Xanadu’s North Shore setting is loved by many guests because it offers a quieter, more private, and secluded atmosphere while still enjoying stunning panoramic views toward Grace Bay. We also appreciate your comments regarding the driveway and arrival area. The back part of the drive itself is not part of the Xanadu guest offering and is used by the estate’s maintenance and gardening teams for storage, landscaping materials, and ongoing improvement projects, as the wider estate is continually maintained and enhanced throughout the year. That said, we are very sorry if the appearance in this area detracted in any way from your overall first impression of the property. We would also like to reassure future guests that any speculation regarding ownership is incorrect. Xanadu and the wider estate continue to be actively maintained and operated by the same dedicated hospitality team proudly welcoming guests year-round.
