Relaxing space

This was one of the most well equipped and relaxing places we have stayed. Highly recommend!

Perfect escape

The house itself is lovely. Plenty of space in both living areas and bedrooms. Kitchen had everything you could need. Beach and bush walks were a highlight of our time at Beach House 1!

Every comfort

We had a lovely time here, with every comfort supplied. Very well equipped kitchen. Loved the sunrises over the ocean, the birds in the banksias, the clever house design.

As with other reviews, couldn't fault anything. Beautiful beach house experience. The owner was very helpful when the Stayz platform was being difficult. Lovely airy living area upstairs, very clean house, and plenty of parking. Take note of the entrance driveway which is the only slightly tricky thing to navigate at first .the beach is a short walk, and if you are an experienced surf swimmer you might go in , but better to find a patrolled beach nearby if you have kids. Salmon, Trevally etc can be caught here. Would recommend.

The property is fabulous and very comfortable. Due to the great design of the house and its wall to wall and wall to floor windows, we barely felt any heat except when we went down to the garden and realised how hot it was! There was nothing that was missing - and included a family of friendly lorikeets that would even try to drink your coffee, if you weren't careful. Merimbula was exactly 5 minutes from the turnoff to the house (yes, we timed it!)Our girls loved the close proximity of the beach for their boogie boards and a bit of body surfing. The man of the family loved the beach for its fishing! The shops are just a couple of minutes up the road and the Tura Beach Country Club has golf, and tennis facilities as well as great food. (We thought that the food was better than Merimbula Bowls Club with which it is affiliated, which we also tried)We had a very relaxing time.

Magical house especially in blue weather

We have walked every beaches and headlands around and swam in every rockpools more than twice. Perfect stay. Highly recommended.

Just awesome.

A great base for our south coast adventures, with everything you could possibly need. Even just being in the house was a joy; great views from the living area, and waking up to the sound of the ocean was magic.

Location wins with this house!

The house backs directly onto the beach. 2 minutes walk from the back gate and you're there! Close to Merimbula, and not too far from Bega, if you want to do some shopping. Wifi and Netflix was a nice addition, but no DVD player even though there was a selection of movies. Cleanliness of the house was excellent, but we found several of the dishes needed to be washed again before use. Overall: 4 stars. Would stay again.

Glad you enjoyed your stay Murray and thanks for the feedback. A little puzzled 😕� in regard to the rewashing of dishes as we unpacked the dishwasher ourselves before U arrived, as we had been staying at BH1. DVD 📀� player was removed as we were thinking that it wouldnt be used with Foxtel & Netfix available but have rethought that and will replace it. Cheers Sandy

Fantastic location
