Fun filled family vacation

Wonderful stay

Loved the location and property! Pool and grounds were beautiful. Comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen. Would definitely return!

Harborside heaven

Harborside Resort was and is a great way to enjoy Atlantis with a family! Three units with full kitchens and two bedrooms and baths made the stay wonderful. Top floor overlooking the pool made them the perfect unit(s).

You want to stay here!

This place was even better than advertised! Our rooms were so nice, check in was so easy, and our host emailed a few times before and during our trip to make sure everything was going well. Whenever we come back, we will make sure to seek out this host in particular. The accommodations were flawless.

Quiet

The property was fairly quiet. Not crowded like Atlantis would have been. The help was great. If we do come back we will stay at this property again. Our only complaint was on certain days there was a bit of a sewage smell. It wasn’t just at the property though. We noticed it throughout the island.

Easy process and good communication

We have actually been owners since 2007. This year we needed an additional condo and then rented the second one. The process was extremely smooth all communication was quick and easy. Not the rental agencies problem but Harborside has definitely gone down in the last few years as far as maintenance and upkeep. We will of course be going back with hopes that they improve upon it. Again though working with this team was easy and great.

Nice Apartment, Shame about the resort

No Complaints about the Apartment, it had everything you need. Whilst it was very expensive, it was still cheaper than staying at Atlantis. I was there a week and not once did I receive any housekeeping. Luckily enough there is a Washing Machine in the Condo, so washed my linen and Towels there. Maybe I picked the wrong time of the year to visit this place but I have to say the Prices to Just exist here, were extortionate to say the least. One example was the local Steakhouse in the Village? For example: a Steak, 2 Glasses of Wine and a Bottle of Water cost me 160 dollars. I think this place was built for the Super Rich and not the average working Person like me. Having said that, the prices may be high, but the Staff and Bar people were very nice and friendly and probably make this place the Popular place that it is. I for one will not visit again unless I win the lottery.

Fun stay in Atlantis

Great place for us and our 13 year old son - beautiful to see the yachts parked outside- easy walk or shuttle to the main hotel pools and slide - enjoyed it

Atlantis condo stay

We had a wonderful stay at the condo at Atlantis. It was great to have a kitchen area for breakfast and quick dinners. Nice walk along the marina to the marketplace. A bit more of a distance to the water park but generally easy with the shuttles. Late night shuttles were a bit more difficult to come by but we managed. We had a nice view over looking the marina and it was fun to see the yachts coming and going each morning.

Amazing family vacation

We had an amazing time in our trip! Can't say enough about it. Curtis' tips about bringing snacks with us was great and we went to the store to get breakfast and more snack stuff too. Carmine's was great. The only restaurant that wasn't worth the cost was Poseidon's Table. Everyone was super friendly and we loved the pool, hot tub and gym at Harborside. Our best friends are thinking of going next year. I'm passing along all of your info to them! Thanks again for everything! Adele

Love Harborside!

This worked great for our group of 9. Loved how close it was to the water park but the pool here is great too!

EXCELLENT VACATION CHOICE

I have stayed at Harborside several times. The accomodations were as good as usual. I appreciate the flexibility in providing the Sunday to Sunday time frame. My daughter and son-in-law have two time share untis. This year we needed a third unit because we had 10 people going. Getting this unit was very helpful.

Spring Break Fun

The Harborside Resort at Atlantis was a perfect place for our family to stay. It was clean and quiet and there was plenty of room for all four of us. We loved our unit in building 5 with a view of the water and next to the pool. The staff was polite and helpful and the pool was not crowded at all. We appreciated the shuttle to the grocery store as eating in saved us some money. The Harborside is a bit of a walk from Aquaventure, but we didn't mind the exercise. It was nice to be so close to Marina Village for food and shopping. Overall a great Spring Break!

Harborside Atlantis-It’s a great time!!

Our trip was fantastic! The service at the Harborside and Atlantis as a whole is unbelievable. The only negative about our stay at Harborside was that our unit seem to be needing some updates/repairs. None of these problems affected the function of the unit at all, the unit could just use an over all facelift. We stayed at Harborside around eight years ago and loved it. We definitely plan on returning. Thanks for a great trip :)

Amazing resort and great condo

This was our first time at Atlantis and it was truly amazing, our kids had a blast. The condo was clean and beautiful with a great view of the marina and royal tower. Loved having the kitchen and washer/dryer. Chris was very helpful and their website has tons of info.

FABULOUS!!!

Just got back from our fabulous Atlantis vacation and can’t say enough about the wonderful time we had! Our condo experience at Harborside Villas was amazing. We rented a two bedroom lock off but we were upgraded to a three bedroom when we got there. What a pleasant and wonderful surprise! We had tons of room for our family to enjoy. My husband and I traveled with our two daughters and their families, this made 3 adult couples and 3 small children, ages 6, 4 and 1 1/2. Separate bedrooms for us, 2 very large living rooms with pull out sofas and 2 separate kitchens provided ample space for everyone. Crib and high chair provided - and don’t overpack if you stay here - 2 washers and dryers in our units allowed us to keep our packing to a minimum. Harborside is a beautiful, private village, but with a shuttle that takes you to all the other Atlantis attractions in a matter of minutes. And when you and your kids just want to kick back and stay there, you’ll enjoy Harborside’s huge, gorgeous pool and food and drink kiosks on the property, along with a restaurant and games. Our kids loved it!! The overall property, as well as the condo, was clean and well maintained. People and staff were friendly and helpful. And Chris and her family, the people we rented from, were amazing as well. 5 months before we arrived, they answered all my questions about our booking and the accommodations we’d get, explaining everything well and helping me to get what I needed for my group within my price range. Great people! We think that when traveling to Atlantis as a family group, Harborside is definitely your best value. We hope to come back! And we know you’ll love it too!

Wonderful condo and owner

Chris was such a pleasure to work with. Very sweet and patient with all of our questions. Made us feel very comfortable that we had made the right choice. Their website was very helpful and had some great recommendations. The condo was clean with lots of space and with a great view of the harbor. The Atlantis is beautiful, but pricey. But with the savings of the kitchen and wristbands included free it actually worked out to be cheaper than our last trip to Disney. Harborside is definitely the place at Atlantis for families who don't want to break the bank.

Great atlantis condo

We rented the two attached condos and it worked perfectly for our group. Very convenient to be able to go between rooms, but still have some privacy at night. Loved the balcony with a great view of the marina with yachts coming and going. Short walk to the waterpark, but we actually liked being so close to the off resort restuarants and convenience store, so much cheaper than atlantis prices. Harborside pool and hot tub are also private and much less busy than the rest of the resort. Chris answered all of our questions very promptly and was very helpful.

Enjoyed our stay

We had been to the Harborside Resort at Atlantis once before, but this was our first time renting through VRBO. We rented a smaller one bedroom unit as we had stayed in previously and a week before arrival received a confirmation email telling us we’d received a free upgrade to the premium one bedroom unit. We loved having the extra space and larger kitchen area for the three of us since we had breakfast and lunch and cooked our own dinner in the room six out of the seven nights we stayed here. We were in building 5 and had a great view of the harbor. The king bed in the bedroom was comfortable enough and the couch in the living area pulled out to a queen size bed for my daughter. The washer/ dryer in the unit was invaluable! The Harborside staff was very welcoming and friendly and attentive to any problems or requests (first night we had to ask the front desk for a blanket for the pullout bed because there was no extra blanket in the room even though the inventory list said there was supposed to be two; blankets were brought up within 15 minutes. Then one morning my daughter accident locked the bathroom door to the toilet with no one inside and we had to ask someone to come up and unlock the door; they responded quickly. The grounds are kept very clean. The pool was nice, especially since it opened earlier and closed later than the Atlantis pools. The on site fitness room was kept clean and cool, but was annoying because there was only one elliptical which always seemed to be in use and only two of the four treadmills seemed to work. But Harborside guests can use the Atlantis fitness center for a fee - $16.50 a day or you can get a discount for multiple days and can get a week pass for $50. The other Atlantis amenities are complimentary - access to the Aquaventure water park, the Dig aquarium, movie theater, etc. Overall, we had a great time and would go back!
