The stay was excellent we loved the house! Was exactly what we needed. With that being said, one of the older showerheads came off the spigot the first night but maintenance replaced it the next day which just showed how attentive they are. The master bedroom showerhead was a little on the low pressure side but was manageable. The pool was really nice, one thing to note is the hot tub would get warm at certain times and not others when you turned on the jets and I am not sure if there is a setting we missed. It also got warm at random points during the day but it seemed like early evenings it didn't get warm? Could be user error but didn't affect our stay. There are a few suggestions I had to make it more family friendly since this house is suggested as family friendly which it is, it has equipment to use for the kids and such, HOWEVER, the first thing is the computers in the house didn't seem to work (might be a user error but I am a technician by trade and couldn't get them to work) the other thing I would be weary of with young ones is the coffee table and the dining room table have sharp edges and the glass tops stick out a little. For a family friendly house I would rather see some safer coffee and dining tables (rounded edges for example), again this didn't affect our stay as we have a 7 and 4 year old and just kept watch of them constantly. With all that aside it was a fantastic stay and a great stay for what we needed! Would book there again and would recommend!

The house is absolutely beautiful, the pool wasn't very clean but I think that was because the screen over the pool had ripped open which was fixed super fast after I reached out to global, host respond pretty fast to messages which is nice!! The kids couldn't play the game system because there wwrent any games just empty cases, the computers wouldn't hook up to the Internet and the TVs have parental control on them so they didn't get to watch tv, the cleaning could use a deep clean the vents on the ceiling in the kitchen are covered with dust and mildew which makes it look gross I would suggest there be more towels and rags for the house (we were a family of 10 and didn't like having to stop our vacation to wash rags and towels everyday) and the kitchen needs more cooking utensils but all in all we had an amazing trip and would stay again!!

The home was very spacious but the TVs in the room were terribly small, especially for a king master bedroom to have a small child like tv. The shower heads were awful didn’t spray well at all. There were no games to play for the Xbox, none of the three computers worked so the fans room was pretty pointless besides the very young kids playing with the building blocks. There was Phase 10 and Uno but each one was missing at least half the cards.

Great location and property

I stayed with my adult children and grandchildren for the Thanksgiving holiday. We went to Disney and the location was great. Walmart was 8 minutes away and Disney was 15 minutes away. Lots of room for everyone and we definitely enjoyed ourselves.

Amazing home for a family vacation!

We loved your home and felt so comfortable during our stay. It was beautiful, clean and the perfect place to come home to after a day at the parks! The pool and hot tub were great and the pool gate really gave us peace of mind having our 3 year old grandson. He loved the race car room and my husband and son loved playing pool in the evening. Plenty of space for everyone to either be together or find a place to be alone. Just a perfect vacation!

Very nice house

The house was very nice and met our needs for vacation. My only complaint would be the extra charge for the pool heat that was not disclosed until I called to have it turned on.

Fun Time at Disney

We had a great time on our Disney vacation at this property. We only had one hiccup at check in. The code that I was given for the door wasn’t working, but we got that quickly resolved in 5 minutes. Outside of that, it was great. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool after Disney and the adults enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub.

Beautiful Home - Nice Neighborhood

We had the best time! Our group consisted of myself, my son and his wife a 6 year old set of twins and a 14 month old set of twins and a 12 year old. It n was lovely to get away for a week of snow in Maine to the warm sunny weather and beautiful home. It was 82 degrees all 7 days we were there. There was not one hitch or glitch from check in to check out. The pool and hot tub was such a nice break between adventures, in fact the babies and the 6 year olds liked that better than anything else we did !! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for allowing us to stay at your lovely home !!!

Wonderful stay

Wonderful property, fantastic proximity to WDW and secure gated community. My only dissatisfaction was the cleanliness of the pool. Pool was dirty upstairs n arrival and when I called to see if it could be cleaned, I was told it was "on a schedule.". No one came to clean it during our stay and there was no pool vacuum. That really detracted from an otherwise great stay.

Loved our stay!

We had an amazing stay! So much space. This offered the comfort and privacy we were hoping for after long days in theme parks. We had pool days where we got to enjoy the pool and hot tub both. Soo relaxing. I was a bit nervous with the pool with our toddler but the fence works very well and the doors have safety locks so it eased my worry. We found it to be a great, gated community. The themed rooms were fun! We especially liked the pirate room. We had a really nice time. We would definitely stay here again! The owners are incredible! They respond very quickly.

Beautiful home / pool area

We took our adult children and grandkids to Disney 3/31-4/6. This house was perfect for all 10 of us! The kids LOVED the pool. The house had everything we needed. The only issue was the Wi-Fi was updated 3/25 but non of the information reflected that change of name/password. We had to have someone come out on 4/1 to provide this information- but this had no impact on our stay or the home. Thank you for a wonderful stay- we really enjoyed your home.

Friendly staff, great owners

We visited John and Jean's property in January 2023, and despite arriving to find a few issues they were immediately corrected. John and Jean were extremely responsive when I expressed concerns and ensured that the property management company corrected next day. Everyone that we dealt with during the week was extremely friendly. The house has many thoughtful touches for the area such as childrens dishes, a childrens table, and the themed bedrooms which our littles adored. We did not get to take advantage of the pool as much as we may have liked due to cold weather at the beginning of our stay but owners can not control the weather, and the pool was quite warm by the end of the week. We thouroughly enjoyed being able to soak our legs in the hot tub after long days at the park and the location was convenient to everything.
