Smuk stueetage 1500 sq aircondition Condo med udsigt over havet og poolen. Vind ned ad spiraltrappen i sten til din afsondrede strand med din helt egen hule. Condo er i et lukket samfund med 24/7 sikkerhed. To af svømmebassinerne giver en storslået udsigt over Det Caribiske Hav. Gåafstand til restauranter, kasinoer og købmandsforretninger. Det er en fem minutters kørsel fra lufthavnen til Rainbow Beach Club. To soveværelser / to bad har granit bordplader overalt. Det har et fuldt udstyret køkken med avancerede apparater samt kaffemaskine, blender, brødrister, kedel og mikroovn. Enheden inkluderer tv, vaskemaskine / tørretumbler, strygejern, strandstole, paraply, badehåndklæder og to sæt golfklubber. Master soveværelse har en king size seng, 2. soveværelse har to tvillinger, der kan konverteres til en king size seng. Overdækket parkering er tilgængelig på stedet. An absolutely wonderful stay!

The condo was everything and more as described on the VRBO website. The location within the complex is its highlight – close to 2 pools and to the stairway down to the beach, and even a view of the ocean on the first floor. Communication with Sandra was always prompt and informative prior to and during our stay. The unit was very spacious, immaculate, and well equipped. The bedrooms/bathrooms are separated from each other to provide privacy for families or two couples. The grounds were beautifully landscaped with plants and natural stones for walkways. The closet in the corridor was full of items not provided in a hotel stay (beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, noodles, snorkel equipment, boogie boards, golf clubs, etc.) The property is very secure and inside parking was steps away. It is within very short walking distance of several restaurants, a small grocery store, and a small casino. The larger grocery store is just a few minutes up the road by car. You can snorkel right from the beach – another guest and I went along the coast to the left and saw stingrays, a sea turtle, a puffer fish, and a peacock flounder!

Vacation in paradise

My husband and I have stayed in many Vrbos and this has to have been the cleanest one. Beautiful condo in first floor where you can walk outside to patio and pool area. The vies is amazing. Loved the private beach and snorkeling was good

Amazing!

This property and location did not disappoint. With the choice of 3 pools and private beach with spectacular views, we enjoyed every minute! The condo was clean and exactly as described. The host was communicative and we enjoyed meeting her friends at poolside! Giving A!

Great relaxing time

I would stay again; everything was clean, organized and it was just pleasurable; 2 grocery stores within a short walk, nice little restaurants within walking distance. Great French bakery about a 15 minute drive. What lore could one want?

Amazing romantic location

Great spot for romantic getaway. Especially for walking. Go north or south to beaches, resteraunts, and grocery store nearby. Loved north beach which was tricky to get to but worth the effort for secluded white sand beach which was our favorite on the island.

Perfect!

This unit at the Rainbow Beach Club was spatious, clean, well-stocked and convenient to so much. We loved the easy access to the pools and beach from the back deck. We look forward to staying here again!

Absolutely amazing!

We had a truly wonderful stay. Breathtaking views, steps from the beach and the pool, and the condo was so comfortable and had everything we needed, and communication with Sandra was great. Would highly recommend and we would love to go back!

Gorgeous location

This property was perfect for us 2 couples! Pools and property were beautiful & maintained well and the location is perfect. There was plenty of restaurants within walking distance and even a grocery store. Condo was clean and well stocked with coolers, beach chairs, and an umbrella ect.

We enjoyed the pool and private beach. Great place for the kids to snorkel for the first time. It was a plus that there is a closet full of beach gear to borrow.

Magnificent Caribbean Vacation

The perfect spot for our family vacation! Our stay had all the comforts of home, the unit was clean and comfortable. We stepped outside and could jump in the pool or walk down the stairs to the beach. Spectacular sunset views every night. Can’t wait to visit again!

A slice of paradise

The location was wonderful starting with a great view from the balcony overlooking the pool and the sea. The beach was very close and quite private with a few small caves and good snorkeling. The unit had everything you need. The building was very secure with friendly gate guards.

Great Stay in a Beautiful Location!

This was such a great experience! The unit is located in a quieter spot on the Dutch side. Sandra was an excellent host. The unit has everything you need. The best part was the direct access to one of the pools. Open your door and enjoy the pool and a perfect view. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Place!

We loved this place! Communicating with the property owner was a breeze. She responded quickly and was super helpful. The apartment is within walking distance to many restaurants, a grocery store and only a 20 minute walk from Maho beach. The backdoor opens to the pool and an amazing view. We spent some time on the beach steps from our back door and it felt like a private beach. I will say the outside of the building is under construction and doesn't look very nice but we felt very safe and once we were in the apartment everything was perfect. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay. We can't wait to come back!!

Perfect Fit

The condo was very well equipped with everything needed for a great stay. View and location was great. Private beach or very close to Mullet if you want more action. Felt comfortable walking to restaurants and market too.

Great spring break 2021

The location was great and the short 40 steps to the beach every morning could not have worked out better for me and my family. Great unit stocked with towels, toiletries, and even a little rum! Property was secure and covered parking was a definite plus. I would highly recommend a stay on your next trip to Sint Maarten!

AWESOME

This is the best location on St Maarten. This unit is as good as it gets. The host was incredibly responsive to our very limited questions. Our stay could not have been better...ok, maybe no world wide threat of Covid-19 could have reduced the stress...none the less, if you get a chance to book this place, DO IT.

St Maarten, March 2020

The property was as described with a beautiful ocean view and a walkout to the pool. The Rainbow Beach Club is still recovering from hurricane Irma but ongoing work did not interfere with our stay. The beach was beautiful on the first day that we were there but the weather created some high surf that made it unaccessible. Such is Mother Nature. There are many other beaches nearby so we went to Mullet Bay one day and watched the surfers then to Maho Beach for a close view of the airplanes arriving and departing. Sandra was very good to work with and responded very quickly to any questions that we had. It was a very good stay.

Should had been better

It was an uncomfortable stay. Thought we got a deal on a 5 star listing. It was barely a 3. The inside of unit is nice, but had its issues. (Not gonna bother to list them). The outside was dilapidated, the security was subpar, the gate to private beach was only unlocked 2 of the 5 days we was here (security claimed to had lost the key).. Needless to say, we’re heading home to get some comfortable sleep!!

Picture perfect

The listing for this condo features some very nice pictures of the unit itself as well as the views from the patio and around the pools and beach. We've stayed in lots of VRBO's in both the U.S. and the Caribbean and we were impressed at how well the listing's photos represent this condo. Clean, well-kept, and tastefully decorated, this condo was a very pleasant home away from home for our family vacation. We really loved the convenience of the condo's walk-out first floor location - just a few steps to the northside pool and just a few more to one of the most enchanting and secluded beach spots on the island at the bottom of the cliffside spiral staircase. Only one aspect was a little difficult for us to adapt to - the lower limit of 77 degrees F for the thermostats. But, its a very understandable and practical limit as energy is very expensive on the island. While we initially thought it might make for difficult sleeping, we didn't have any problems getting a good night's sleep throughout our 9 day stay. We would definitely consider coming back to this condo for another St. Maarten vacation!

Well this came true in March 2016 when we purchased a unit. We are from Orangeville, Ontario, near Toronto (Canada) and St. Maarten has become our happy place! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
