Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about Seachase 404E. I apologize for the sand left on the bench and couch — and that the second cleaning didn’t resolve sand under the cushions. I’ve asked our housekeeping team to perform a deeper clean. Thank you for reporting the low master shower pressure, the broken trash can top, and the slow dryer. Our maintenance team will inspect the shower and the dryer and will replace the trash can top. I’m glad the toaster was replaced promptly after you reported it. The limited supplies and linens will be communicated to the owner for evaluation. We appreciate your notes about the positives — the 4th-floor view, dolphin sightings, quick elevators, beach chairs/umbrellas, the ice machine, well-kept pools, and convenient nearby shopping. Thank you for staying at Seachase 404E — we hope to welcome you back to the Gulf Coast in the future. Sunny Regards, Luxury Coastal Vacations

Hi Kristen, Thank you for your review! It's great to hear that the location and amenities were perfect for your family, especially the zero entry pool and splash pad for your little ones. We appreciate your feedback regarding the cleanliness and the elevator noise, as these are areas we continually strive to improve. We’re glad that the overall family-friendly environment made your stay enjoyable. We hope to welcome you back for another wonderful vacation! ~Sunny Regards, Luxury Coastal Vacations

Thank you, Candace! We hope you stay again soon! -The Luxury Coastal Vacations Team

Thank you for your feedback, Chris! Our maintenance team has checked and the ice maker in the freezer is working. We apologize for the patio furniture. The salty sea air can corrode patio furniture quickly and make it look dirty when it is really new. We hope you stay with our company again soon! -Luxury Coastal Vacations
