Thanks for your feedback. Note that the cleaner who made p your apartment is colour blind and cant see colours properly. I have reminded him to check with someone else before choosing the bed linen. The actual feedback that linen is not included (per-se) is not reasonable when you can see that it upfront beofre you book. We don't include it because we cant set a winter-only cleaning price that is a different price to the rest of the year. Outside of snow season the place is very low priced in comparison. Many people prefer to BYO to save on costs, or they simply like their own linen.

I'm surprised you feel that only 5-6 woudl be comfortable in here. Note that the hot water tank is very large and runs 24/7 so re-heats within 45mins in the rare cases it does run out (we only get told maybe once per year it has run out). There are 4 bedrooms with 2 people per bedroom (4th bedroom is technically a loft but very private). 3 bedrooms have a queen that can split into 2 singles, the 4th bedroom/loft has 2 singles plus a 3rd mattress that can be plonked on the floor. The sofa in the living room is comfy for 1 person to sleep on also. I may have been blunt if you called when i was reverse parking my car. Apologies if i was.

To clarify to others reading this note that what actually happened was that our regular cleaner hurt her back and could not work for a week, I could only find a cleaner we had never used beofre. The apartment WAS cleaned but it was a new cleaner. So as a matter of course, shortly after guests arrived, I called them to ask if the new cleaner had done a good job or not (client did not call me). Client said they only walked in a few minutes ago so not entirely sure but that it didn't look like the cleaner had done a very good job. Client called back later to reassert this, so i asked if she wanted another cleaner to come back either ASAP or tomorrow. Client declined as noted in their review. Note that there is no back door!! She is referring to the sliding door to the 2nd floor balcony. This is Threbdo; People do not break into properties even if the door is wide open, let alone climb up 2 stories and break in - especially if its occupied. Such things are incredibly rare even in major cities, so really its a a silly complaint. I dont think anyone else ever has mentioned the door not locking.

Thanks for the positive feedback Jade. Anyone else reading this review should note that Jade stayed in a different property (Steins) not Mowamba or Riverside apartments. Steins was built in the 70s - hence the references above.
