Welcome to Casa Sorella, beach front family home - the ‘sisters house’. The owners, two sisters and their families, use this house for beach holidays and are excited to share their house with you. Pilot Beach, a safe swimming beach, and Wash House Beach are across the street. Collect shells from rock pools at Washhouse Beach and enjoy incredible sunset-coloured skies. Doze on the deck to ocean sounds. It doesn’t get much better than this. Tranquility and the great outdoors straight at your doorstep: hiking, surfing, biking, fishing, you name it, we got it. Take a stroll along the Camden Haven River. The hike to Point Perpendicular is well worth it, even the kids can walk it. All comforts are catered for: large kitchen, modern bathrooms, luxury fit out, smart TV’s, DVD’s, books, toys and free WIFI. Ample of space for everyone.

LINEN
Linen and towels are provided, all beds are made up with fresh linen for your convenience. Simply rock up and relax! Please bring your own beach towels.

THE SPACE / LAYOUT
Casa Sorella is a single-storey house, all one level. The house easily suits one or two families, yet cosy enough for one or two couples. The house breathes good vibes with its modern and comfortable interior style, you will feel straight at home. Enter into the open planning living, dining and kitchen, to the right of this space is the master bedroom with ensuite, to the left is bedroom 2 with a queen bed, and further left is bedroom 3. With two sets of bunk beds, ample space and plenty of books and toys, the third bedroom is a kid's oasis. Step out the back door and onto the spacious, covered deck with outdoor lounge, dining table and BBQ. You can easily watch the kids swimming in the pool from this area. The generous backyard is levelled and fully fenced. The outdoor shower makes it easy to wash off when coming back from the beach.

SWIMMING POOL
Outdoor salt-water pool. Heated from September to April, IMPORTANT: Note in winter (May, June, July, Aug, early Sep) the pool will not be heated, hence do NOT expect a heated pool in winter, thanks for your understanding.

PET FRIENDLY ON REQUEST ONLY
Dogs are allowed with pre-approval from the property manager only. Dogs to be kept outdoors on the back deck, preference for small and medium size dogs and/or outdoor dogs. Small non-shedding dogs allowed inside. No cats please due to owner preference and local wildlife. Just chat to us about your needs, we may have other options. Pets to be kept off furniture and beds. The back yard is fully fenced. Front deck and garden is not enclosed and opens up to the road.

THE AREA – WALK TO BEACH, CAFES AND SHOPS
Dunbogan and the Port Macquarie area are all about the beach and outdoor lifestyle and gourmet, locally sourced fresh food. Enjoy the whales passing by during their migration from May-November.
Pilot Beach and Wash House Beach is a short walk from Casa Sorella, directly across from the home. They are safe swimming beaches. The hike to Point Perpendicular starts at the end of the street and is a round trip of 4kms. You can see blow holes and many wild flowers in season, and when lucky and spot migrating whales between May-Nov.
Laurieton is a short drive and is home to many great food spots. Try Grounded Espresso for a fresh coffee or Delizioso for an authentic Italian meal.
Laurieton and Camden Haven are small, easy going, coastal towns they have no traffic lights.
Port Macquarie CBD is 40 minutes drive, Port Macquarie airport 45-50 minutes drive
So much to do in the area, we provide activity cards in your holiday rental house with suggestions for things to do and how to get there... or simply stay at home and relax.

No school groups, under 21 groups, bucks or hens parties, large loud adult groups, events.
Quiet time from 10pm-7am, please keep our neighbours happy. Guests that do not adhere to the house rules will have their full bond forfeited.
