The perfect place to celebrate our 40th Anniversary, room was beautiful in a nice quiet location, host Kim & Ian made us feel welcome, breakfast & complementary plater was lovely, would throughly recommend staying here for a couples getaway

Beautiful space, very welcoming with fresh fruit, bread and muffins on arrival. Lovely and warm, thanks to gas fire and electric blankets. Easy drive to walking trails and town centres.

Fabulous studio. It was lovely and warm, the bed was super comfy and the host has done a brilliant job decorating. Can't wait to stay again.

The property was easy to find with on site parking adjacent to the apartment, the hosts were welcoming and friendly and made sure our stay was memorable. The location is within easy reach of Leura and the Blue Mountain attractions.Entering and exiting from the Great Western Highway was easy.We loved the gas log fire during the cool of the evening.

We arrived to find some lovely orange and poppyseed muffins left for us by Kim which we enjoyed with a cup of tea on the private balcony among the trees.There was also fresh fruit, bread and cereal which was much appreciated.The studio room was exceptionally clean and the bed very comfortable.All in all a lovely experience. Gorgeous little place, we were left with some gifts from the owner Chocolates, bread, fruit, it was lovely. Bed was comfy, loved the gas fire place and the owners were very responsive during our stay.We will definitely be going back, hopefully for longer next time.

Great place for relaxing carefree stay. The studio is very comfortable and cosy when it gets a little chilly the gas heater warms things up nicely.

When we travel, our accommodation is very important to us because it is where we come "home" to at the end of the day. Kim and Ian provided just that. A warm, welcoming little home with thoughtful touches. We of course, loved the decor but also the peaceful tree outlook through the french doors. For dinner, we rugged up and fired up the BBQ on the deck. The night sky was crystal clear and the location, blissfully quiet. In addition, we loved the easy access to Leura centre, Katoomba and surrounds. Thank you Kim and Ian. Lisa and Greg x

Our stay at King’s studio was amazing. The studio itself was very cozy and just so magical. The outdoor patio under the trees with the sounds of the creek and bird life was so tranquil and relaxing. Our hosts were very accommodating and the personal touches were very appreciated. We’ll definitely be staying again.

My stay here was everything that was promised, and more. I felt so relaxed in such a calm, well-appointed space with some little treats ready for me upon arrival. Sitting outside on the balcony, with a light breeze, autumn leaves falling about, and listening to the stream, was pure joy. Thank you Kim and Ian for a wonderful stay!

This was a lovely cozy cottage for a romantic getaway, Kim and Martin were very welcoming and made us feel at home. Amanda the massage therapist helped us relax, and the platter was delicious! Definitely will be coming back!
