Great Kangaroo Valley Experience

The house is nestled in a great location with a beautiful view. It's a cosy property with a lot to offer - pool, bush walks, outdoor fire place.

Perfect getaway for a group of friends

Highly recommend this property. The scenery is simply unmatched and it was especially beautiful because of the rain. Extra shower and blankets would make it even better.

A brilliant getaway spot!

Attunga Retreat was an amazing location for a weekend getaway with friends. Everything was perfect: the pool was great on the hot days, the facilities were all that we needed and more, and the view was jaw-dropping! Can't recommend this place highly enough!

Secluded country estate

Well equiped, beautiful grounds to wander, totally secluded, lots of great spaces, awesome pool area, fire pit was fun. Only one shower which was fine for us but could be an issue for others.

Girls weekend away

My 14 girlfriends and I came to celebrate my birthday. It was so a fabulous place to stay. Incredible views, comfortable beds beautiful pool and pool area. Everything we needed was catered for in this house. Very rare find but definitely worth staying here!

Amazing house!

We had a great stay - the kids loved the outdoor areas and all the activities (the pool, giant trampoline and chickens were big hits!). The property is beautiful in an amazing location. There were lots of lovely spaces to sit and enjoy the surroundings. The house is very well catered for things to make your stay more comfortable. The communication with Charlie, and his responsiveness, was excellent. Highly recommend!

FABULOUS! Exceeded expectations

This property is amazing. The design is beautiful and literally takes your breath away when you first walk inside. The property is enormous and you can spend hours exploring and finding different things, from the chickens that produce your morning eggs to the children’s play hut and so much more. The industrial style kitchen makes meal prepping a breeze. We used catering company Mingle Meals at Wollongong who came in to cater and they too were amazing. The inclusion of a butler was a great touch. We felt like royalty Love love loved this property and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxury retreat

A nice property but not suitable for large groups.

We had a nice stay with friends at this home in Beaumont over New Years. The property is huge & has stand out features like the pool, fire pit, inside fireplace & valley view. However, we were disappointed with the bathroom & bedding arrangements, one shower between 12 people was not ideal. The sleeping arrangements were sub-par as one bedroom didn’t have a door & the bed was a day bed. Another bedroom was a tent & lastly, the room with the two bunk beds are crammed into a makeshift bedroom which isn’t suitable for adults. Aside from that, the kitchen is big with plenty of space to cook & the eclectic living area provides adequate space to hang out. Ps - it may have been the time of year, but there were loads of leeches outside which stopped us from hanging around the outdoor fire pit.

What a weekend!

This house was absolutely stunning. The location was amazing, more than enough room for a hens party. The chefs kitchen was the highlight for me being the hostess and cook. Thank you so much for having us

WOW!

There is nothing not to love about this place! This was my second time staying at this property. The decor is beyond amazing and all appliances are quality. The commercial size smeg oven/cooker was a dream! The cutlery was gorgeous and a here were a variety of cooking utensils. The outdoor area is breathtaking and so peaceful looking over the valley. We even had the opportunity to get some fresh zucchini, spring onions and chillies for our dinner from the vegetable pods. The pool area is spacious and plenty of day beds to tan away. Unfortunately this time around we didn't get the opportunity to dip in as it was a wet one all weekend. Cant wait to be back!

We did enjoy our stay at the property but as the weather was raining all weekend we couldn’t use the pool and the beautiful view was covered in fog all weekend. The house was lovely but not overly big and one shower between 9 ladies was not great, one of the bedrooms was so tiny and the bed could hardly fit two of us as it was not a proper bed and no door on the room. We couldn’t use the tent as it was too wet and their was no provisions at all in the kitchen so make sure you bring your own oil etc. there was suppose to be board games but we looked everywhere and didn’t find them and the response from the owner was very slow when asking questions. We also got woken up each night by the wombat scratching at the door to get in. Anyway we did enjoy ourself but not sure we would return unfortunately.

Beautiful scenic stay - What a view!

What a lovely house! The house has an amazing view overlooking the valleys. Absolutely breath taking! The house was clean and well suited for a larger group. Plenty of space and privacy on the property. It was a shame it was chilly and windy so we didn’t get to use the outdoor pool and fire pit areas but this would have certainly been utilised more of we had warmer weather. The herb gardens and chickens were a great touch, providing fresh goods for our meals. Communication was very easy and we were stoked to be offered a late check out without asking. Only down fall was we could not seem to get the oven to work but used the convection ovens instead. Will certainly be recommending this property and hope to be back!

Great view, Great outdoor space for kids to play, Tent mouldy, poor bathroom

Couldn’t use the advertised tent as it was mouldy and leaked so we bought a blow up mattress and moved our guests inside the main house. Bathroom flooded after every shower (only 1 shower). One oven did not work. Plenty of fridge space. Nice cosy fireplace. Limited cover on outdoor areas. Beautifully interior decorated. Plenty of nice outdoor space for kids to play outside, including pool area. Epic view of the valley.

Excellent Family Group Short Stay

This property is beautiful and excellently maintained. Everything that we needed was supplied. The grounds were awesome for the kids to explore. It was too cold to use the pool so I’d love to go back in summer. Charlie was brilliant and the communication with her was open and timely. This is a gorgeous property and I highly recommend it.

Fabulous weekend away

Our group of 4 adults and 7 children had a really wonderful weekend away, despite the torrential rain! What a beautiful property! The house and grounds are stunning and very high quality fixtures and fittings. The furnishings are gorgeous. Very comfortable, so many lovely outdoor spaces, we would love to return in warmer weather also to make use of the pool. The kids loved the chickens, wombats, trampoline and cubby house. Only tiny gripe....some more pantry essentials like oil, salt and pepper, glad wrap etc would be welcome as the kitchen is so well equipped to cook in! The welcome bottle of wine was thoughtful and appreciated. Thank you for hosting us, we would love to return one day.

Amazing location for family/friends holiday

We loved our stay at Attunga - there is everything you need for a fantastic holiday. We utilised all the property had to offer - fire pit, pool, outdoor tent (the teens loved it), amazing deck overlooking the valley. The lounge room was bigger than in the photos and the indoor fireplace added to the ambience. Beautifully styled, well equipped, we would definitely like to stay again.

What a magical place - Stunning home, stunning property! I haven't been able to stop talking about it since I got home. A perfect weekend with my closest friends and family - The home has the most amazing décor and an incredible view. I would go back and stay here in a heart beat.
