in. But if you do venture out don't miss the apple uglies from the Orange Blossom in Buxton or the Sno Balls -- Hatteras style from from Hatteras Sno-Balls and Ice Cream just down the street in Frisco. Dan was a great host --- incredibly responsive and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. If it's available grab it first ... it won't be there when you go back later.

Welcome to our happy place in Avon, NC!
Our waterfront condo sits right on the beautiful Pamlico Sound and features 2 bedrooms — one with a king bed and the second with two twin beds — making it perfect for couples, families, or a small group of friends.
You’re just steps from the kayak and boat ramp, so launching into the calm sound waters is incredibly easy and convenient. We love spending mornings paddling and evenings watching some of the best sunsets on the Outer Banks right from the property.
The condo is within walking distance of quaint local shops, cozy cafés, and popular spots like the Froggy Dog for great meals, fresh scones at breakfast, and delicious local ice cream shops for an afternoon treat.
