Just 10 meters from the water's edge and National Parks this quiet, private location commands spectacular views over Broken Bay, Lion Island and Pittwater that showcase a wide range of wildlife, such as eagles, hawks, pelicans tailing the trawlers, schools of fish and occasional dolphins and whales.

All of the attractions of Pearl Beach can be reached within a leisurely stroll including: tennis courts, pickleball courts, 2 beaches, nature walks, fishing, ocean pool, cafe etc.

Inside, this spacious apartment is split-level (3 steps). On one level there is a bedroom with queen-sized bed; a second bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity unit.

The lower level is one large living space - 9 meters long - incorporating the kitchen, dining and lounge areas with large windows and doors opening on to the sundeck and view.

With reverse cycle air-conditioning and a cosy fireplace, 'Seabreeze' is just as appealing in winter as it is in summer.

The default Check-in time is 2.00pm and Check-out is 11.00am. However, complimentary earlier check-in and later check-out times are offered if the apartment is available.

Unfortunately, due to its location on the edge of a steep drop, Seabreeze is not suitable for children under 11 years.

The apartment is completely private with its own access, with 21 easy steps.

PETS. Small-medium size, quiet, house-trained dogs that don't drop hair are welcome but please check with owner before booking if in doubt. We don't have a yard but there is ample space outside the property for exercising etc.

And we ask that dogs not be left unattended on the property, please. NOTE. There are numerous cafes and restaurants closeby that welcome dogs.

Sorry, we don't allow cats.
