The property had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The kids loved the pool and the fit adults enjoyed the gym. It was handy to everything and the city was a short tram ride away. The south Melbourne Market was around the corner and a huge selection of restaurants, pubs and all sorts of eateries. What more could we ask for.

Wonderful comfy stay

Wonderful apartment!

Our stay at the Rivergarden Apartment was just excellent! The accommodation was beautiful, clean and in a perfect location. Everything was really well managed, from booking to the end of our stay. I would definitely stay again - thank you!

Fabulous Location

Very spacious, clean and comfortable apartment for our Family weekend. It had everything we needed. Perfect location. The mattress in the main bedroom was just divine - like sleeping on a cloud. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for a business trip

Stayed here during conference at exhibition centre. Was prefect for our team. Had everything we needed was very comfortable and only a few minutes walk from the exhibition centre.

GREAT STAY

This property is excellent for both the apartment and location. Julie was approachable and easy to contact. I highly recommend this property. The little extras made it feel like home.

Perfect getaway space

Apartment was lovely size, lots of warm blankets, plenty of kitchen bits and pieces. Easy access to tram. Def recommend.

Fabulous Melbourne Apartment

This is absolutely the best accommodation in Melbourne.We have stayed here every time we come and loved it. It has recently been updated and looks amazing.Very comfortable, lots of fans and air con to keep you cool, fabulous kitchen. Julie is a brilliant host, we will be back!

Great property and location

Perfect location for what we needed. Easy walking distance to south Melbourne, Southbank and the cbd with a tram at your doorstep that takes you to the cbd, st kilda or port Melbourne. Only small issue is the tram noise through the night if you are a light sleeper.

Amazing Apartment & Location

We loved our stay, everything you need in this apartment. Melbourne Ladies

We were a group of ladies who came to Melbourne for a week for the Flower Show, Art Gallery and a day trip to Alba Spa on Mornington Peninsula. Excellent communication with Julie. Very spacious and beautifully decorated apartment. Great location- tram stop outside your door. Highly recommend.

Absolutely Fantastic!

The property was outstanding. It was close to transport, food, shopping. And the bonus for us was that it was directly across the road from the MCEC which we spent roughly 4 days at for a work convention. The apartment was spotless and had everything available for us that we could possibly need. The beds were INCREDIBLE. Probably my favourite thing about this apartment. Julie was a delight to deal with. Thanks so much for having us!

Magnificent

Group of 6 Adults stayed for 4 nights for a long weekend. Location was excellent, tram stop outside the door and IGA on the corner. A couple of minutes walk to Casino and South Bank. The apartment was wonderful comfortable beds and was extremely well equipped with all the comforts of home. Attention to detail was excellent very comfortable spacious apartment. Lovely little outdoor space for your morning coffee and bathrooms were top of the range. Cannot rate this apartment highly enough and would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thanks Julie

This apartment has it all!

This apartment was in an idyllic location, had a gorgeous outdoor balcony, which was like having an additional room. The bathrooms were luxuriously modern and the kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Julie's communication was faultless from our initial booking, checking in and then tips on how to make our departure smooth. She could not have been more helpful. There were so many extra features like a washing machine and dryer, bath in the second bathroom, pool towels etc..too many to list. We will definitely return to this beautifully maintained apartment, such a treat and made our Melbourne stay so memorable.

Fantastic Experience

My work colleagues and I had a conference at the MCEC and needed an apartment close by. We are so glad we chose Julie's apartment. It's a stones throw away from the MCEC but there is also a tram stop right out the front. Getting to the City and St Kilda is very easy. The apartment itself is also great. Other people have said it in their reviews but the apartment is really very well equipped. It really feels like you're home. But the best thing about our stay was Julie's communication. She's honestly one of the best hosts I've dealt with on a platform like this. Really easy going and helpful. Thank you Julie!

Melbourne Family Vacation

We greatly enjoyed this property. I would highly recommend it for its location and it’s comfort. It was as advertised and more. The closeness to the CBD and the crown casino and all the conference center and outlet center services was wonderful. We were finishing a two month family vacation and needed to just relax and unwind and this unit was perfect for our group. I am traveling with my wife and three adult kids and this unit was both spacious and close to everything we needed. It was so nice to also have a washer and separate dryer to do a little laundry. The only negative for this 3 bedroom unit was that there is only one bathroom but fortunately never was a problem with us. I would stay here again and actually planning a trip next year. I also want to say thank you to owner Julie who responded immediately when I had questions.
