Dejlig 2BR / 2BA Condo - Litchfield By the Sea Resort - oktober tilbud!

Vores Condo er beliggende i Litchfield ved Sea Resort på Seaside Inn, en af de fineste private, alårs sæsonresorter i U. S. Vores Condo er en enhed (mere rummelig og privat) beliggende på øverste etage i Seaside Inn (4. sal inklusive parkering på 1. sal). Elevatoren er lige nede i gangen.

Vi brugerdefinerede dekoreret vores condo for at gøre det mere behageligt for vores familie og dit. Det rummer otte gæster komfortabelt i to soveværelser, hvert soveværelse har 2 queensize-senge udstyret med 350+ tæller egyptiske bomuldsplader. Det har ni-fods lofter, krone støbning og en stor screenet i veranda med udsigt over en dam med to springvand (den blide vandlyd er bare stor) giver åbenhed og elegance samt udendørs spisning.

En kort 10 minutters gåtur (tidsbestemt, da vores søn var 5 år) langs stierne på cykel og golfvogn, der snor sig gennem udvej fører dig til stranden og strandklubben. Du kan også køre til stranden (parkering ved stranden er tilgængelig for lejere af Seaside Inn ved siden af strandklubben). Ud over parkeringsprivilegier har du adgang til den private strandklub beliggende lige på stranden med en fantastisk havudsigt, solbadning, omklædningsrum og toiletter.

Condo er også placeret lige overfor poolen og vandplazaen (måske en 2 minutters gang inklusive elevatorsturen). Poolen, doven flod, varme karbad og vandplaza (komplet med sprøjtende ubåd, regnbyger og gigantisk dump-spand og stænkspande) er alle gratis for lejere af Seaside Inn.

Som lejer af Seaside Inn har du også adgang til følgende faciliteter: gratis ubegrænset trådløs internetadgang (fra inde i lejligheden, på Starbucks og i lobbyen på konferencecentret), privat adgang til stranden og parkering, en privat hav foran stranden klub med toiletter og omklædningsrum, 7 professionelle klasser med lette tennisbaner, omfattende golfvogn, jogging og cykelstier, der strækker sig fra Murrells Inlet til Pawleys Island, cykeludlejning (mod betaling) og adgang til 3 golfbaner i verdensklasse tilknyttet udvej (pris varierer efter kursus). Der er også en Starbucks på ejendommen, en restaurant, Webster's og et motionscenter og spa til rådighed mod et gebyr.

close, comfortable and cozy

We enjoyed the quiet location, nice facilities and great spot to enjoy the sun and beach. Being close to shops, restaurants and the beach was super, the cozy feel of the condo made the experience wonderful.

Great Family Vacation

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The condo was plenty large enough for my family of 5. It was updated and modern, super clean, had all we needed, and was very homey. Sarah was very hospital and helpful. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Fantastic resort condo near beach

Gorgeous, extremely clean, well appointed condo with a short walk to beach. So well organized, owner seemed to anticipate our every need. Quiet get away, yet close to grocery, shopping. Highly recommended.

Convenient and CLEAN!!

This condo was excellent! Cleanliness of the condo was rated 10+ !! It was located near Brookgreen Gardens, Huntington State Park and Murrells Inlet Restaurant Row. The beach we did have to drive because of our chairs, etc. If you travel with just a beach towel, you can reach the beach on your bike, a 10 minute ride. Sarah was a great hostess and more than accommodating to our needs. A great time was had by all!!

Pretty condo, wonderful owner and staff

Beautifully decorated condo with all items we needed for a family of four. Location is about10 minute walk to the beach. The pool is under construction so the owner went above and beyond to accommodate our using the health Club pool. The housekeeper Annette also was extremely helpful as our teen forgot his backpack when we left. She called us and stayed until we returned to retrieve it. Both the owner and her staff are top notch customer service oriented , and just extremely kind people. I can’t recommend this highly enough!

October Couple's Get-a-Way

The unit was very nice and tastefully decorated. All the bedding and linens were of great quality. The unit had been recently renovated and was furnished with everything that we could have possibly needed. The unit was exactly as described and Sara was terrific to work with. I only have two suggestions which would be to include a television channel directory in the unit for Spectrum cable and to include instructions for the master bedroom Roku television. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay!

Lovely place in a great location

This place was perfect for a getaway to the beach. The condo is beautiful and has everything you need in the kitchen. The screened porch was a fave. We spent the mornings and evenings on the porch enjoying a bug free experience. The beds were comfortable and everything was in very good working order. Our host Sarah was very responsive to the few questions we had. She provided very good detailed information before we arrived. Wi-fi reception was very good. The beach at Litchfield is beautiful - and with access to the Beach Club it was very convenient to drop off our stuff. We also used the beach access off Boyle Road - down at the end near the State Park was very quiet. The area is convenient with access to several grocery stores and restaurants. We did not go out to eat due to the virus situation. However, Sarah has a book of menus and suggestions to help narrow your choices should you decide to do so. i would definitely stay here again!

Awesome visit.

Wonderful beautiful place! The beach access at the clubhouse was the best! The pool and hot tub or lovely. The condo was more than we expected. A perfect place to take the family and enjoy. The owner of the condo was very hospitable and quick to answer any questions we had. We will stay there again.

Short family stay

Our family of 4 and the grandparents went on a short family trip for Labor Day weekend. We thought the unit was well stocked in the kitchen, had ample space for sleep, and everything was clean. The kids liked having access to the beach and the pool.

Great Place!

My wife and our 2 kids 11 and 9 stayed at this Litchfield Property in August 2020. The owner Sarah was excellent! She responded quickly to any questions, gave a lot of helpful info over the phone, and was a pleasure to work with. Check in was easy and seamless. The condo was exceptionally clean, well appointed, and in a great location. We had everything we needed there. We cooked in a lot (due to the Covid pandemic) and enjoyed the updated furnishings and comfortable beds. Regarding condo location...one thing to note is that there is an elevator near the under building parking spot. However, if you choose to take the stairs, they are located at one end of the building or the other...so it is a little bit of a longer walk getting up to the condo (middle of building ) especially with your hands full. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning. Bring your bikes to enjoy the Waccamaw bike trail! The beach was fabulous! The walk to the beach was about 10-12min. It did feel a bit long at times with 2 kids carrying chairs, skim boards, coolers, etc and S.C. August heat! We found that loading up the bed of my truck with gear and parking in a lot right beside the beach access was the way to go. Owner provides access to a storage closet at ground level to keep boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, etc. This was great! Thee owner provided beach chairs. Overall, Sarah is fantastic and she really cares that you have a great experience! We definitely recommend staying here! Thank you Sarah!

Litchfield by the Sea, first week of August

Had a great time...condo was very clean and updated nicely. Top floor unit, quiet for the most part. We enjoyed the screened in porch and all of the ammenities. Sarah provided great communication to make sure everything was perfect. Even in the midst of Isaias, Sarah took the time to ensure we were safe and sound the next day!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time and the condo was very nice. Just enough room for 2 adult and 4 teens, we had enough room to spread out. Wish the beach was closer because our teen spent there time there instead of pool.

Great Location

Property was as advertised and late fall in Litchfield is a wonderful time to enjoy the area without summer traffic. The sofa in this rental is truly dreadful, as it squeaks when occupied and is not comfortable. Some written instructions regarding the television, streaming capacity etc would have been helpful. We eventually figured a few things out. The overall experience was a good one, actually a bargain!

Great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Sarah is very easy to communicate with. Suggestion: it will be nice to have a blow dry. There were no pantry items such as sale, pepper, coffee, etc. which will be nice to have. We didn’t use the beach towels. However if we were to have used them there was no detergent to wash them as we were told to leave them clean. Overall, this is a great place to stay. Thank you Sarah.

Great experience

It was a good experience staying in this property. It was welcoming, attractive, reasonably comfortable, and clean. It was well supplied with linens and kitchen tools. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Our only suggestions are to replace the few overhead lights in the kitchen and second bedroom that were out, the toaster (center toasting element burned out) and new skillet as the teflon coating was flaking. These were extremely minor issues as the condo is a great place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. We drove over to the beach club to access the ocean. We did have trouble with the north gate not reading our pass. But loved the facilities and how it was so easy to get to shopping areas and restaurants.

Great getaway

It was extremely easy to communicate with Sarah - she is quick to answer all your questions and address by need you may have. Our teenage daughter and her friends had a wonderful time and the condo had plenty of space for everyone. We definitely rent from Sarah again! Thanks so much for sharing your space with us!

Great vacation spot!

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. We enjoyed trips to Myrtle Beach, Georgetown, and even Charleston! Back at the resort, we took advantage of the Starbucks, tiki bar, and ice cream all in walking distance from our front door. One of the reasons we booked here was the pool which we enjoyed every day mainly for a night swim. We enjoyed the ample restaurants surrounding the resort area....Crab Daddy’s seafood buffet was great! We would book this spot again for sure...the shuttle to the beach was extremely helpful and if nothing else, the shuttle ride would bring us back because it made Beach going so convenient (no sand in our car). And watching for alligators from the screened porch was one of our favorite pastimes which we did get to see one multiple times! Sarah was wonderful to work with, the condo was clean, equipped and perfect for everything we needed and wanted! Beds were super comfortable!!! One of our best vacations yet! Oh and visit Independent seafood in Georgetown as Sarah recommends...not fancy, but good, clean seafood at great prices!
