Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry that your experience did not meet expectations, and we regret the frustration you felt during your stay. We want to clarify that the issues you encountered were not known prior to your visit and had not been reported by previous guests. In fact, the guest who stayed immediately before you left a 5-star review, and no similar concerns were noted at that time. We would never knowingly place a guest in a home with unresolved issues. That said, once your concerns were brought to our attention, we immediately involved maintenance. We understand that the back-and-forth and time spent waiting was disruptive to your vacation, and for that, we sincerely apologize. Following your stay, we conducted a full review of the home, and all reported issues have since been fully resolved to ensure this does not happen again. We take guest feedback seriously, as it helps us improve. While we’re sorry we didn’t meet your expectations on this visit.
