The home is lovely and well appointed with beautiful art and comfortable furnishings. There was ample space with bathrooms and showers and outdoor spaces as well. It was walking distance to many food and shopping areas. The house was immaculate. We loved all the artwork as well. I would recommend this home to anyone.

The house was as described. The house was very close to east 6th, we walked there often. We took ride shares back after dark. Location is a quick ride share to Rainey and S Congress. Beds were comfortable. Six of us fit very well. Bathrooms were nice and well stocked. Host even had spices and condiments for our breakfasts. Cute outside area with a beautiful garden. We were a girls group and the house worked out great.

Great condo and location

Nice, comfortable and well stocked home within walking distance to Rainey Street, downtown, and East Austin. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful Trip

Cute and quaint. The courtyard area was stunning and very relaxing. The host was very good at communicating and quick to get back to me. I would recommend this home and I would return as well.

Thoughtfully Appointed!!

This was possibly the most thoughtfully appointed and comfortable rental we’ve ever stayed in. The generosity and style of the owners was so greatly appreciated. And the location absolutely cannot be beat!! Hope to stay there again, one day!

The Forest home was wonderful, as was our host! 6 guys fit comfortably and took full advantage of the common spaces to hang out and catch up on life. I highly recommend The Forest for a family or any group of good friends to stay together and build memories. In addition, the location was within short walking distance to the fun, vibrant east side of 6th street and an easy Uber trip to the west side of 6th, Rainey Street and beyond.

Beautiful home close to campus!

We came to visit our son at UT and decided to stay here rather than a hotel. This house was lovely! So charming, beautifully decorated and a peaceful getaway. It was close to campus and Rainey Street. We will definitely stay here again, highly recommend for families!

All around great time!

Process was very smooth and we found the property was worth the amount we paid! They let us store our luggage outback because we arrived before check-in. Great location close to everything we wanted to do or an easy Uber!

Great place for a weekend in Austin

Lovely house in great east Austin location. 3 nice bedrooms and living room/kitchen. Clearly a well loved and taken care of house. The coolest tree house in the front yard!

Lovely Home

My family was here for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed everything about the home from the cleanliness, tasteful decorations, well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds, to the great location (walking distance to downtown and restaurants) and responsiveness from the management company. Check-in was simple, we had a nice welcome basket, and iTrip was very responsive. Highly recommend.

Home away from home

Well stocked with everything you might need from beach towels to phone charger. The pantry and fridge were well stocked with coffee, tea, eggs, etc. We ate all our meals out at some of the many near-by restaurants but the various snacks tided our family over until mealtime. We didn't have to go to the grocery store during our stay. We'd definitely stay again the next time we're in Austin.

Cute and convenient to downtown, but a couple of glitches..

Cute place and convenient to downtown. On the weekend nights, there was a bit of noise due to proximity to a lively area, so earplugs may be beneficial if you are noise sensitive. I was a little frustrated to get a charge for a broken (?) trash can as I strive to be a responsible and respectful guest, but when I explained I did nothing to damage the can, the charges were rescinded, which I appreciated. This is someone’s home, so there is “stuff” in the fridge, etc., but overall it was a cute, roomy and convenient place.

So many amenities!

We have been using vacation rentals for over 10 years. This home had so many wonderful and generous amenities. It was clean and comfortable. During the day it was a quick and easy walk to Rainy Street. Within a few steps from the house there was a taco truck with great food. In front of the home is a beautiful courtyard with a lot of native plants and a fun tree house. We highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to Austin.

Addison Get - Away

The home was clean and inviting. We were comfortable inside or when sharing a meal outside on the patio. The location provided access to many different restaurants and coffee houses. So we walked where we wanted to go and returned to just hang out afterwards. The owner gave us a cozy place to recline and recover.

Just like home

Our family uses VRBO often for vacations, and sometimes you get winners, while sometimes you get losers. This home was an absolute grand slam from start to finish. Owners were easy to work with and the property was shining. Can't recommend it enough!

Fantastic home great location

The location was amazing near downtown and cool spots on east 6th. The home is clean, comfortable, and is run by great hosts!

Long weekend in Austin

This is the owners' permanent home and was fully equipped with all the amenities one could desire. Our four night stay was the most comfortable and home-like of any rental we have visited.
