We had a great stay in this lovely, spacious apartment. The location was excellent - really close to the beach, shops, restaurants and transport. The space worked well for us and our son, and the apartment had everything we needed. Alex is a great host and on hand if you have any questions. Highly recommended :)

Beautiful apartment, wonderful host

The apartment is even more beautiful than the photos! The host was very friendly and responsive and was happy to accommodate special requests. I would stay there again in a heartbeat, thanks Alex!

Perfect for our needs

Alex was very helpful on our quick stop for a couple of nights before we left Sydney to move to Brisbane. Finding a place close that we could bring our dog was high priority. We loved the spacious apartment & would recommend.

My Mum and I with our furry baby really enjoyed our stay in this lovely, quiet and spacious apartment. The cleanliness has surpassed my standard. You can find everything you need to make your stay very comfortable. It’s close to restaurants, shops and cafes. Location was great and we enjoyed our walk to the beach. Our furry baby has settled in so quickly and we all had very good night sleeps.Alex is very friendly, accommodating, responsive and excellent with communication.Thank you so much to Alex for going out of his way to accommodate our request to make our check out convenient. Thank you also to the caretakers for maintaining the cleanliness of this apartment.If you are looking for a very relaxing and enjoyable long holiday or even a short stay in Coogee, this is the best place to be. It’s highly recommended :)

Spacious and Central

This bright roomy apartment is very close to the beach, restaurants and transport. The extra bath room and the garage were appreciated. Coogee is really hopping on summer weekends and probably suits the younger crowd who can beach all day and go out all night . One of the main reasons we went was to do the coastal walk, which is fabulous. In November we found the apartment could have used some air-conditioning.

Perfect honeymoon location

Alex (the host) made everything so easy for us. We visited as part of our honeymoon from the States. The property was super nice and airy. There were charming little rainbow lorikeets that flew right to the balcony. The property was so close to coogee beach it was a perfect walk. We honestly could have forgone having a rental car because everything was so accessible. Having the washer/dryer combo was so convenient for us after two weeks of staying in hotels in NZ. Alex communicated so efficiently and easily with us, even when we were on the other side of the world. Perfect location for New Year’s Eve as we got to see the fireworks from the balcony. Would a million times rebook this listing if we ever find ourselves in Australia again.

Coogee apartment

This flat was very spacious and clean.The kitchen and bathrooms were renovated and user friendly. As we stayed in winter there was only one oil heater available for heating ,but the space must be well insulated so not too bad. Fantastic location as walk to everything. Alex our host tried to help as much as he could and we were grateful for his communication.

Weekend getaway

This apartment was just perfect for a weekend getaway for my husband and I and 2 other friends. Fabulous location: could walk everywhere! Lovely and clean with modern facilities. Alex was really friendly and communication leading up to check was great. Will definitely return!

Superb Apartment and Location

This is a great apartment in the heart of beautiful Coogee near to beach, restaurants and all amenities. Alex is totally fantastic, great communication and can’t do enough to help. We had a short stay this time but hope to return to Coogee when the world opens up again and Alex’s apartment will be our first choice. Fantastic - and thank you for all your help Alex at a very difficult time.

Home away from home in the best location

We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our little family, moments walk to the beautiful beach/shops/cafes, and Also everything you need at the apartment to make ourselves comfortable. We’ll be back!

The apartment had everything. Awesome location - walking distance to Woolies, Coogee Bay Rd and the beach. Alex was a pleasure to deal with and offered great local tips. Great garage set-up too if you're driving.

Excellent Coogee Beach holiday rental

This was a perfect rental for myself, my husband and teenage son for our Coogee Beach stay. Alex's apartment was charming, spacious, clean and well equipped with everything we needed including shower and laundry supplies. Alex, the owner, was very responsive - reaching out shortly after we reserved the property with confirmation and rental instructions as well as was prompt in responding to any questions I had during our stay. The apartment is in an excellent location - just a short walk to Coogee Beach and the Coogee Pavilion. It also was a perfect base for visiting our son at UNSW and hopping on a bus to go into Sydney CBD. I'd highly recommend this apartment for a visit to Coogee/Sydney!

Great apartment in a perfect location.

We stayed at this lovely apartment for 8 nights and found that it catered for all of our holiday must haves and more. We arrived at 10.00pm following a flight from another country and were delight to find Alex's instructions for entering the property easy to follow, the apartment clean and tidy and tea, coffee and milk already there for us. The apartment had all of the furniture and kitchen equipment we needed along with many extras that made our week in Coogee so easy to manage. The location to all amemtites, transport and the beach couldn't be better. Getting into the city by public transport wasn't a problem and my husband was delighted to find how easy it was get to SCG to watch a match he had tickets for. Everything linked to our stay was extremely well managed by Alex, who was quick to respond to any questions we had both before and during our stay. We were all impressed that the description of the apartment on the web site was entirely accurate. We would definitely recommend staying at Stylish and Spacious and hope to be able to stay there again when we return to Australia in two years time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this lovely apartment, it has everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and effortless. The location is also perfect to enjoy the best Coogee has to offer especially the beautiful beach. We hope to be back soon!

Great Location and Great Apartment

Had a great stay

We stayed 6 nights in this apartment. We were a family of 4 adults and a child. So handy to everything. Transport, shops, beach! Apartment had almost all you needed. Communications with property management was SO easy, and all things easy to solve.
