Cute property and the host is very gracious! I’ve never been to a VRBO where they ask you if you have any request. They did just that and then some! We would definitely recommend this place! Out in the countryside and peaceful

We had such a great stay and felt welcomed at Frank and Nancy’s house. The place was so cute, clean, and comfortable. We’d definitely stay there again.

We loved the house, very nice and had everything we needed. Fed the horses, watched the sunset and sunrise. This is a very quiet and peacful place and I highly recommend.

Such a beautiful property with cows and horses grazing in the front yard. We were so well taken care of and enjoyed our time there. The house is cozy, clean, and had anything we forgot. Nancy and Frank are very responsive and accommodating! Would definitely stay again!

Flat out loved staying here.

Great accomodations, peaceful surroundings and incredibly nice folks. The owners are some of the nicest folks I've met. The pond was nice and the fishing was fun. I would gladly stay here anytime!

A place to take a deep breath! Clean, peaceful and comfortable. We came for a day retreat in Round Top. There was a wonderful welcome basket full of goodies when we arrived as well as fresh eggs, bacon, sausage and bread in the refrigerator. We enjoyed watching the horses, cattle and egrets meander through the field.

Belleville cottage

The owners were so cordial to us the entire stay. The cottage is a quiet respite to enjoy nature yet has all the comforts of a roomy home.

Quiet Retreat

Came for an out of town wedding-- left festivites for a quiet, extremely comfortable and well-stocked home away from home. Plan to come back for family events.

Restful Nights Sleep

This cute property was the perfect place for us to spend two nights, before & after our nearby family reunion! Perfect location, great accommodations, peaceful get-away! The owners have thought of everything! We will be back again each time we come to the area for our reunion!

Awesome Stay

I travel around the country running Spartan Races and I stay in a lot of VRBOs. This has been one of the best. From the cows walking up to the house to the pond and snacks (meat and eggs) provided by the host!I will definitely stay here again!

We loved everything about this property! The hosts were so generous and couldn’t have been nicer. The place is very welcoming and comfortable. We arrived at night and it was so dark we lost our way. A small sign with an arrow indicating the way at the fork in the road would have helped a lot. What a gem- we are looking forward to staying here again in the near future!

Rental was clean and comfortable. Lots of pillows, blankets, sheets , etc to choose from. Fresh eggs, bacon, sausage, bread, and lots of coffee to choose from…can’t beat that! Shower is huge! Property is kind of in the middle of nowhere but very quiet and we liked seeing horses and cows all around.

Unbelievable Find ... Beautiful Peaceful Getaway

This family farm guest home is by far the most beautiful slice of Heaven on earth to be found! So incredibly peaceful and complete with friendly horses, cows and the world's cutest donkey. The hosts are wonderful and the farm fresh eggs, local breakfast meats and fresh baked bread are the best part of your day! Thank you and we will be back again soon!

One of my best experiences with a vacation home. great little personal touches. the property is very quiet and relaxing. friendly horses, fishing if you want to. it's really just an all around really great place to get away and clear your mind for a few days thank you so much for your southern hospitality.

Just what we wanted

Perfect for our 33rd anniversary getaway. House is spacious, comfy bed, wonderful kitchen. Nancy goes out of her way to provide breakfast meats and fresh farm eggs, plus other goodies that were greatly appreciated. Loved fishing in the stock tank and watching the cows.

Relaxing, remote, clean and well stocked!

The home was lovely and the owners very thoughtful. They had everything we could need there already. Shampoo, soap, q-tips...some lovely local breads and pastries. Also some yummy bacon, eggs and sausage! Everything was very clean and homey. The owner checked in with us to make sure we didn’t need anything. We loved our stay and if ever needed would stay here again.

Bellville Stay

We were stationed in Bellville until we entered the Houston Livestock Show. The stay was like being at your grandparents farm from the familiar smell to the fishing pond to the horses. It bought back great memories. Nancy was very accommodating and welcoming leaving fresh bread, breakfast and snacks. It was like we already knew this family. We would return.

The home was a perfect relaxation location for our girls' weekend with the home equipped with the amenities for a peaceful visit. Nancy had the refrigerator stocked with bacon and breakfast sausage from Bellville Meat Market , eggs, bread, half-and-half for the nice selection of KPods coffees and teas, variety of snacks and muffins. We grilled steaks one night on the outside grill, and had plenty of cookware to make sides. We enjoyed evenings on the porch watching the horses and cattle and they even came by to say Hi.We didn't get to walk the property because of thunderstorms but plenty of places to stroll.If you enjoy rural areas, cows, horses and quite country stays this is the place to stay. Thanks again for sharing your vacation home with us.

The perfect place for a relaxing weekend getaway!

There is a reason this property, along with its very friendly and accommodating hosts, receives 5 stars from everyone! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome note accompanied by a basket full of goodies. In the refrigerator, we found a bowl with farm fresh eggs, sausage from the Bellville Meat Market, and fresh croissants. We were able to enjoy our delicious breakfast on the front porch while listening to the sounds of nature. If you want to get away and unwind, this is the perfectly peaceful place to do so. We will be back!

Nancy and Frank’s place was wonderful! The house sits in a secluded area on their property, where you can watch the cattle and horses graze and see deer running about in the morning as you drink your coffee (provided by the hosts!) on the front porch. We were greeted with lots of local treats, such as pastries and fresh eggs and breakfast meats stocked in the refrigerator! The home was clean and well stocked with everything you will need for your stay. My teenage daughter found the oversized couch as comfy as a bed and the King sized bed was also very comfortable, with plenty of pillows and blankets to choose from. Great stay! We will be back!

Get away from the city

It was secluded and cozy. We enjoyed walking the property, petting the horses, star gazing, and relaxing. The house was so comfortable and relaxing. I will definitely stay again.
