Great place for family and friends to stay together! Our host was very responsive and so great throughout our stay. The location was wonderful and I will absolutely come back if I need a large space for a group of people. Highly recommend!!

A truly great stay! We were in town with multiple couples for a Cubs game and to head down to Notre Dame for a football game. The property is very well-appointed, comfortable and very spacious! Jeremy and Maria were great hosts - very communicative and responsive. I would absolutely stay again in the future. Very strongly recommend the property and hosts!

Great location… walking distance to Wrigley and many great restaurants. Comfortable and spacious house. We had a great time in Chicago with this house as our home base for the weekend. Property owner was responsive and helpful throughout.

Fun summer stay in Chicago

My friends and I stayed on this property for a fun weekend together. It was clean, well stocked, and the hosts were incredibly responsive. We would definitely recommend this location again!

A wonderful house for our family reunion. Brutal and functional. Large rooms great furnishing with comfortable beds and seating. Everything needed for staying in but great location for buses, buses to ‘L’ or walk to ‘L’. We parked two cars in the attached locked garage.

A Gem of Family Home In Lakeview

We could not have had a better stay at this amazing property!!! It was the perfect home for our friends and family gathering of 16!! Everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in and the house was perfect for connecting with family and friends. A terrific location nearby shops, restaurants and Wrigley Field- we will definitely be back again!!!

Perfect for a family weekend

We utilized the home for a multi-generational family get together. The house was conveniently located to restaurants and grocery stores, and we were able to sleep 11 people comfortably. Jeremy was very nice and easy to work with. We all enjoyed our stay very much.

Beautiful, Liveable Home, Great Area

A great weekend with adult children and grandkids for a Cubs game. The spaces in and layout of the home were perfect. We could all eat together, watch tv together, etc., and yet there was plenty of space for the kids to go off and play. The bedrooms were well laid out, providing for family clusters. We enjoyed the small outdoor patio. The neighborhood was safe with grocery stores and plenty of restaurants nearby. The hosts were welcoming and responsive to our questions. Highly recommend!

This is a gorgeous house!!! The property manager was beyond accommodating and efficient!!! We were extremely impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the house. The location of the house was key for our trip. We enjoyed the surrounding coffee shops and shopping!

Awesome house walking distance to Wrigley

We stayed at this house for a baseball weekend. The house itself is very high end with a great layout and room for everyone. The location is amazing with grocery and restaurants in very short walking distance and an easy walk to Wrigley Field. The owner stays in good contact to make sure you have everything you need. Highly recommend staying here.

This multiple level home was perfect for our vacation in Chicago. We had 6 adults and 4 children in our group and this home had ample room. The bedding was wonderful, and the kitchen had everything needed for either cooking there or ordering in. The location was perfect for us to walk to Wrigley field and the surrounding area. The garage provided off street parking for two cars. The owners were very helpful in making us feel comfortable. They were readily available for a couple of questions that arose. We highly recommend this lovely home for a visit to Chicago.

Awesome home, great for 3 couples and grandmother.

Great big kitchen for cooking and enjoying family time around big dining table. Also, fire pit next to carriage house was fantastic, along with the big TV room for all of us. Thanks to great host and a shout out to Marie so nice and she share her puppies with the family.

Great house!!

I booked this house for my 30th birthday and it did not disappoint! The pictures do not do it justice! The hosts were very responsive and kind. If you need a house close to the city for a large group of people this is it!. I can’t wait to come back. Thank you Jeremy and Maria!

Highly recommend

This home is beautiful and located in a gorgeous neighborhood. Lots of restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores within walking distance. We enjoyed strolling around and had everything we needed within close proximity. The house had great gathering places for our large family, a beautiful outdoor patio and decks, too. Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen were all outstanding.The owner was very helpful, available and accommodating.

Perfect Location for Family Stay

We went to Chicago for a wedding , followed by a reception at Wrigley Field. We were not familiar with the geography of the Chicago area, so when this listing said it was walkable to Wrigley, we decided to treat ourselves to this house. We were not disappointed! The house had absolutely everything we needed, and more than a few things we didn't know we needed. Jeremy was a fantastic host, meeting us for check-in, recommending a beautiful local church, responding quickly to our questions, and touching base periodically to make sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio, and the neighborhood had a walkable grocery store and fantastic pizza and taco places. We had eight adults and two children, and the house was spacious enough for us not to be on top of each other. This location is worth the splurge!!

PERFECTION

From start to finish everything was so easy and perfect. I stayed here to celebrate my 30th birthday with 11 other ladies and it was amazing. The hosts were beyond helpful with everything. Met us at the property - showed us how everything worked, gave us recommendations on where to go, AND offered a boat day on their boat if we had, had the time. I get rentals all the time, and this was by far the best experience. I had two girlfriends that got hotels nearby because they were nervous there was not enough room, and they ended up canceling their hotels to come stay because it was better than the hotels! Listing is accurate and again, everything was perfect. Neighborhood 100% safe as well! Highly recommend.

Amazing Property - Superb Host

We booked this home for many adult generations to come together for a college graduation weekend and needed one space for all of us (9) to be together. From the moment the reservation was made, Jeremy was attentive and available to answer all questions. While the pictures had us all very excited for our arrival, the reality of this home is even better! The living spaces are well thought out and provide ample space for a variety of experiences. The bedrooms are so spacious and comfortable- and QUIET! We only wished we had booked more time here to have had an opportunity to fully enjoy every space and experience the enormous amount of beautiful glassware. I am limited to 5 stars but if there were more, we would give them to Jeremy - he is truly committed to his guests having the best possible experience in his home.

Luxury property with all the amenities you can imagine.

This was probably one of the best houses I have stayed at. It had every single type of amenity you can think of. All bedrooms were very comfortable and cozy. The master bedroom and bathroom is out of this world. Jeremy was so accommodating and friendly. The location is centrally located and close to all types of shops and restaurants. 5 stars!

The house is centrally located to restaurants, theaters, bars, nightclubs, and shopping. All are within walking distance. We are a 10 minute walk from our beautiful lake front where you can bike for miles, walk the beach, stroll through Lincoln Park, Wrigley Field, and see the beautiful Chicago skyline.

Over 5000 square foot 6 bedroom home has been host to corporate getaways, weekend family trips and reunions. Have drinks in the courtyard, take a steam shower, or enjoy the big screen televisions while you relax on the super comfy couches after a long day of sight seeing and shopping.
