Sharlene thank you for your feedback. We do a thorough check-in because guests tell us a lot with sick and tired of chuck the keys and work it out for ourselves. Before covid 40% return guests now down to 15% TODAY guest checked out wrote beautiful email my Magical stays at ABELIA Cottage Botanical so so quiet and relaxing we just booked again because each time was fantastic with excellent clean facilities including kitchen great heating and spaciousness. The cottage is close to the township and restaurants and has a lovely Outlook with a beautiful garden on the front Vetandah couch.
