Amazing Weekend Getaway

The pictures do this place no justice! It was a private, secluded studio with a stunning view that is right on the beach. We fell asleep to the sounds of the waves crashing nightly. Dolphins were in abundance and we watched them play all day. The neighbors were very nice. The restaurants on the property were delicious! And the owner was very accessible and easy to reach. If you're looking for calm and tranquility, this is the place!

Absolutely perfect! Letica was so nice and inviting throughout the entire process.

I will be staying at Leticias properties going forward. I own three Mexican timeshares and have been looking for something with in driving distance and I believe I have found it. The community restaurants and the owners were amazing. So happy I found this property. Thank you again Leticia you made it effortless for us!!

Beautiful Views, Comfy, Convenient, & Safe

Leticia met us at the unit and walked us through the simple details. The unit was more spacious than we expected and had a balcony that looked out over the ocean and beach. There are some very good restaurants at the entrance to the community and a store that made this location very convenient. We explored south to downtown Rosarito, Puerto Nuevo and Poplota, go to all, and found this property a good base for this. Overall, we had an amazing time and this rental was comfortable, convenient, and had amazing views and access to a nice beach.

place was great. Really great and want to stay again. Bring a tiny heater because it gets cold and the heater had no propane. But, I loved it!!!!! I swam in the ocean...part of the day the riptide kicks up so bee careful. Almost didn't make it back. Owner is also awesome! Very nice person.

Nice place quite place I am definitely stay again

It was nice just for two of as, the only thing I think this please need is a BBQ to make a carne asada to enjoy just right on the patio enjoy the view of the beach

Our own private beach

My wife and I loved the view and we had the beach mostly to ourselves. The apartment was clean and had everything we wanted except a toaster. A short trip away from groceries or restaurants. Leticia is kind and made us feel welcome.

Best View

Such a beautiful studio, had a great time, enjoyed the view, we would have our coffee outside in the balcony, saw some dolphins, very peaceful and tranquil, very private. We went down to the water early in the morning the water was great, not cold at all. The only negative was no A/C and it was very hot, we slept with the door open but it was still very hot, other than that everything was great, Leticia was great, very nice and friendly. We are already planning on coming back soon and staying again with Leticia.

Great Place !!!!

I love this place it's truly amazing and makes me really happy. It's very peaceful relaxing, clean and the owner is a lovely lady. The area is great and local restaurants are wonderful!

Not good! Maybe if you're planning to just stay in the Studio all day.

To get to this place you'll go through alley type, very narrow streets about 2 miles from the entrance and nearest store. This place had a lot of steep stairs above the actual beach! And many stairs just to get to the studio! You'll share a tiny Parking in the front of the house, which is not where you'll be going in.The couch was black and looks like once was beige.... Filthy gross! I had to cover it. I was celebrating my birthday and invited some family given the beach... I had my dad singing Mexican music with his guitar and by 9pm the lady in charge and the owner was blowing up my phone saying they were gonna call the cops and kick us out because we were too loud... Not cool! Ruined everything. They didn't kick us out because it was all Bogus! I'm making that story short. One more thing... There's mold in the shower. Just get something else, not worth it! ✌🏼️❤️ Nothing against Homeaway.com! Just call and speak with someone to clarify your plans before booking anything. 😉

Thank you Mayra, I didn`t expect any less of you. Consistent wth you character and behaviour at my studio. You broke every rule established. You had a birthday party with about 15-18 people, brought in large tables and chairs thru what you claim to be very small hallway and the stairway to the studio. Used up parking spaces throughout. Brought about 4 children. Note that this is a studio apartment that is only meant for no more than two-three adults.Of course damage resulted from this, causing part of the deposit not refunded to you which made you unhappy. Also note, the studio was rented the following weekend and the next, without any complaints, on the contrary, pleased guests that will be returning. I don`t understand why you wont admit your responsibility and let it rest. NOO you must attempt to cause damage!! We are what we put out and get back what we put out. Good luck to you and Blessings!!!

Great beachfront get away!!!!

I brought my 12 year old son down for his first Mexico surf trip. I have been surfing this area for over 30 years. Although the waves were small, the location and property we rented from Leticia more then made up for it. I felt it was clean, private, and very secure. We loved the direct access to the beach and had a great time sitting on the deck watching the birds, sea lions, and dolphins chase giant schools of bait. We walked the beach at low tide and found sand dollars and dug in the sand for huge sand crabs. We drove into Rosarito(15 minute drive) for some great street tacos and a little shopping. We had a great trip and will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks Again!

Beautiful Studio Condo

The ocean is literally at your doorstep. The studio is an open floor plan with washer and dryer. Comfortable place to stay. Would definitely come back!!!

Loved it so much we're going back!

For the drama of being right on the ocean and feeling that power, this is the place. Clean, cheerful and the hosts could not have been nicer and more accommodating!
