Gulf Horizons is a beautiful 5000 square foot, 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath multi-level home located just 4 miles off of Hwy 59 in gulf shores. This home is directly on Little Lagoon(7 miles long) with a large beach area. Whether you want to spend the day on the beautiful, white sandy beach or swim in fish in the Lagoon, this house is perfect for you. The property is located directly on the lagoon perfect for little ones to swim without waves, but also just across the street from the gulf with easy walking deeded access to the beach.

The main level consists of a spacious living room area with a fully equipped kitchen and bar. Also, a fully equipped laundry room, master suite with private bath. The master suite on this main level has a king size bed, walk in closet and private full bath with a jetted tub, separate shower and separate his and her vanity areas.

The second level offers 4 bedrooms and 4 full bath along with a wet bar that has a microwave and coffee station. The second master has a king bed with a private full bath with jetted tub and separate shower. The middle bedroom on this level is a bunk room with two sets of full bunk beds and a full walk in closet with full bath. Guest Bedroom #3 upstairs has a king size bed and the 4th bedroom upstairs has 2 queen size beds. All bedrooms have their own full size bathrooms. There are outside decks and access to them from each bedroom in the house. With wrap around decks on each level there is a water view everywhere.
This house is kid friendly and is the perfect house for a great vacation.

*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties. Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
