Location, accommodations and communication with host were all great.A lil difficulty finding our room as there was no general ck in. But all worked out fine. Michael was always responsive to my questions property has everything we needed. Only thing I would say negative was the very bright outside lighting no fault of owner. Bring a sleepmask . loved our stay would stay again

The property is in a great location at Hampton Beach. The beach access is directly across the street, and the band shell area is only about a 3 to 5 minute walk. Everything you need is right on the strip.The only downside for us was that the condo was on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. For us (senior adults), the walk up the stairs was a little challenging.

Lovely accommodations and community

The condo was lovely, actually better in person than the pictures! My family enjoyed our stay. Michael was helpful and responsive when we had questions. The condo community was very welcoming to our whole family. We would love to stay again.

We love this property!

We have stayed in various units of this property over the years and we return year after year because we love the location! Easy access to the beach, easily walkable to some of our favorite shops and dining venues. Super easy to get on and off the beach from here too! This being the fourth unit that we have stayed in at this property I can tell you that this was an absolutely delightful space and the host was extremely communicative both before and during our stay! We would stay here again without hesitation!

The property was very nice. Great location. The owner provided all information needed in a timely manner. The bed, futon and seep sofa were not very comfortable but that is to be expected. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Hampton Beach.

Great location

This property is in an ideal location in relation to the beach. The only complaint is that it is noisy (no fault of the property owner) but is by a highly traveled street and there are many motorcyclists. Something to be aware of with small children. Overall, we went to enjoy the beach and having this property so close to the beach made our stay sandy and enjoyable.

Glad you folks had a great time and enjoyed the condo. Leaving me 4 stars versus 5 for noise that is out of my control is a bit unfair. If you want peace and quiet at Hampton Beach in July, it’s not really possible.

The host is very attentive and promptly answers all questions. The property is very clean and just as described in the listing. It’s an end unit on the top floor so we never heard any noise from the neighbors. Can’t beat the location, everything is within walking distance. Having a dedicated off street parking space is definitely a bonus. We will book this property again next time we return to Hampton Beach.

Perfect Location

We have stayed in this complex several times before but our first time in this unit. The location is absolutely perfect - across from the beach without being directly on the main strip. One of the few locations with a pool, which is covered and heated so you can still take a swim even if the weather is inclement! Walking distance to everything so you can park and walk everywhere for your stay if you wish. This unit is larger than most other units in the building and has a beautiful view of the beach out of the window and deck with 2 deck entrances. The side deck is also nice and private compared to other units in the building. The unit was clean and well equipped. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back for future trips!

As folks can see from previous guests, none of these comments are true. This unit is very nice and kept up quite nicely. This particular guest broke all the rules, trashed the unit and was extremely hostile upon arrival and departure. Never will I rent to this guest again. There is something wrong with these people. They were rude to my cleaning crew as well, when they showed up early. I have never had any issues with guests before. These people were so vulgar in their communication with me, I’m actually considering getting the police involved. I hope I never have to deal with such rude people again.

Wonderful Stay

This was our first time using VRBO and it was an excellent choice! Location was perfect, parking spot was convenient and the place itself was clean and spacious. Michael, the host, confirmed right away and his instructions were very clear. We did not have any issues with our stay. Only thing to note are the stairs going up to the rental. The last step on the first flight up is not the same size as the others and I ended up taking a fall up the stairs. Knowing that, I was extra careful going forward. Obviously no fault of the owner but just wanted to mention it.

Can’t beat the location! Literally a stone throw away from the beach, which was perfect because we had to haul all the family beach gear back and forth. Communication and check-in were also great! The outdoor lights are bright, as mentioned in other reviews. We came equipped with a blackout curtain for the front door which helped a lot. We also travelled with a one year old crawler. His knees and hands were black within minutes of arriving and crawling. We wiped the floor with a baby wipe after he dropped a snack and it was black. While the place itself was clean, the floors definitely need a good scrub. Overall would absolutely recommend for location and ease!

Center of Everything

This was a great little spot that was within walking distance of pretty much anything you would want to do in the Hampton Beach area. It was the perfect size for our family of three and had everything that we needed for the three nights that we were there. I will say it was a bit noisy being right on the strip but we know that Hampton Beach can be crowded and noisy. The unit came with black out curtains but the lights at night did still shine in some, again we knew this from reading other reviews. I would say if it is something you were worried about to pack a sleep mask and some ear plugs. I slept great using both, and I am a light sleeper. Property was very clean and communication with Michael was great! We took advantage of the pool and the grill which were also nice amenities to have if you just wanted a down day.

As soon as we opened the door, we were pleasantly surprised with the gleaming hardwood floors and the beautiful ivory bedroom furniture. You can tell right away that this place is well taken care of. When we walked into the next room, we were blown away with the gorgeous view of the ocean from the three windows. Even if we sat down on the couch, we could still have a perfect view of the ocean. I especially loved the private balcony with the ocean view. The place was absolutely spotless and everything was shiny. It is decorated in a nautical theme. The location is absolutely incredible. It was so convenient to walk across the street to the beach and it was steps from the boulevard. Our parking space was also under a cover so our car stayed cool and we could use that as storage for our beach chairs. My children said numerous times that we really lucked out with this place. We didn’t get to use the pool, but it looked very clean and private. We only saw one person in it at one point. The air conditioning also worked great. I’ve stayed at many places at Hampton over the years and this place was the best by far. I will definitely stay here again.

Hampton Beach.

Très bien situé,tout prêt de la plage.Lit confortable et logement propre. Cependant,je suggérerais de ne pas inscrire que la literie est fournie alors que ce n"est pas le cas. On nous a offert de fournir litrie avec supplément. Quatre étoiles sur cinq me semblent convenable.

Emplacement parfait pour nous!

Avec une petite-fille de 5 ans, l'emplacement était parfait car à 5 minutes à pied de la plage. Nous avons profité de la piscine chauffée et du bain tourbillant après les baignades à la mer. L'appartement #33 était particulièrement bien éclairé et donnait, au loin, vue sur la mer. Nous avions apporté une petite couverte pour mettre sur la fenêtre de la porte d'entrée car elle laisse passer trop de clarté la nuit. Nous avions lu ce commentaire précédemment et cela nous a été utile. Ce séjour correspondait à nos attentes.

Lovely Long Weekend

Great location and views. Just the two of us but plenty spacious enough for four. The residents in this condo community were very friendly. A lovely clean home base for the Seafood Fest weekend.
